Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

We contacted Vlad with interest in doing o complete interior remodeling of our $
2750 sq ft home. He was quick to meet with us and to to submit a lack luster proposal. We received some CAD drawings which were inconclusive.

Vlad gave us a start date. We proceeded to provide him with decor features and material selections to be included. The response time continued to drag out. With Vlad's suggestion we signed a temporary lease agreement for 5 weeks so as to be out of his way. Last week, before executing lease agreement I received verbal agreement from Vlad that we should proceed.

Now, one week before start date, Vlad pulls out of the project! We are on the hook for lease, packing materials and laborers.  Not to mention at least 30 days of lost project time.

BEWARE AND FOR WARNED.

I had a water leak in the wall the day we were leaving for vacation.  I contacted Pat and he explained the steps we should take to get it taken care of. So while I was on vacation, we had family come to the house to meet the technicians and with being able to contact back and forth via text and phone calls to get it addressed, we had it solved and fixed before we returned home. Pat was great with his explanations and very responsive throughout the days when I had questions. Definitely helped relieve some of the stress considering we were away on vacation. I would use them again if the need arose.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.
1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)
2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.
3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.
4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.

The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

We need carpet cleaning, re-stretching and some new pad in one of our rooms following the big monsoon at the end of September.  Phoenix Carpet Repair was professional from start to finish and the carpet looks great.  I also had s couple of rooms cleaned and spots (dogs) addressed. I believe it was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. I highly recommend them.

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. Their attention to detail and understanding of our unique needs made this situation as pleasant as it could be. We thank AZEC for walking us through this project. I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

Holy Carpet Cleaner Batman!!! Tim and Ray Odom With AZ Hydro Pro came and save our carpet (again)! Chris Tousley was absolutely getting new carpet this week as it is terribly embarrassing to have this in our home. LOOK what happened. Tim also said we have really good carpet and it will last another 5-6 years with their care. Go for it! Terrible! Gabby from Acuity came out in December, said she would send me a quote that week but instead she just disappeared. After a month of me texting, vm, and trying to get a response, I finally called her boss. Within 10 minutes she then responds (where had she been the entire month I was leaving her messages) and says I have to get back in touch with the restoration company. I said they are done, I paid them, and my deductible with insurance is already satisfied. She then argues with me that insurance never does that. Well, don't know what to tell you Gabby but thats what they did and my deductible is satisfied. I just need your quote that I have been asking for over a month. She then tells me I have to sign a contract before they will give me a quote. What??!! You want me to sign a contract and THEN you'll tell me how much it costs? What a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Acuity Builders.
