The fantastic people at Sunny Energy were a true delight to do business with as they made the whole process of going solar as simple as it could be.From the initial start to the final review the process I never would have believed that it could be so simple. I had Caliber roofing for repairs, they were very good. I didn't realize that getting the roofing tiles was so hard as it was COVID 19 time.,so I was impatient but they worked as fast and hard as they could getting the tiles.
They did an excellent job and  and there was no additional costs from the estimate they gave. I would recommend them.

Rooftop Solar installed a solar system in February,2021 and did a great job.  They are a very responsive and customer-driven company.  During the sales process, their price was very competitive and I felt they were honest about the system and the process.  They quoted good equipment, and even ended up upgrading it some (at no extra charge)  to help me meet energy targets without upgrading my circuit breaker box.   We ran into a few gliches with my HOA and they were very supportive and responsive to my needs and the concerns of the HOA.  They really work hard to ensure that their customer is satisfied.  A few panels were not working initially and they followed up immediately with the equipment manufacturer to get it corrected.  They have also followed up with me at my 1 year anniversary to check in.  I highly recommend Rooftop Solar for your PV System.

I call them and make an appointment and they didn't show up.
They told me that they did and that they waited for me for 1hr when I was home all day.,
They apologized and want it to make another appointment.  and I say no way jose.
That is not good Bussines when you take time of your day for them and no show

My solar water heater became defective, called several companies for service, here are some of their comments, " if we didn't install it we don't service it". "we don't do solar anymore", We live in the Valley of the Sun. I called General Solar, spoke to Kent and he said he could come to my house on Monday, I asked if he had any solar water heaters on hand, yes he did, I said please bring it when you come.  After 4 days of no hot water and taking cold showers even during a heat wave, gets old, I had hot water within 1 hour, Kent and Steve cleaned up and removed the old water heater. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kent and Steve. I will refer you to anyone who is interested in solar. Thanks again, Mary

When I was researching solar companies to hire for my home I found Solar Shark to be the best one out there as far as service , panel quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I have a busy schedule but they made meeting with them easy and convenient through a comprehensive and step by step virtual presentation. Arizona Energy Pros has definitely improved their customer service. Tech was out and ensured that everything was good to go for city inspection. Now waiting for utility company to energize the system.

We received a quote a few weeks ago, what was great for us was that they came out and measured our windows and we did not have to be home. Brad gave us a quote same day and we scheduled for install which was today for our window screens. They showed up on time, we're professional. We are very happy with the way the job came out. Will definitely use this company again for any future projects.

Still trying to figure out how paying $400/mo to Harmon  offsets the $98 solar credit from APS.

Solar stopped working 17Jun, got a notice from Titan via email on 08Jul that there was an alert but it was closed. SRP notified us 28Jul that little to note power was being generated. Can't get a call back, can't get an email response. We have been told the inverter needs to be replaced, but no idea when it will arrive and when it can be fixed. In the interim we are paying normal pricing for electric again PLUS the panel payments.

Front end service was fine, back end service after paying for the product is non existent.

Too the business manager who will inevitably respond: idgaf about emailing your company again - we have done so multiple times. Your company needs to put up some real context and correct their mistake.

We are 3 months into this process of getting solar panels and power walls and so far it's been all delay delay delay, no ones ever available by phone, they actually tell you when you do get ahold of someone that they have so much work that they don't know what to do.  They can't keep the design straight, it changes every time we talk, they can't keep the signed documents straight, at this pace it will take 6 months to even get to the installation. Right now I would recommend a company that is local and actually wants the work.
