We had two ceiling fans that quit working as well as a fuse braker problem.  The two service men were excellent--they came on time, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They not only fixed the problems but were able to wire the fans so that we could use the wall stitches to operate them instead of having to use remotes.   It was a relief to get it fixed all in one day.  The cost was quite reasonable and fair.   I recommend them highly.     JD

We would hire Texas Electrical Services again in a heartbeat.  We have been upgrading our home to a smart home and decided to install Lutron Caseta switches.  I took the faceplates off the wall and realized our electricity didn't have the color coded wires to match the instructions.  There's two things I really don't mess with - electricity and plumbing.  TES came out and were done with all the switches in an hour.  Also had them install some smart cameras.  Next week they'll be back out because we are hanging patio lights.  These folks are honest, reliable, and will give you a fair price.

Needed some updates to the electric to my water heater. Adding a disconnect as well as an outlet in the utility closet. Dealt with another company first and wasted my time. Once i reached out to Grayzer they knew exactly what I needed and made an appointment. Several days ahead of my appointment, they reached out to see if they could come by and take care of the work. The electrician was in and out in under 2 hours. He explained things very clearly and answered all of my questions.

This is the second time I've used Max Electrical Services for 2 different places and both times, they have been excellent!

Not only is the quality of work fantastic, they are personable, reliable, and totally love dogs so it was easy to have the dog here while they worked. :)

If you need some stuff done, you won't regret calling them!

After seeing his yelp reviews, I had my husband call Russell Electric to set up an appointment and have them come take a look at our electrical issue. Our bathroom GFI has tripped almost daily for a good year now. It's incredibly annoying,  as our downstairs bathroom and both upstairs bathrooms are on the same GFI. If we were upstairs when it tripped, we had to go downstairs to reset it. He advised my husband to simply go to home depot and buy a $16 GFI and replace it. He said in all likelihood, this would resolve our issue, as once GFIs trip a few times, they tend to stop working correctly and continually trip. I only wish we had called sooner. Our issue is fixed. Thanks for the awesome free advice Russell Electric :)

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would.  He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour.  Very competent and thorough.  Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

Dustin is the master electrician and the man you want doing all your electrical work. He was referred to us by another electrician. We had three electricians from three companies and our architect search for a transformer in our house and all failed. Not Dustin. He was determined at the start to find it and find it he did! We were astounded. He also added lighting in our garage that is both beautiful and brilliant. He improved it a thousandfold. I honestly don't think there's anything he can't do. Top all that off with an outstanding personality and professionalism.  He is on top of everything and informs me without my having to remind or ask. He is a joy to work with. Make your life easier and have him do your all your electrical work. You will be glad you did.

Hired to replace both main panel and subpanel.  Fastest timeline and second best quote.  Johnathon's team did a fantastic job and cleverly fit my boxes behind a decorative wall.  I do dock one star for mixing up quotes and box sizes and mislabeling most of my breakers.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Scott was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that both he and his assistant wore masks and even vacuumed up the dust left behind after replacing a fixture in my office space!

Other things I really appreciated: 1) Scott took time to explain and show me what the issue was. It's important to me as a homeowner to learn and be aware for future reference, and it also helps me understand the cost(s) of repair. I knew they were busy, so it meant a lot that they took that time. 2) The impending winter storm ended up changing their schedule somewhat. I appreciate that Scott did his best to get my appointment in before everything shut down, and he was great about communicating that change.

Overall, I'm more than satisfied with the work and with the experience. I have an older home and hope I can use Bear Electric for more projects in the future.

I found an outlet in my home with some black scorch marks around it. Called Lion Group, they were able to come out that same day, identified and explained the problem, and replaced the outlet. It went so smoothly that I called them again the next week to help with the installation of a video doorbell. Reasonably priced service fee, quick response time and availability, and professional on-site service. They're going to be my go-to electricians moving forward.

Todd was fast, thorough, and fair, I couldn't have asked for much more!

Rosalinda, the boss's wife just emailed me a copy of a really old invoice and then called me and accused me of not paying an invoice from work that was done a year and a half ago. I told her I pay all my bills immediately. She asked well how did you pay us then? I said I don't remember. She has the audacity to reply with an attitude You don't remember? Like I am stupid or something for not remembering something that happened a year and a half ago! Do you remember what you ate for lunch 2 weeks ago? Exactly. Like it's my job to keep receipts for years and years and know off the top of my head how I paid every single vendor in the last two years.

Word of advice if you use these people, make sure you pay them by check, and keep a copy of that check forever. Because Rosalinda may call you two to three years later talking 'bout you owe us money!  

And guess what? If you don't have proof you paid her she can easily put a lien on your house until you finally pay her for something you already paid her for.

Luis and Alejandro are great electricians. These are the kind of people you can trust to give you the correct information for any electrical project. I have had them do multiple projects for me. They show up on time, are extremely respectful, and professional. They take all of the stress away from any difficult electrical situation that you might have to deal with. Great team. Thank you!

We needed to remove a chandelier and install a ceiling fan in our living room which had a vaulted ceiling.  Texas Electrical was lined up to do the job, but one of the parts was delayed.  They rescheduled and later attempted to put in the new fan.  After two hours of assembly and trouble shooting, we decided to get another fan assuming that the current one was faulty.  Fernando returned to our house and was successful installing the replacement fan.  I can't say enough about the courtesy and flexibility that Texas Electrical Connect exhibited.  They are a first rate organization and offered the best price to complete our job.

Excellent service, excellent execution , arrived on time, courteous and respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Liberty Hill, TX...Commercial building needed electrical work ahead of inspection. Was given advise, preventative measures and overall experience was awesome and work was done really fast and to high quality. Travis was awesome! a great example of a pro.

John did a great job for us hanging a very heavy chandelier, liked how he was very good at making sure it was safe and it looked great once he had it installed.

I'm late in posting this review. Seeing the other reviews, they are also reflective of my family's experience, however, Maury not only did a great, quick turnaround job for us, he also did a tremendous act of human kindness for us. My sister was on hospice. The electricity blew in the room where she was staying at 3:00 on an afternoon. This meant no oxygen, no breathing treatments, or fan - so we started calling around to see if anyone could help us right away. A couple of electricians told us they could be there a week from then...Maury said he could be there by 5:00. He pulled up shortly after 4:00 and I took him in and showed him the problem (an outlet with old wiring had sparked, melting the bakelite and almost causing a fire), then we walked to the fuse box, where he saw the old and crazy wiring. He understood that we just needed a quick fix - even though what really needed to happen to prevent future issues was lots of re-wiring and repair. But as my mom told Maury, We just need the house to last longer than she (my sister) does. Maury fixed the problem for us so that her oxygen could be turned back on. My mom was going to pay him and asked him how much - fully prepared to pay upwards of $500 for what he did, especially at such short notice late in the afternoon. But it was well under $200. His work was great...but his compassion and human-ness really set Maury in a class of his own. My sister did pass away about a week later, but we will always be grateful to Maury for his great kindness. If only there were more people like him in the world.

Dan was not available for services in our area (Steiner Ranch). Too bad :-( We own several rental properties and could have given him a ton of business over the years. Funny, he said he was in Marble falls on a job but, we were too far out.
