I reached out to TES and four or five other companies with some questions and photos to get estimates for a charger for an electric vehicle and potentially to have to replace my electrical panel for higher amperage. Many of the companies responded via email or Yelp based on my photos and gave me estimates. TES responded quickly and said that it was best for someone to come out and do an in-person estimate. Someone called today and was able to schedule a technician to come out and take a look.

I am so glad they did this. Efren came out and we talked through all of my options. Rather than just taking a look, he looked at all the wiring, took measurements, explained everything thoroughly and helped me to make an informed decision based on actual readings and assessments, not just assumptions based on the photos I sent. Rather than doing what was right for the company and just telling me I needed an expensive replacement, he considered my needs and what was right for the customer. He gave me a reasonable quote for what I needed. So much respect for these guys. Have earned must trust for all electrical needs here on out.

We had Grayzer out to run some wire in our bathroom for a new vanity light and an extra switch to turn the overhead light/fan on separately. Jeff was extremely polite, showed up on time, worked quickly, and came in below his original estimate . From my experience, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful experience!  They came out immediately to take a look at my project, provided me with an estimate and they scheduled me the next day.  In addition to being quick and efficient, they took the time to explain some existing issues and correct them.  I've already used them again on a small project and they will be my first call for any electrical needs!!!

I had a dead breaker that needed to be replaced, so I started calling around to electricians. I called and/or texted probably about six different companies and got various pricing and availability. The majority of the companies said they wouldn't be able to come out for weeks, which was not good for me because I didn't want to do without power to the items on that breaker for weeks. Others quoted pretty high prices for the repair. I decided upon Raptor Electrical Services for several reasons: 1. an actual human being answered the phone when I called rather than voice mail, 2. the actual human being - Priscilla - was SUPER nice and very helpful, 3. the electrician - Alejandro - would be able to come out in 2 days rather than weeks, 4. the price Alejandro quoted for the repair was lower than any of the other quotes I got that day. When Alejandro arrived to do the repair, he said that the problem wasn't the breaker. After doing some testing, he found that there was a wire in one of my light switches that wasn't connected properly and that was causing the problem! The repair ended up being even less expensive, and it all took less than an hour. I love these guys! They are now my electrical service. :)

Handyman Dan is awesome!! He is kind, pleasant and listens without rushing to get the job done without consulting with you first. I called Dan for a fence issue. He came out promptly, he gave me some advice on how to remedy the overall fence stability. I really appreciate his time. He is the best by far and you can believe the job will get fixed in a timely matter and done correctly. 5 stars I hope says it all!

NOTE: This is a review for pre-sales service only. I didn't hire Breeze to do any work. Xiaoyu responded quickly to my request for a quote through Yelp. He was willing to come out the next day to give me an estimate. I asked him a bunch of questions through Yelp and he was happy to answer them all quickly. I ended up not doing this work so didn't hire him but he was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I'll definitely have him on the list for service in the future.

On time, courteous, but most importantly knew what they were doing and got er done quickly--and efficiently.

David is very professional.  Prompt, clean, honest, fair.  All the things you want in a skilled trades person.  He is diligent and responsive.  I highly recommend.  He has done a ton of work fixing and upgrading all the crazy electrical work in my
old south Austin house and I intend to keep using him for the rest of the upgrades.

After suddenly being trapped behind our automated gate one morning, we knew something was up with our older home's electrical system.

After liberating ourselves from the property, we did some research on the way to H-E-B on electricians and quickly found SALT. Boy are we glad we did!

From the very first interaction over the phone we knew we made the right choice. They had excellent customer service, kept us informed, and had availability that worked for us.

Seth came out to visit us, and explained how SALT works, and what their goals are as a provider. They inspected the entire electrical system, and within minutes identified the issue and recommended a number of choices to fix our issue and safeguard our home.

Less than a week later, more friends from SALT arrived, Greg was the leader, and completed the work. They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.
