HISTORY
In 2008 Bill Cox decided to start BC Electric to help with Arizona's growing need for reliable and experienced electricians. Since then he has completed projects on everything from new construction, custom models, service work, and additions. Having worked on much of Arizona's housing, Bill has experienced all types of electrical configurations and wiring plans, making him an expert in his field.

Bill Cox has been wiring houses in Arizona for over 30 years. Throughout his career with a large contractor, he wired or led crews to wire tens of thousands of houses during Arizona's housing boom. Bill is AWESOME!! Called him at 6:45 Saturday morning and he was here by 9:00. We have a home warranty but I couldn't wait days for them to schedule. Diagnosed our problem in about 30 minutes and it wasn't routine by any means - wiring went bad at the end of a chain causing the whole circuit not to work. I'm sure I'm not totally explaining it right but I'm no electrician! His experience, expertise and responsiveness are worth every penny!
Bill did a great job on all the projects he did for me and gave me some advice to replace the motor on my exhaust fan that saved me some money. I will definitely use him again.
We got a new range and need the plug moved. Even though he ran into some issue, he came up with a solutions and was able to solve the problem. Very professional and on time. I would do business with him again.
I found myself in a tough spot when the electrical outlet box (later found out this is called a GFI) attached to the pool electrical box was dead - something we rely on to operate the pump installed in our now decked-over pool. I called BC Electric, hoping I might be able to line something up in a day or two. Living less than a block from the canals, mosquitoes can be a problem, and I was very concerned about water lingering at the bottom of the pool. Bill fit us into his schedule the same day, replaced the GFI and charged a reasonable rate. We were so pleased that we decided to have him run an electrical line in our garage for a freezer --- something we've been considering for a while, but never took that final step. Again, he got back in touch quickly, and a few days later we had an electrical outlet on the garage wall. We've very happy with everything he's done. He's professional, affordable and quite friendly too. Thank you Bill !!!
I needed some quick help with an outlet. (We moved in to a new home and the electrician had installed a stove outlet in the laundry room where a dryer outlet should be.) The delivery folks discovered this when they came to install our new washer and dryer. Not a fun discovery! I called BC Electric and they were to us in 10 minutes and had a new outlet installed in time for the delivery folks to finish their job. What a relief. They were fairly priced, friendly, and oh so helpful. Would highly recommend.
Thanks so much for your quick response to repairs! BC Electric responded quickly, showed up on time, were reasonably priced, and proved to be very competent! It's hard to find great contractors, but this is a business card I'll hang on to!!
I have never had to call an electrician and I didn't know where to start... luckily I called them first because within an hour, Bill was en route to fix the electricity on my pool pump that randomly stopped working... in 115 degree weather, I couldn't chance my pump not working for even a few days. I was surprised that he was so knowledgeable and explained everything and the reasons behind the issue, what a great lesson in electricity. As soon as he dropped the word to code I was sold. I love knowing that everything in my yard will be safe!

I read Bill's great reviews and called him and left a message. He returned my phone call within 20 mins and was at my house within the hour. He did a great job and was affordable. I'd highly recommend him and will definitely use him for future electrical needs.
