Revising my review to 5-stars after receiving a call from Emily at Simple Electric. We rescheduled for a date that meets my timeline and I so appreciate their efforts to help after today's cancelled appointment. This is why they have so many 5-star reviews, in my opinion. Thank you!

I called Wiring Pro for an estimate and they were very prompt it getting back to me a providing me an estimate. Though we didn't use Wiring Pro we would have had we not determined there services weren't needed. I had 2 estimate done and the other did come out but has yet to provide the estimate.

In... troubleshoot...fix, out. We got light! 2 way switch hasn't worked for 6 years. Bow it works like a champ. Professionalism and expertise at it's best! Thank you!

I've had a fantastic first experience with Fan Doctor! The pull chain for the ceiling fan in my living room came out completely. I did a little googl'ing to try to fix it myself but decided to report it to my landlord. He attempted to repair it twice and was unsuccessful. I google'd fan repairs and was impressed with Fan Doctor's website and many positive reviews, so I called them. I spoke to Travis and explained my circumstances, and he assured me they would be able to repair my fan. Travis was knowledgeable and helpful. Since I live in Tempe and they're in North Phoenix, he said I could save a service call if I could just bring the switch into their shop. Otherwise, there would be a service call (which included up to 2 hours of labor) and a small cost for the new switch. The only downside is they don't do service calls on Saturday. However, they offer 4 time slots each weekday that the house call can be scheduled for. At the time, Travis said they were scheduling about 3 weeks out for a call to Tempe. On the day of my appointment, Kevin arrived as expected within the 8:00am to 9:30am window that I had selected. He assessed my fan, went out to his van and brought in the tools and parts needed. Because of the prior repair by my landlord, the original switch was no longer present, (which added a bit of a challenge for Kevin to determine the correct switch and wiring.) Nonetheless, he kept at it and did troubleshooting until my fan was working again, good as new! I was so pleased at Kevin's professionalism and good attitude as he worked on my fan and interacted with me. I highly recommend this company!

Alex from Arc Electrical SAVED us from huge expenses and delays that our original electric company proposed. We had been working on a house and had mistakenly turned off the main breaker numerous times on an older electric panel. All of a sudden multiple breakers stopped working. We panicked and called the original company we used for some electric work and they had an emergency tech come out on the weekend...the tech  from the other company told us we would likely need a new electric panel and it would be 6 weeks due to supply chain issues. The tech from the original electric company we used didn't have the knowledge, charged us a lot to do nothing and was basically calling someone else that was coaching them to tell us we needed a new panel. We had tenants moving in that coming Monday and there was no way we could leave the house to them with no AC or lights in the living area. I started to panic more and started messaging through Yelp to all the electric companies I could find. Most responses were from answering services and then miraculously Alex, the owner of Arc Electrical started to message me back. He came out the following day with no trip fees to look at what was going on. He clearly had way more expertise and depth of knowledge about electric than the other corporate style electric company we had been dealing with. Alex recognized very quickly what was going on. He knew of a part that would fix the main breaker without having to put in a new electrical panel. This saved us thousands and thousands of dollars and TIME. I have to mention that we were in such a time crunch that I told Alex we would pay a premium for his help and he said no, he only wanted to charge what was fair. He also went to the permit office on our behalf and called APS to make sure our electric was all good to go. Alex of Arc Electrical services is truly a god send. There aren't many ethical business owners like him anymore. He gets involved, he has genius level knowledge of electric, and he is kind hearted. We would have had so many issues had he not helped us. We consider him a real HERO and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Alex!!!!! You are the BEST!!

We've used C. Read & Son twice now, and both times it was an effortless and pleasant experience. They're easy to book with, the communication and reminder calls are efficient but not intrusive, and Clarence is friendly, knowledgeable, and has easily fixed whatever I needed fixed, very quickly and for a reasonable fee. A terrific company to work with on every level.

