We had a great experience with Colvin Electric and can't speak highly enough of Ivan Torres.  He was friendly, professional, and very communicative and responsive throughout the service process.

My husband and I initially called Colvin Electric because we'd lost power to one room in our house.  My husband has done basic wiring and thought he would fix it himself, but it turned out to be more complicated than he'd expected.  Colvin came to diagnose that problem and we also asked them replace our old Federal Pacific breaker panel.  They gave us a quote (which was much better than quotes we received from other places) and we scheduled a time for them to come back and do the work.  They do seem to be pretty busy, because we had to wait a couple weeks, but we are glad we did.  (It seems that most electricians are really busy during this COVID season when so many people are doing home repairs and remodels!)

They replaced the panel and had to test all of the breaker switches to identify them and label them.  They were very professional and considerate as they worked through each room in our house, testing outlets and flipping switches.  Due to an unforeseen circumstance with the city, the inspector wasn't able to come and sign off on the work, so they had to stay very late and get a temporary approval so that our electricity could be turned on.  We appreciated their professionalism, the fact that they were able to find a temporary solution, and that they were committed to staying until everything was taken care of.  Due to that situation with the city inspector, they did not have time to fix the electricity in the room we had initially called about!  But they got us back on the schedule for the next week and were able to take care of the problem in about 30 minutes!  It turns out that the problem started with a neutral on the outlet behind our fridge, which is in a completely separate room than the one that lost power.  We were impressed with how quickly and simply they identified and resolved the issue.

They did a great job on replacing the breaker panel and repairing the electricity in the previously dark room!  We will not hesitate to call Colvin Electric ANY TIME we need electrical work done.

We hired them to install some outdoor lighting.  David and Robert did a fantastic job and were very professional.  They also worked their schedule around ours as we had a restricted time schedule.  They were terrific and we would definitely hire them again

One of the top electricians in Austin!! I just did a full house remodel and he did a beautiful job!  Matt's Electrical Work did everything from rewiring most of the house to bring it up to code, to adding do recess can lights and adding fixtures and plugs where I needed them. I ended up redoing everything from the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living room areas and dining areas. All workers were very clean and professional. The owner called me and addressed every concern and question I had after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied.

Asked them to come out and give an estimate on wiring some additional fire alarms into my current alarm system. They came out and did a free estimate the next day. When they came back to do the work they were very professional and did an outstanding job. I Highly recommend RECON electric.

John at ATX Electrical was outstanding!  He came out to take a look at our project and jumped into action noting the deficiencies that had been brought to our attention during this project and I was able to validate his findings. His work was super clean and tidy. We added an exterior outlet for our sump pump and he didn't have to run any extra exterior conduits like I  had been previously quoted for less $$. I am really pleased with how it turned out. ATX was not the cheapest, but their work was definitely superior. I would call them back in a heartbeat because I know I'll be taken care off.

I have used Rangel Electrical Services on three occasions for needed work in my home.  I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service performed by owner Mario Rangel.  On each occasion, Mario showed up on time, did excellent work and completely cleaned the job sites.  All work was performed for very reasonable costs.  Work included new recessed lighting and additional circuits in my kitchen and dedicated 20 amp and 30 amp circuits in my garage.

I highly recommend Mario with Rangel Electrical Services.  He is thorough,  efficient and professional.  And he's genuinely a nice guy.  You will not regret contacting Mario for your electric needs.

James was wonderful to work with. I had an issue where my rental property lost power to an appliance and I needed immediate help. I reached out on a Wednesday evening and James was able to get out there the next day. He was very gracious and was able to fix the issue immediately. I hired Mr. David Julius to do a panel upgrade to my home which entailed a new weather head, meter can, 200a main panel, ground rods and water bond. The cost he quoted was very reasonable. He was super professional and great to deal with from beginning to end. His work is totally flawless. I was very impressed.This person is very skilled and I could not recommend him enough. At this point, I would only use Julius Electric for any of my electrical needs.

Apex exceeded our expectations in every aspect!  Rodney and his team were friendly, courteous, and communicated well. They showed up promptly and completed their work in a timely manner. Everything that they rewired is once again working. They also took a few minutes to troubleshoot some of our electrical connections in order to prevent future problems, which was appreciated. Called them for electrical work in a rental property in Austin , I live 200 miles away. Needed two fixtures installed that I had already purchased and a new wall switch. Charged $397 for less than 1  hour's work. The electrician himself was excellent but after he completed the work it seems that he had time to go around the house and catalog all the other work that needed to be done. Called to discuss the pricing but have never heard back. I guess this will teach me not to be so trusting from reading reviews.

This company has been doing my HVAC work since I got down here and I have never had an issue. Prompt, professional, accurate, at every level from technicians to office staff.
No silly commercials, just great service and quality products at fair prices. On my system that was installed at my own home today I did not even bother to get a second quote because I knew exactly what my money was buying.

Robert and Ace do a great job.  Robert has installed new lights and fans in my house, including some on very high ceilings. Not an easy job but he was super careful to not damage my floors while installing everything. Very professional and responsive.  Highly recommend.
