I was dealing with a warranty company when my AC went out. The temperatures ranged from 100-106F. It is now a week and I haven't heard from that company since they sent the third tech out. A friend recommended Hays Cooling. Within two hours of my call they sent out Aaron. He discovered the problems and even warned me that what little work had been done created a fire hazard. My unit is 20 years old and parts are almost impossible to find. He's returning today to measure for a whole new unit. Aaron explained everything to me in detail; he is very professional and knowledgeable.  I am cancelling my membership with the warranty company.

These guys were great. Did an amazing job on fixing a small leak we were dealing with as well as helped us get a water line set up to our fridge. Would use them for any other needs we have.

I have been a customer of Hobaica for over 12 years.  They have installed all three of our air conditioners in our home and guest house. Their service has always been great from all of their service reps.  They have always been friendly, professional and honest with issues regarding our equipment. This past Tuesday service rep Jeremiah Russell came for our twice yearly maintenance check up. As I was showing him where our air conditioning equipment was I casually mentioned to him that we were having issues with our plumbing in our guest house. I told him that I probably would be calling Hobaica to have their plumbing service come out to check it out. I had not used them before as I have had a plumbing company for the past 20 years.  I told him that our current plumber has been out 3 times trying to fix and identify our problem. They have not been able to fix it.  Within the hour Jeremiah came to me and told me that he checked our plumbing issue and had identified the problem. Air in the pipes due to a break or crack in the pipes was the issue. I was quite surprised and impressed that he had taken it upon himself to look at our problem and identify the issue and even told us the probable area where the break was underground.  He advised that Hobaica could not service this issue due to it being underground.  He gave us the name and phone number of a company that could help us. His service was well beyond the expected good service that we have always received from Hobaica  reps. Hats off the the management of Hobaica for hiring and training the type of people who truly believe in great customer service.  And again a BIG Thank You to Jeremiah for his efforts in helping us. I will now be calling Hobaica for all of our plumbing needs.  Thank You, Jim

Best word to describe these guys is, professional. Called them just a few hours after I found out my AC unit had stopped working. They were able to show up earlier than expected AND called to let me know. Once they assessed the issue they took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure only necessary repairs were made as I'm currently paying off some plumbing work. They even fixed a part of my fencing that had fallen down next to the AC unit!!! I won't be dealing with anyone else for my AC and heating needs and am super impressed this company!

Love, love, love this company! When we went to disconnect the washer and dryer for the moving company, we discovered that the valve for the cold water wasn't turning off. I emailed ProSkill at 8pm and had a (friendly, informational, knowledgable) plumber on-site 12 hours later! Does it get any easier than that?

I hear they don't travel south of Bell, but I'm hoping they'll consider modifying that to south of Cactus. I've used them multiple times and can't imagine I'd ever find another plumbing company as honest and friendly.

From the moment I called in they were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Randy and Brendan installed the water heater and they were super nice and quick! Great service and great pricing. Really a wonderful experience!! Thank you!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

We had a refrigerator water line leak. I messaged Sam and within 30mins he was at our home. He identified the problem and went to the hardware store to get replacement parts. He was in and out within a hour. Very professional and super nice. I highly recommend this company! Could not be happier.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Beware! Had yavapai come out to look at our heating/air unit that stopped working right after we moved into our house. They were prompt and polite and got the heat working again. They then told us we needed a new unit.  It was several thousand dollars. It was winter, it was cold so we signed the contract and had a new unit a couple days later.
They sold us an electrostatic filter which was supposed to cut down the dust and allergens (which instead turned out to restrict the air flow.) Everything worked fine except the flow into the master bedroom. A few months later I called them out to check for blockages. A tech came out and told us we needed all new ducts to the tune of $7k
We passed.
We used them again when we had our bathroom remodeled to rough in and install the plumbing fixtures we purchased separately.  The first tech was not familiar with The brand we purchased and had some problems. We called for another tech and he also had problems figuring it out but got it connected.
One day I am in the shower and the top of the pipe disconnected from the wall.  We had someone else come to fix it and he discovered that the Yavapai tech had only put two anchors in to hold the pipe when there were 4 that SHOULD have been used.
I called Yavapai and requested a refund of labor for the installation and was told no that I should have called them back to fix it. Why would I do that when they didn't know what they were doing in the first place?  I finally managed to get a portion back.
I hate leaving bad reviews but am disappointed at the ineptitude and, in my opinion, dishonesty.
I do not recommend this company.

AC went out Friday night, placed a work order online with home warranty company. They couldn't get someone out in a timely manner & approved me to use a company of my choice Saturday afternoon. Quickly asked around the neighborhood & AC by J was recommended. They got here before 6 pm on Saturday, fixed the botched job from another AC company that repaired it just a week ago and got me up & running. The technician, John, was great! Will definitely use again!

Precision Air called prior to technicians arrival and stated he should arrive in about 45 minutes. Technician Aaron Aliser arrived right on time. He reviewed the problem. He knew immediately what was wrong. He replaced the fan motor. System is up and running. Aaron was extremely professional and efficient.

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

Been messing around trying to fix a running toilet since Wednesday, now its Saturday and its finally fixed!  Garrett did a fantastic job, kept me informed about was wrong and cleaned up the area.  Got a good deal on the price, I'm so happy I called Canyon State Plumbing!!

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Juan was the Tech that came out!!!! He fixed what needed to be fixed on the spot!!!!! It was late on Monday night when I got the call from my Son,AC died, I live in San Diego and felt panicked! I didn't know who to call and a friend recommended Donley.  They came out late at night got it up and running by 10:30. I was at peace by 11:00 Priceless!!!! Juan was very good at explaining everything to my Son and I over the phone, he's awesome!

Sales sales sales. They will say anything to get the sale of a new unit done and finalized. What we were promised was not delivered. We had a bad experience with the salesman and the installers. Had water coming through the ceiling at one point. We brought the attention of GOETTL and they said sure thing, we will make this right. I has been over a month and they've disappeared.

If I could give it a 0 I would I booked an appt for 2pm-6pm. I took time off. NO one showed. I called. They said oh booking error so no one is coming. Then they said they could come the next day, guess what NO time frame- just whenever they want. So after sitting here all day from 2-6 the next day is NO time frame. I'm sorry but I don't have THAT flexible of a schedule. I am having cold showers and waited a whole week for this appt. Super disappointed and will not be using them. If anyone has a recommendation where someone will actually follow their booked appts. Let me know.

Have had problems with this company from day 1. We are on our 4th appointment & at least this time they called saying they are 3 hrs late, last time they called at 7pm for a 4 hr job which would have taken them till midnight, we politely said we'll reschedule. Our neighbors and their neighbors have all had problems with this company. They do not call to confirm appointments the day before and we tried calling their office today to see if they were keeping the appointment and not even a chance to leave a VM. There are many other options out there, so do yourself a favor and ask around for quality companies, cuz this ain't one of em. I get it these are trying times for businesses, but the customer service aspect of their business should not suffer also. At least communicate with the client so they are not waiting around for you not to show up.
