I had Hobaica come to my house for a whole house check because my SRP bills are crazy high in the summer. We keep the temp at 77 so were wondering why. Jimmy came out to check the house. He spent 2 hours and was very through in his assessment of my house. We sat down to discuss and he explained the minimal issues we had. No high pressure sales or pushy attitude. Bottom line was my air conditioners are 12 years old and not working efficiently. He didn't push new units on me and was very honest and informative. All this for $99.00! I highly recommend this company and Jimmy.

I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.

March 2022. First time using this company and so far it is getting frustrating. Tech came out to our house and he was great. I asked to receive a quote for repairs and got it immediately. Then the wheels fell off. My wife received a call and was unable to answer the questions asked. She was told I would receive a call on Monday that never happened. I called them the next week and was told the same thing, someone would get ahold of me the next day. Again no call. Usually I would just move on but we had already agreed to purchase the Sadie club and when I did speak to someone they were always courteous and professional. Finally got a service date booked for a weekend so we didn't make any plans( didn't buy concert tickets) no big deal I want the air conditioning fixed. Now I receive a call letting me know they did not schedule the correct amount of people yo do the job and the repairs are pushed out another week. Hopefully I can amend this review to a better review and when the service is complete.

I just went to leave a review and this original was still unsent. So here is our update.
It took multiple cancelled appointments before the work was ever started.
A service technician fell through our ceiling falling twenty feet before hitting the hard floor. He was badly injured and fire and paramedics arrived. Needless to everyone in our house was shaken by this event including my wife and her elderly parents. This was no small accident, yet no manager from Goettl came out to access the situation or damage. Great work Goettl. Another technician did come out that day to finish the job, so I thought. I paid the bill since they told us the job was completed. Weeks later I received a call to have more technicians scheduled to complete the job. This story is too long so I'm going to wrap it up.
The hole in our ceiling remained for more then a month with multiple cancelled repair appointments. Every night we cleaned insulation from our floors and furniture.
Hole was finally repaired but no one would come out to finish painting or repair a chain on the chandelier. When they did paint it it is nowhere near the same color.
Today someone supposed to be here to finally take care of this between 7-9 am. It's now 10 am and no one has shown up.
By the way our air conditioner is now down completely.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I called Precision Air & Heating after my ac started blowing warmer air. James S came out to take a look at what was going on within a few hours of calling Precision Air. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way he also provided great customer service. He is great at what he does and deserves kudos and then some for going above and beyond. He also had our AC going again within an hour of arriving to my home and with a new born that was great. Thank you James for your outstanding customer service and we will be requesting James to do our annual tune ups.

Last Thursday at around 4:30pm when my wife got home she realized our upstairs AC wasn't blowing cold air.
We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning. My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm.
Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm!
He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot)
We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier).
We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.
If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :)

These people cannot be trusted. Their reps are paid on the basis of commission...so do not be surprised when they try to upsell you things...things and work that you do not even need. Had a trusted firm review a proposal of theirs and the result was a combination of laughter and nausea. They cannot be trusted to give you straight, honest information or an appropriate price. Run, don't walk away from these people.

I have used them for plumbing and A/C. Telephone reps are very friendly and helpful. Techs are also very friendly and helpful. I think there service is excellent.
The only reason I have to give them four stars is that they made mistakes installing my A/C unit. They were very courteous and respectful of my home but they made mistakes that didn't become clear until several months after the install.
Luckily, they have come back to resolve those mistakes twice over the past 9 months. Both times, there was no charge and it was a considerable amount of work.
I did sign up for the comfort program where they come twice a year to service and check your unit. When they do come, they spend a couple hours checking everything. I don't think the program is any particular deal but they don't cheat you on the service.
I plan on using Donley again in the future. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest but I feel I can trust them. If they do make a mistake, they make it right.

The guys were able to schedule me quickly! I really just needed a tune-up and the condenser line unclogged, but they took the time to explain how each moving part looked in terms of wear and condition. Their prices were reasonable, too. I will keep them in mind to continue upkeep on our old AC unit.

My A/C was blowing hot air and the company who installed the unit and does our yearly maintenance was unable to come out for 4 days. I called West Coast Plumbing and they were able to come the next morning. He found that my A/C had a leak, but could not find the leak after several tries, he advised that he would find out when his supervisor was available and return with him. They were able to come back after 2 days, found the leak, and repaired it. Even though he was not able to find the leak on the first day, he communicated everything to me which is hard to find anymore. Will definitely use them again.

We didn't end up using APES for our service but they were so friendly when I contacted them I had to leave a review. I believe I spoke with CeCe(sp?) and she was so nice. We tried scheduling close to closing time and unfortunately they didn't have anyone available and we had an emergency but she said she would put us at the top of the list to get a call in the morning. I've been told this before from other companies and that call usually isn't u til the afternoon but they came through! I got a call to try to schedule service but we had already went with someone else. Just based on this experience I would highly recommend using them!
