He gave me price quotes immediately over the phone, and was able to come out and do the job that same day. He met with my tenant, fixed the issues with the electricity right away, and gave me very detailed recommendations on what should be done next to fix the problems long-term. He even told me to go on Yelp to get the 30 dollar off coupon.

I spoke with my tenant, and she confirmed that he was honest, informative, and fixed everything right away.

I really feel that Matt is a professional and an expert in his field. He was honest and upfront about everything from the beginning. There were no hidden fees, no surprises. WOW! Best service that we've ever received by an electrician! I reached out to request a quote from multiple electricians and almost all were quick to send us a quote of over $1000, plus additional costs, for something that we might not have needed. Leo was the only one that asked for me to provide a few more details via text AND was able to quickly solve our immediate problem! Unlike most, he did not have a requirement to book a costly appointment to come out before trying to better understand our problem. We live in an older condo so we plan to use him for future electric services. I will recommend him to everyone!

Highly recommend Frank for all your electrical needs! I was restoring an old home that required extensive electrical upgrades including a panel upgrade. Was really hoping for better service, but did not have a good experience. Called them out to clear a bath drain and investigate a leak in the shower. Once the plumber arrived he let me know they could not honor the $79 drain clean because there was not a proper clean out cap at the shower. I've never seen a residential shower with a clean out cap, but ok, oh well I'll pay the new charge of $189. Now to investigate the shower. The plumber says he cannot look at in unless I pay an additional $279 diagnostic fee. I asked if he could do it on an hourly rate since he's already here and at the property. Nope. Must pay the additional $279 to investigate something that will take no more then 15 min. C'mon guys, really?

Ok, I know there are other reviews with 5s, but still wanted to include mine. James and his team knew what they were doing, worked promptly and cleaned up everything. Additionally they were nice people to have in our home. James gave us input on options which was helpful in getting a result which suited our needs. I'll definitely use them again  (want to wall mount TV), and you should use them too. I think their pricing is very fair also.

After consulting with Roddy I decided not to have the electrical work done, because he was honest enough to let me know I was worried about something that probably wasn't a problem.  But he seemed very honest and reasonably-priced when I asked about other miscellaneous projects I was considering.

They came and found that a GFI needed to be reset.  They reset it and did not charge us at all.

Well, he did respond, but said he couldn't show up for two weeks.

February 18, 2018:  I am so lucky to hire Right Way Lighting to replace all my kitchen recessed lights (total 14 old 6 fluorescent light to 14 new 4 LED recessed daylights) at San Diego house.  Carlo and his crew were very professional to handle all details starting from cover floor to all counter, cabinet, stove and also cover the floor from the outside of entrance door thru the kitchen.  The electric work , change housing, line up lights, cut drywall are so professional.  I told them they should ask me before they do final install new recessed light.  They listen to my opinion and very friendly to make changes.  They do not put radio to make noise.  They are quiet and very efficiency.  Three of them came my home around 7:05 am on time starting work. Carlo's drywall work was excellent.  My painter is a professional. Before he came to my home to do painting estimate, he told me on the phone, he can not do any drywall repair, he only does painting.  He said he has seen so many drywall contractor did not do good dry wall work so he wants me to understand he will not do any cover/repair work for drywall contractor.  If drywall is not in good, he will refuse to do painting.  The next day the painter came to my home and checked all drywall work and texture ceiling and told me that the drywall skill is excellent and texture are all in good.  He can do his painting without any problem.  I was so happy with Right Way Lighting contractor's job.  Now my kitchen 4 recessed lights are very warm and line up functionally.  I will definitely hire them whenever my next lighting/drywall work and also recommend to my friends about Right Way Lighting.  Good team work!

Referred through Lowes and would use these guys again and again.. Both guys were friendly and professional. Cleaned up after themselves like it was their own house. Quoted a price and that was the price I was charged. great doing business with Zapp Electric...

The owner called back saying his rate is $150/hour during normal business hours, it's $300 to fix a light switch that wouldn't turn off the bathroom light.. then he hung up on me while I wanted to understand why he knew it would take 2 hours... really weird.

Dominic was very thorough and professional. He replaced a chandelier in the formal dining room and installed a new plug/outlet in the garage that is being used for a new and larger freezer. Definitely recommend them for future work. They are our go to electricians from here on.

O'Hagan Electric is a top-notch firm who I highly recommend.  My electrical issue turned out more problematic than I anticipated but Ben (the electrician) fixed everything after much effort on his part.  The price was very reasonable too.  I highly recommend them and their follow-up and punctuality is the best I've ever experienced.   They will immediately get my phone call should I ever have any other unknown electrical issues or future electrical improvements.

Called these guys because our power went out and I tried the typical stuff to resolve the problem but nothing seemed to work. Within a few minutes, Rory was able to walk me through a few steps I had not tried and our power was back.
