UPDATE: Malco Electric reached out to me by phone and told me there was an error in my invoice, so I shouldn't have been charged for the apprentice as well as the journeyman. They voided my check and I was able to pay for the fixed invoice (just the journeyman). I appreciate their quick response and resolution to my issue. Putting my review back to 5 stars!

Been using them for years. Have always provided great service at fair prices.  I highly recommend them for all your electrical issues!

Overall experience:
We recently purchased a Tesla and needed to install a wall charger in our garage. Grayzer responded to my phone call immediately and then directed me to a comprehensive web page that allowed me to show them exactly what I needed. When it became apparent that they needed someone to do an on-site appraisal, they sent an extremely knowledgeable individual (Jeff) who was quick and thorough. On the day of the install, the two individuals who arrived (Brock and Dan) were prompt and efficient.

Scheduling:
Grayzer is pretty busy, so just know that you may have to wait for them to do work depending upon the scope of the project at hand. While that is a bit of a downer, if you can respond within an hour, they will put you on a short notice waiting list in order to quickly reschedule your appointment in lieu of the person who cancelled. They employ an e-mail response and appointment scheduler that can add itself to your personal calendar while also providing you with a text message prior to their arrival to let you know that they are on the way.

Quality of work:
Grayzer not only installed my charger, but made some recommendations for future additions such as a whole house circuit breaker in the future if I thought I needed one. The install was quicker than I thought it would be and looks like part of the house aside from the color of the piping which would be easily fixed with a quick can of paint. In addition to the install, they made sure that i knew what the heck I was doing with the charger by giving me a quick tutorial.

I'm extremely pleased with Grayzer and highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Austin area for, at the very least, EVSE needs. First class!

Thomas was prompt, professional and honest. I needed electrical work done within two days and no other electrical companies I called would be able to get to me in my time frame. Thomas came out the very next day and quickly trouble shooted my issue. He bills hourly and did not try to milk the clock. He worked quickly and even hustled from room to room. I felt I received great value from him. He bills $100 per hour which is much less than most people quoted and he was well worth it. He will be my go to electrician for all future electrical jobs.

These guys are pros and my go-to for any electrical needs.  They've done several jobs for me over the years and I've been happy with their work and prices every time.  100% recommended.

Jonathan the owner did my electrical work this morning.  He was early to the work assignment, did an excellent job on trenching, running low voltage wire and installing 4 spot lights for a HOA entrance sign.  Worked quickly to complete the job.  Excellent communication throughtout the process.  He had the lowest bid among the 4 finalist.  I am having him doing another job when he has the time.  al

Absolutely fantastic work, communication, and overall service. Bear Electric installed a manual transfer switch and 50amp inlet box for my generator and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Before we started the job, Scott had me send photos of my breaker box, mains, etc. and was able to figure out exactly what I needed and provided me with a quote, all within 24 hours of initial contact. The other companies I reached out to were still sending me robo-yelp messages asking for me to schedule a phone call with them by the time I had locked everything in with Bear

I had a couple follow-up questions the week after the install. Basically I couldn't get my generator to work because of... user error. Scott was totally cool and immediately texted back, and helped me troubleshoot what I was doing wrong. His install was 100% and he was nice enough to provide me with technical support outside of his work.

I've hired bigger electrical companies in the past and while their work was good, communication was poor. Everything got lost in translation from their receptionist to the actual electricians. Not with Bear- Scott was always there and super-quick to respond.

I will absolutely go with Bear Electric for all my future electrical work.

I found an outlet in my home with some black scorch marks around it. Called Lion Group, they were able to come out that same day, identified and explained the problem, and replaced the outlet. It went so smoothly that I called them again the next week to help with the installation of a video doorbell. Reasonably priced service fee, quick response time and availability, and professional on-site service. They're going to be my go-to electricians moving forward.

Todd had done a lot of electrical work for us and has always done an amazing job. Todd is meticulous in what he does and always answers my emails with long, detailed replies. I am very thankful that I have found an honest and knowledgeable electrician. You can't go wrong with him.

What an amazing company! I was thrilled with the response time, the technician, and Rosalinda who scheduled us so quickly. Our technician arrived earlier than expected and quickly identified the problem and fixed it as best he could (bad wiring.)  We will absolutely hire them again - extremely impressed!

Alejandro was able to diagnose my issue in a few minutes by phone, which saved an expensive service visit. We really appreciate the help, and will go back to Raptor when we have issues in the future.

Would not recommend. The crew did good job with the initial work, ($6000) but we found out that they cut the wire by accident that causes one of the appliance not working. They came back and confirmed that the wire was cut, but refused to take care of the issue and mentioned that everything was working while they left. They wanted to charged an additional $450 to take care of the issue!

Also, the crew entered my house from the side without my permission!

Dylan was fantastic. I needed a new outlet in my bathroom and he made it an easy process. He arrived on time and was very friendly!! I will be using Twin Oaks Electric for all my electric needs from now on.

Not only did they respond to my request (unlike a lot of electrical companies I've tried to contact), Travis actually responded the same day. I set up an appointment, and electricians came to my house on time and were able to do the work quickly and efficiently.

Did some extensive troubleshooting to figure out why my hot tub will not turn on.  After about 45-60 minutes he found a 'hidden' ground fault circuit breaker behind the utility room.  Once reset, hot tub started working.  He only charge me the minimum ($90).  Before him I had another company come by & they gave me an estimate of $200.  So I believe I got a great deal with Shine On Electic.

Had a unique electrical job with a fitness machine and Maury went through great lengths to get to the bottom of it and only charged a service call fee which was more than reasonable! Will definitely be using him again

Great job Dan! Dan did a great job installing a ceiling fan and towel rack. I appreciated his honesty and backing off jobs that were more for a specialist (electrician) to handle vs just doing it... very clean and efficient and communicated consistently through process! Good to find someone I can trust
