I am a landlord and this is the second time I have used Malco.  Last time, they fixed my issue quickly, billing is reasonable and simple.  This time, they called me back and offered advice that avoided a trip and any out of pocket costs all together. Super responsive and helpful.  I will absolutely call again.

As far as I am concerned these guys pulled off a small miracle.Had a branch fall and take out the power line to a rental house I have in the middle of the night. Worked though a list of 10 or 12 electricians the next morning trying desperately to find someone who could get the power and my tenants AC back on in less than a week to no avail.
Finally talked to Casey at Texas Electrical. At first she gave me the same sad tale. They were booked for a least a week.Then she said that she realized that we had an emergency situation and let me make a few calls and get back to you. Thirty minutes later she called back to say she had a crew that could make it out after lunch. Their crew showed up right on schedule, evaluated the situation, left to get materials, came back and did the repairs all before 4 in the afternoon. At the same time Texas Electrical arranged for an emergency permit and inspection by the city,. City inspector signed off on the repairs shortly after they finished and Austin Energy showed up the same evening to install the new line and power was back on by 8:30! Unbelievable! We are very grateful to Texas Electrical for their quick response and outstanding service. Thanks to everyone at Texas Electrical!!

Victor came by to wire up some security cameras and did an awesome job. He really listened to what I needed to be done and worked with me throughout the installation to make sure the job was done the right way and exactly how I was hoping. The cameras work great and he was more than happy to answer a couple of other electrical questions I had about other unrelated things around my place. Thanks Victor!

I also would like to add that when I originally set up the appointment, I had to set it up quite far (I guess because business is good), but asked if there were any sooner openings that pop up, to let me know. I wasn't sure if I'd hear back, but they reached out on their own and allowed me to move my appointment up by quite a bit, which I really appreciated.

Max Electrical Services never fails to impress me.  From their super fast response times to their incredibly knowledgeable and professional electricians - I am always so happy after using their services.  Their prices are very fair as well.  I highly recommend!

Called to get a rough quote on installing new 220v outlet in my garage and he was able to give me a fairly accurate quote after just telling him about what I needed. I'm sure if it was a bigger job it might have been unreasonable to get quote over the phone but for such a small job it was nice that he didn't have to come out (and charge a fee) to get an idea of what I was looking at paying.  I called ABC Electric first for the same thing and they insisted on coming out to assess the job and give a quote. They charged $79 for that. Not only did Thomas give me the estimate over the phone, it ended up being less than 1/2 of what the other guys wanted.

Regarding the actual work, he was on time and got right to work. I would definitely hire him again for any of my electrical needs.

Couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Tom and his partner. Very fair pricing & honest estimate. They installed four sconces on walls that weren't already wired fir sconces. They were careful not to damage newly painted walls. I will not hesitate to call them again for all our electrical needs. Well done!

We couldn't be more grateful for the work Dustin and his crew did.  They said they would arrive at 7:30 and the doorbell rang exactly on time.  They not only did the work they planned to do, but fixed terrible wiring from a previous electrician.  They were so professional and knew what they were doing!

I needed additional outlets in my garage for a workshop. The team was on time and definitely professional. They got straight to work after discussing the placement of the outlets and after our discussion, got it done very quickly.
They were friendly and I would definitely recommend them. If I have need for an electrician, I will definitely call them again.

I've had some problems with my outside outlets lately, and my pool cleaner wasn't getting enough power. I didn't know if the two issues were related so I contacted a couple companies for rates and time frames. One company's rate was double Bear Electric's rate and they couldn't come out for 7-10 days. Scott's rate was reasonable and he came out the following day!! He brought his assistant and they analyzed and fixed the problem within the hour. I'm glad I chose Scott's family business rather than a larger company. I'll definitely be contacting Bear Electric for all my electrical issues in the future.

I found an outlet in my home with some black scorch marks around it. Called Lion Group, they were able to come out that same day, identified and explained the problem, and replaced the outlet. It went so smoothly that I called them again the next week to help with the installation of a video doorbell. Reasonably priced service fee, quick response time and availability, and professional on-site service. They're going to be my go-to electricians moving forward.

Replaced my Electrical Panel it was over 35 years old. If you are looking for your own true professional electrician this is the guy! Cordial, polite, honest, timely and personable.

My dryer suddenly stopped working due to a shorted wire and malfunctioning outlet.  L & R came to the rescue and even replaced the plug to the dryer with an extra trip the tech made to Home Depot. The cost was higher than originally quoted but for same day service and an excellent job, I give them 4/5 stars and would call them again!

Just saw the response from Luis the business owner. My cousin & I definitely had him out to our property, so his claim that his records didn't show that are, to be charitable, completely false. We saw him & his cohort and he identified himself as the owner Luis. We have his business card in hand. Then he makes up a story in his response that we requested something that was not up to code--this is a fabrication; we showed him what Austin Energy employees had identified as the problem and he read what they had written, then gave us the figure of $16 thousand that we agreed to since work had to be done, then immediately after we agreed, went right up to the $20K figure, which conduct spoke for itself. He and his cohort spoke quietly between themselves in Spanish and clearly assumed we couldn't understand Spanish--again, that is false. Everything I said in my review was factual and fully witnessed by both of us. I am quite conversant with local & national (harmonized) electrical & other building trade codes. This response by the owner is very revealing, and only validates the facts initially provided in my original review.

Came quickly to rescue me from loss of power. Have a good price too.

Company was very responsive to my questions through yelp and focused the project while also helping me determine materials I could buy on my own.
Great service technician.  Fixed the problem more cheaply than promised and was extremely easy to work with.

Our bathroom outlets weren't working and I tried to contact few electrician on the weekend and Travis replied immediately. Instead of asking for service scheduling, he asked questions and helped me fix the problem myself so I don't even need to schedule for the service. Great service and product is the one that help customers in any way instead of exploiting customers and Avery deserves to be the best service you can get!!! Thank you for your help, Travis!!

Work looks great.  We replaced an old celing fan.

Maury is excellent. Called him at first he was unable to help. In a few hours he called back and said he could fit me in his schedule. He said in could come by in about 1 hour. Not only did he show up he was about 15 minutes. I had some huge electrical and he fixed faster than I expected. Their price was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and parts required. We will be using them again and would highly recommend.

Great job Dan! Dan did a great job installing a ceiling fan and towel rack. I appreciated his honesty and backing off jobs that were more for a specialist (electrician) to handle vs just doing it... very clean and efficient and communicated consistently through process! Good to find someone I can trust