A great experience all around!  I hired Rio to install a 240v outlet in my garage so I can charge my Tesla.  Rio quoted the job over the phone (and was the best estimate I received), scheduled a time that fit my needs, arrived at the job 10 minutes early (thank you!!), and did a great job for exactly what they quoted.  They also vacuumed up all the dog hair (from my Lab) around the wall they worked on and left the area cleaner than when they came.

Could not ask for a better experience - highly rated and I will certainly use them for my electrical needs going forward.

Joseph was on time and did an excellent job at putting up our carriage lights on sides of garage.  He is knowledgeable and a quick and tidy worker.  We highly recommend Elan Electric and will call again when we need electrical work done.

Very responsive and helpful. I will call them again. When your electricity goes out you need someone that will give you honest advice and won't overcharge you.

This last Saturday I was having a dinner party and my AC went out.. Instantly went into panic mode!! 6 girls drinking wine melting is NOT a good look!! Called Cody and he was there within the hour!! He got the job done and we were back in business happy as can be :) Not to mention he was very professional and good looking!!

We had placed a request for a quote and several responded but Douglas Wright Electric was the best estimate.  Douglas and crew arrived promptly on time.  Friendly service.  But Douglas just seems like a good, honest, hardworking guy.   We appreciate that.  We are  very happy with how quickly they switched out our old bathroom lighting fixtures to the new ones.  Definitely will use them for any future electrical jobs we may have.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This will be my go to company for all electrical work from today forward. They made an appointment between 8 and 10 am and showed up exactly at 8, understood my problem and got right to work. These guys are clean, polite and hardworking. And so smart! My problem was with some illegal wiring in an Arizona room and when they looked at it they knew exactly why to do. They had to make some cuts in the drywall but when they finished the wiring they put all the drywall pieces back so it is ready for the drywall finishers. I can't say enough great things about The Wire Guys! I highly recommend them

Contacted Watt Masters via email to do some solar panel testing for a warranty claim.  I'd contacted probably 20 other electricians and couldn't find a single company that would do it so I was thrilled when Tom replied in the affirmative, and quoted me a price.
I've now emailed back three times in the span of a couple weeks and crickets.  So, look elsewhere - apparently Watt Masters is plenty busy and does not need any additional work....

Great place this guy's awesome I called him he picked up right away I had to get some work done at my house he came by and gave me reasonable prices I would highly recommend this guy great service knowledgeable really knows what he's doing had to part with him fixed it the same day and didn't overcharge me like big companies do I would highly recommend you guys if you have any problems with your electricity to give them a call

I wanted to have recessed lights installed in the kitchen and hallway area, as well as have the current track lights, sconce, and chandelier removed. I called Bjelde Electric to schedule a consultation, and they sent Chad out the next day to inspect the area and provide a quote. Their fee was the most competitive so I contacted their office to schedule the work. The admin, Mel, was very friendly & helpful in answering my questions and set a date for the job. On the scheduled day, Chad & Dante (?) arrived on time and got the job done efficiently and professionally.  They removed all the existing lighting and installed 8 recessed lights within 2 hours. They also cleaned up after completion. Best of all, Bjelde accepts credit card payment without the extra fees that other companies charge. I strongly recommend Bjelde for all your electric works.

I just had a meeting with Johnson Power, they identified my needs, brought up potential issues with my underground landscaping power wires and lights. Finally the electrician found and addressed a safety issue on the spot!

called for a quote. this was early morning.the person i talked to said someone would get back to me to give me a quote. i stayed home all day waiting for a call. i waited till the next afternoon and decided to call again.i talked to another lady and told her i called two days ago. she asked me for my phone number and said they would get back to me, i said sure you will. i waited another two days and called back again. i told this other lady i called three times. she said she would have someone call me.its now two days latter with no call. im very upset with this customer service people. also i would like the owner to investigate these statements. i dont think they the owner even hears about these things,or maybe just dont care.
