Last night, we had an unexpected electrical problem. Lights went off throughout parts of the house and our bathroom vent fan quit working. Total mystery to us. I relayed this issue and asked for quotes from a couple respected electricians around Austin. Most got back to me with a dollar number and a timeline for sending somebody out. Jeremy was the only one who messaged me with a suggestion for what to try first. When that didn't work, he called me back and talked it over with me through the phone. He gave me two options: he could come out and work on the issue and get me back up and running OR if I was handy and comfortable with it, he could walk me through what he would do and see if I could fix the issue on my own. He actually saved me nearly $200 in parts and labor. He gave me clear instructions and made sure I knew exactly what to do in a safe manner. He has my next business for sure. I'm incredibly grateful that he had my interest at heart. He knew the issue was solvable and put me in the right direction. Thank you. All is now well, and we have power again!

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Luis is a wonderful person and an excellent professional. We had other quotes for our project, but when Luis came over we were blown away by all his knowledge. He answered all our questions and made us feel reassured at all times. No upselling, 100% honesty (he even caught something our builder missed and he was honest enough to let us use the warranty instead of selling his services for it...).

We couldn't be happier about the result and the whole process. Luis an his assistant installed 3 pendant lights over our kitchen island and one chandelier over the dining table. No pre-existing wiring prior this process.

We had them install a Tesla wall charger. Their quote was the lowest we received. Definitely the best value! To make it work best, we needed to replace the breaker box and run a line 35 feet. All of the extra work would have cost twice as much from another licensed company.

If you are undecided and don't know what company to hire for the job, you will be thankful if you pick Dunn Honest Electric . I needed work done on a Saturday, we had a dangerous situation existing. Stetson was working until 2:00 in morning, then came back 5 hours to finish up. Not only did he answer my call on a Saturday, when everyone I called said leave a message and we will call you back, he did the job for a lot less than other company's had quoted me a month before. I would gladly recommend him for the job.

Hands down the best electricians I have ever dealt with.  I met with Ram to look into putting in a generator transfer switch at our home so we could have the option to use a generator if the power goes out.  After this last storm I didn't want to take any chances.   Ram answered all my questions and got us set up with exactly what we needed super fast.  I was so impressed with how professional they all were I had them back out the next week to add additional 220v outlets in my garage for some equipment and a rapid car charger.  Again, extremely clean and fast installation.  CP is awesome!

John Summarell and his team moved an electrical junction box that was blocking an appliance from fitting where I wanted it.  It involved going under the house, even after a rain storm when everything was muddy.
They were very professional, friendly, and did a great job.  I highly recommend A&S if you need electrical work done in Bastrop (or around Smithville).

When another electrician left me hangin Kaleb stepped in and came to my rescue. Already late in the day he promptly pulled a permit troubleshooted the issue with my main breaker, called for inspection and by the end of the day my meter was replaced and the power restored!
