Not only that, he was exceptionally careful to leave everything exactly as he found it, which is greatly appreciated.
Months later, when I saw signs of new activity after the recent rains, David had Isaac back out to my place just one day later. Isaac again did an excellent job: aside from the complete absence of termites, you'd never even know he was there.
