Best Sewer Services in Phoenix AZ

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a leak in our main water line to the house. They came out within a few hours and gave me a quote, and they were on time the next morning and made the repair quickly (the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1). On the phone, for the quote they said they charge hourly and it would be up to $650 to excavate the yard, including removing pavers, and determine where the leak was, then another $150 to repair the leak. However, the leak was right at the house so no time was needed to find the leak, yet they still charged $650 for it! It took about 5-10 minutes to find the leak since the hole was already partially dug and where the water pooled up.

When I left the house this morning, after they had been there about 30 minutes, and they already had the hole dug to determine where the leak was, they said it would be $150 to repair the leak. It was my understanding that there was no charge for finding the leak since it was right where it was expected to be, and they didn't have to excavate and search for the leak. I called them up afterward once I found out what they had charged. I asked the field plumber to reduce the price since they didn't have to spend any time finding the leak, and he refused.

UPDATE: Rachel from Belsito called me up, we went over what happened, and they refunded about half of the $650 hourly charges. I am happy to report great customer service from the office (just not so great from the field plumber). Review upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars now.

I was in serious need of someone to help me with a backed up septic.  It was on a Friday afternoon and I called 10 yes 10 septic companies to come out and help me before the inside of my house would flood.  None of them would come out that day and some could not come out until next week.  Do you know what my house would look like by then?  I finally called AAAA Westwood Services and told them what the problem was and Jim said that he could be out early the next morning between 7-8.
He was here at 7:10 am.  If you ever are in need of any septic problems PLEASE call Jim.  He came out cleaned the septic the right way as the filter was never cleaned by the last person that pumped it out.  I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.  he is on time, honest, did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to deal with.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  Wonderful person that did a wonderful job.  THANK YOU JIM A MILLION TIMES.

After i pose the note,they replied to me right away and fixed my leaking and did a lot of extra things free of charges when i just landed at airport;(this is my vacation home. Go for it and it is the best service in town! The owner Ran is a great guy!

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. My shower valve stopped working properly, and I was not able to divert water from my shower head to the tub or moderate water temperature.  A few handymen assessed my situation and backed off since fixtures were mounted on my marble shower wall and they were concerned they might damage the wall.  I was fortunate to get Gerald as my designated plumber.  He quickly assessed my fixture brand (Danze) and felt he knew exactly how to fix the situation with no damage to my marble wall.  He advised me to get replacement parts free of charge from Danze since the company provides a lifetime warranty.  He estimated a very reasonable $150 charge to repair/replace once parts came in.  Sure enough, he installed the new parts today with expert care.  My walls are in perfect shape, and my water is flowing smoothly through shower head and tub spout.  Gerald is professional and helpful.  I recommend Reddi Services and Gerald.

I called VITech Mechanical on a holiday and was scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what needed to be done. Great professional service. This is my plumber from now on!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

My experience was not very good and I was very upset they did not do the job and it pissed me off how long it took for them to get a job I really hope that they can get better company and better stuff

I am no plumber, so when my wife's toilet started leaking I remembered making a note on PandLPumbing.com  480-649-4400 from my Next Door App. This happened on a Sunday. Since I was able to turn the water off at the valve it was no rush, I called P and L Plumbing on Sunday and actually spoke to a live person. They came out on Monday when they said they would, and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The price was very fair the technician was honest and reliable. I have them on my speed dial. It's only a matter of time before my water heater tank goes. I'm going to turn to them for service. I highly recommend P and L Plumbing and would honestly tell anyone looking for a good plumber to call P and L Plumbing 480-649-4400 for service.

You know they're good and reliable when they're you're #1 plumber choice. I've used then a couple of times now.. I highly recommend them.

I had them come out to hydro jet my sewer line. $300 sounded like a good deal.
They cleaned the line and all was good for two weeks. It backed up again and they came out to clean it out again. No such luck. They gave me a bid to remove and replace the line. The bid was off. They never talked to the city because the quote wasn't to code.  Got two more bids for the same work. Both told me that they used the wrong equipment to clean the line to start and the city would not allow their work.   Got the job done after their screw up with a 1 year warranty.
Nice guys but they don't know what they are doing !
Shop around, ask questions...and avoid this company.
By the way. Asked them to refund and fix the problem.....no response.

Very unprofessional company
I called them one day and told them what was the problem because my plumber told me that he shot the camera in the drain and it stopped at 160 feet in so I told them that we needed a 200 ft long snake to go all the way in and they said they have it and it's $225 charge and when they got there it was $300 not $225 and no checks  I said ok
And they told me they'll come in next day at 9am
8 am I get a call from the tech asking me if there is water and power outlet out there and I said yes
He comes in and start looking telling me they don't have enough extension cord so I went to the apartments behind my business asking them for power and they said ok
Next thing he told me that his machine is too big to fit in the ally
And the ally way is 5ft wide but there was a tree in the way that they didn't wan to work excuses excuses excuses
So he said that they'll look for a smaller machine on a different truck and they'll let me know within couple of hours and didn't hear back from them I called and spoke to the lady and she felt bad for me but couldn't do anything
So now I can't open for the day because of this stupid company

5 star service. Chad came out yesterday to pump our tank. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done that other companies failed to previously. Great customer service!
