Best Sconce Light Installation in San Diego CA

We wanted to install a ring camera floodlight over our garage but it had no electrical wiring to do it. We also had a couple electrically issues we were unsure of. We called Premo Electric yesterday and they were able to get someone out here early this morning! Niall showed up and handled everything perfectly! He did an amazing job! He even fixed a light switch that had been an issue. He was great! We are repeat customers of Frank's and could not pile in the praise enough.  He made time for a rather small job for us (hallway light install), but we had a time crunch because of getting that part of the house painted.  It was a last minute let's-do-this idea, so we immediately emailed Frank on a weekend and asked to schedule within the next two weeks.  He responded well within 12 hours, said he was booked, but still listened to the details of what we needed done and why we had the time crunch.  I hate making last minute or time-restrained requests, and offered to accept any recommendations for other electricians if he schedule didn't allow, but that he was our first choice.  The next day he came back and said he could do it on Monday.  And it is perfect.  The response, the customer service, the follow up and his skills and knowledge that he gives his customers is amazing.  Of course that means he will always be very busy, so, unlike me, please be sure to schedule well in advance.  You will not be disappointed!!

Of all the myriad of places I reached out to, Point Loma Electric was the quickest to get back to me. That means a lot to someone like me who is always on the go. It seems they really wanted my business and it stuck in my head even when I called them back two months later! Speaking with the customer service representatives was great. Brandy and Mary were really great to work with. They were very responsive and informed me with reminders and updates as they were made available.
 Greg came out to fix a ceiling flush mount light that wasn't working. After assessing the problem it took him about an hour to fix. He was a little late due to a previous job and acknowledged and apologized. Love that. It means a lot to recognize that other people's time is valued. Nevertheless Greg was the consummate professional. He even gave me a credit for the full cost of the job, about 300 dollars so that if I decided to go a different way with the light in the future I wouldn't be double charged for the work. Incredible. He was also very engaging with conversation and we talked about the NBA playoffs while he worked.
 All this coupled with the fact that Point Loma Electric retains a BBB rating of A+ and has numerous other reviews on other platforms really makes me feel good that I went with them. What a great experience. Can't wait to have them back for other projects in the future!

We needed an electrician ASAP but wasn't quite sure who we should go with. We found them but there were some scheduling issues. We decided to reschedule our appointment and we are glad we did. They did excellent and fast work and the guys were very professional. They offered a discount for cancelling our original appointment the morning of, which was appreciated. I would use this company again, hoping the scheduling issue was just a one-time thing.

Roddy responded to my Yelp request for quotes.  His price was reasonable.  He was very responsive, kept in touch while I was getting my fan, very punctual on the day of the install.  Very honest no drama solid professional.  Will definitely use his service again when there's a need.

I wanted someone to replace two old Honeywell thermostats with two new Amazon smart thermostats. Jose came out the next day after I submitted a request. Very cool guy - reliable and definitely knows his stuff. Did a great job. The entire visit only took about 20 minutes, so I think the price was a little high for that short amount of time and for a simple straightforward job, but I never touch electricity, so I accept their minimum fee. All is good.

I'm in the middle of a backyard remodel and needed some small things handled and larger advice for future projects. I got immediate response and they even scheduled a Friday afternoon inspection. Work was completed this week to install a outdoor plug and wiring for a electric gate. On time, clean, great communication. The even fixed an additional problem outlet (GFI went out) free of charge. Price was below what I expected to pay. They answered my future questions in a way that saves me money and keeps options open for future. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were in need of an emergency electrician New Years Day. With it being a holiday we figured no one would be able to come out so we called and left CLD Electric a message. Jerry called us right back and we were able to set up an appointment for 9am the next day. Jerry was awesome! He came out looked at everything and was able to handle and fix our issue right then and there. He was very professional and kind. He obviously knew what he was doing and got it done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Jerry with CLD with any electrical issues you may have!

I called Richard based on all the other great Yelp reviews that I read.  Some of my outlets were out and he said he could squeeze me into his schedule today or I could try troubleshooting it on my own and save me $.  His tips worked and restored power to those outlets!  Definitely appreciate his integrity to help me handle it over the phone on my own.  Plus, he sounded like a normal human being over the phone, not a salesman.

Eddie was great in helping to replace some outlets to gfci's and my bathroom exhaust fan. It all looked great in the end. Hoping to call him back for another project soon.

I can't sing enough praises about this company. I previously had recessed lighting installed and it was a nightmare (lights stopped working and the crew made a MESS and never cleaned)

After the amazing reviews I called for a quote and Carlos was at my home that afternoon. Prompt and followed all covid protocols. He gave me an estimate that beat all other companies I spoke with by a landslide (DONT waste your time just book them) .

I got a call day before project to confirm time of arrival. Carlos called and gave me notice prior to coming. He and his crew were meticulous and clean. They taped off all floors and walls. You wouldn't even know they were here!

Our rooms look so much better with the fan installed and lighting in both bedrooms. I appreciate him saving me by recommending a fan for a smaller room or I would have purchased one that was too large and wouldn't have worked.

If you need any lighting installed call them. He even fixed the work of the previous company I hired that put in unbeknown to me the wrong lights.

I needed to find and replace all aluminum wiring in an old house and update the circuit to current standards. It was a pretty complex project given the long history of changes by prior owners.  Zapp electric did this for me and had it done with a city permit and inspection.

Zach and Dallas were very professional. They explained the problems and helped solve each one as we uncovered them.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs anything from a  simple to the most complex electrical projects.

Steve and Andrei came out to run three 220 V lines at my home. Of all the estimates I got, Steve's came in the cheapest, and the work they performed was top-notch. Steve and Andrei encouraged me to ask any questions when they working, and they were conscientious, and courteous.

I had Andrei come out the next day to clean up some slapdash wiring my contractor had left after a remodel. Andrei was right on time and fixed everything up with no fuss.
