I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing.  I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house.  I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews.  James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom.  He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number.  No contact whatsoever.  Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process.  Will definitely use again!

I messaged them regarding my garbage disposal not working, and got a very fast response. Chris was SO helpful and actually helped me solve my problem via message. Thats the kind of service people come back for. Thanks again!!

Awesome service! Jesus came out to take a look at our toilet that just needed a few minor adjustments after an attempt to repair it ourselves. He was friendly, fast, and honest! The price was extremely inexpensive. I will definitely call again if needed! Thanks guys :)

After my house decided to flood due to a drain problem I contacted Lawson at 4am.  Wow they were really comforting assuring me it would be ok since I live in Michigan and my townhouse is in AZ.  Austin came right out and found where the problem was and kept me on top of what was going on all the time.  I would recommend them just for their professionalism and their knowledge and especially their customer service. I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

This company advertises free estimates, they wanted $225 dollars to come out and look.... I will move on to other companies, if they are dishonest with just their advertising, what else are they going to say?

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... To be honest the Lawson Family Plumbing is my go to plumbing company now ... their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is above reproach ... They treated me like, well - family and that felt good - Thank you LFP ... I'll be back for sure ... JOB WELL DONE!

These guys are truly great. Real professionals not fly by night guys. Brendan provided prompt, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable service. He was able to quickly assess the scope of our leak and get it fixed right away. They came out within minutes of our call and did really fine work. I'd call them first for any plumbing or hvac needs.

Tyler was great to work with. I was out of town when I was notified that my outside pipes were leaking water. I called Zest Plumbing and had Tyler, a plumbing tech, at my home within an hour. He kept in contact with me by phone. Tyler finished the job within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Zest Plumbing.

I called Belsito for someone to come out (6/27)and tell me if my water softener was working.  I thought it was but have never used one before.  They were the least expensive for a service call(at the time) $60.  When the sales person came with his assistant (trainee I think) he proceeded to go directly to the kitchen sink to run a hard water test.  After 6 or so drops of some chemical in the test bottle he declared the water was hard.  Then to the softener...doesn't look like it is working even though I told him there was no hard water scale residue anywhere in the house.  So he said I needed a new softener.  Never told me how to fix or try to clean on my own... $800 +...asked for a bid to replace the sink and faucet...$150 for the faucet...$350 for the sink...said I really needed an RO system....$1200...  and a new water heater $1000....by the time he left my quote for all the items I needed was over $4000....I didn't buy...but did cally Tony from GE to do the same... he tested the water...NOT HARD WATER!...Then he instructed me how to clean the softener and maintain it.  Also said an RO system could be installed for $599 or $899 depending on the system....guess what he charged me for the visit?  $0.00!!  Nothing!  I waited to post this because I don't like to give bad reviews....but I got madder over time at being taken...so no more nice guy!

Excellent service, on time, professional and efficient. Have had a water softener serviced, hot water tank replaced and RO system maintenance performed. Highly recommend this company and will use for all my plumbing and water needs.

Called for service on my LG ice maker.
They were able to come out next day.
Robert the technician was on time, courteous, professional and respectful of property. Ice maker was bad. They had one on the truck was able to fix same day . Very pleased. 4 days later I call back now frig and freezer not staying cold. Robert comes out again next day. Robert goes out of his way to read the paperwork I received earlier from LG about a bad compressor . He makes the extra effort to check to see if it's working.. it's not. Luckily he points out it's still under warranty with LG.
I would highly recommend this company, very honest!
