Best Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

Don't call them unless you want to pay DOUBLE. Had a tiny leak by water meter.  The guy from city noticed, shut water off for us.  Said was an easy fix and be careful not to be overcharged. Belsito came out, checked it out and quoted 750.  What?! When I was shocked and said I'd need other estimates they said ok, and walked right off.
Had another company come out same day and do it for 320. Another person quoted about the same amount. Unreal.

Angle valve behind the fridge sprung a bad leak, Reddi was responsive had a tech on site in under an hour and had it fixed in less than that. Pepe was polite, professional and a master of his craft.

I requested a quote on Saturday, they didn't respond until Monday. THEN they said that they only do in person estimates. I told them the guy that gave me a fair estimate, got the job.

Chris is great. Super straightforward and helpful. Prior plumbers we have had out to the house have been too busy to respond quickly and tough to get out to the house. Chris answered his phone right away and came by 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools to assess the problem and fix it quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I picked Jason the Plumber because they are close and I needed a plumber so that the water  leak could be fixed and I could get my water turned back on. This was a Saturday. He responded very quickly and showed up within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing along the way. A valve and hose needed to be replaced because I was trying to add an RO system in my kitchen. He had the valve and hose replaced quickly, the charge for parts was very reasonable and so was the labor. I would have expected a higher charge even on a weekday. I have placed the number in my phone and will consider to use Jason the Plumber for any future plumbing need.

Great job to leak detective for finding the leak in my pool and fixing it! This is the same leak that pelican bay pools did not find and also told me it was not in the skimmer. Guess what guys, it was in the skimmer!

I've used Jordan four times now. Always on time and always finishes the job quickly. In my 30 years here in the valley I've run into some pretty shady plumbing companies that come out on time for the estimate and then when  you hire them, they don't show up on the days or even the times they promise. Then they try to up sale you on things that you don't need. I've never had this issue with Rooter Ranger. His guys are clean and courteous and professional and show up when they promise. In my humble opinion Jordan is by far one of the most honest humble men I've ever known. You hire him, and you're treated like one of the family.

Chose them from the excellent reviews on Yelp.  They didn't disappoint.  Showed up on time, masked, quickly diagnosed my problem and gave a fair price.  I had a leak in my sewage return pipe.  Kevin did an excellent job and I will use them again when needed.

I needed a connection installed for my natural gas bbq.  They called me back promptly and were available to do the work when I needed them.  Curtis my tech knew what he was doing,  was quick and did a great job.  Their fee was very reasonable.  I will use these guys again and highly recommend them!

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Incredible customer service and extremely helpful.  
I called for issues with my tub drain cover and trip lever.  He was kind enough to walk me through things over the phone.  He specifically told me it seems pretty easy to do it yourself and I'm trying to save you money so you don't have to pay me to come out for something you can do yourself and walked me through my issues and even suggested I get certain pieces for my tub.  And he was a cool guy at that.  Even though I didn't get any work done from him, he was more helpful than I would have thought.   I'd definitely come to him for any plumbing issues I may face in the future.

Don't bother calling unless you have a huge surplus of cash.  Prices seem to expand with how desperate the customer is.  I waited two days and found a vendor for 1/4 the price.

Ron from rooter hero was great very informative and attentive the company as a whole was impressive I called them and the very next day took care our needs I highly recommend them.

ACE was very professional and knowledgeable. Our service rep, Robert, was very helpful. He even suggested that we try to file a claim with our home warranty. We did...and it was denied so we are having them come out Wednesday to fix our AC. They are more expensive than other companies but I know they will have it fixed right the first time.

Called about my pool level always being low and not tracking with my Jacuzzi water loss. After trying to figure out it myself I called Arizona Leak, they were are able to get to me the same day. I had prepare myself for the worst case scenario like a crack or something crazy expensive as it turns out after they isolated all my equipment it was just a defective Jandy valve deal allowing water to bypass into my backwash line to the sewer.

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

I found a leak from the bottom of my 10 year old water heater yesterday.  I knew enough that at that age, the tank liner was likely leaking and a new unit was needed.  My google search turned up Empire.  I called and the service tech got out promptly to inspect the unit.  He confirmed that it needed replacement.  However, his quote for everything was over $2,000 plus tax.  A 15% discount on that if I signed up for a service plan.  I paid him $31.14 for the service call and sent him on his way.  I got ahold of someone today that wil provide the same for less than 700 all in.

To be clear, I have no issues with the guy who came out personally.  It's the margin they wanted for the work.
