Nathan is outstanding!! I had a concern about a previous company and the product they used and the impact to my health. He drove down to my condo with a sample of the product to let me see if it was the same one and then inspected the room to ensure it was safe!!! AMAZING. I am so happy he put my fears at ease since the previous company was acting weird about the situation and wouldn't let me see the product they used. Had a little home warranty work to replace garbage disposal and replace a toilet flush valve. Their technician was 2 hours past the 3 hour window they provided.  When he finally arrived his hands were filthy.  I understand he's a plumber but if your hands are dirty please do not touch my walls and light switches, which I had to clean.  When working on the garbage disposal, he asked me to help him which I found odd but no real big deal.  He didn't have the part in his truck for the toilet and said someone would be out tomorrow.  I waited the whole day and nobody ever showed so I had to call the office the next day where they thought the work was 100% complete.  Their technicians knew what they were doing but borderline unprofessional and clearly the office is not organized.
