Best Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

I had a hot water leak at 1am on a Saturday.  Bad news!  I call belsito and the my said the earliest they could come was 6.  Ok I understand. I shut the water off and waited and cwaited and called and waited.  They arrived at 8 and fixed the water heater by noon. They guy did good work, but I definite paid a lot for the service.

Then, NINE months later, I get a call from a collections company saying I never paid.  I never received any call or letter since the service.

We've been having problems with water backing up in out pipes. We called reddi services because they were listed on Angies List with very good reviews so we thought, why not? They came out, ran a snake and said that the problem was a broken pipe under our driveway. They came out again with a camera and snaked the pipes again and found exactly where the issue was. They went above and beyond by calling the city and telling them the issue (since it's on city property) and even saying that they'd wait if the city wanted to send someone out to look at the problem. City declined but Reddi Services offered us a fair estimate and we will definitely use them in the future.

Elite Rooter did an excellent job. They came right out and took care of our project in a timely manner. I would certainly use them again. thanks Brandon for doing a great job.

Extremely responsive, set up same day appointment. Time slot came and went, no one showed and no notice about the delay / absence. DO NOT trust them at all or the reviews. We will be without water for another day when there were plenty of other people who answered as well who would probably follow through on doing their job. Not Option One! Option One for sitting around and waiting for no one to show up and nothing to get taken care of. 5 stars for that for sure.

Great service, prompt and came sane day. Communicated quickly. Fixed our airnb hot water heater.

Jason is GREAT!!!!   Called him when we had foundation leak.  I called him up and he came out and looked at he everything told us what to do and we did.  He found the leak and the got it fixed fast.  He did not charge a bucket load of money.     Then this weekend my son comes back from vacation and there is 2 inches of water in all bedrooms.  the house smelled and everything,  My frist call was to Jason.   After talking with the insurance I called Jason back and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes,  In less than 10 mins he figured out where the leak was and he opened the wall and fixed it,,,,,,,,, Jason is reilable, resaonable and fast.

I highly recommend Jason.

Great job to leak detective for finding the leak in my pool and fixing it! This is the same leak that pelican bay pools did not find and also told me it was not in the skimmer. Guess what guys, it was in the skimmer!

These guys are incredible.  I have used them several times.  Family company.  They do things the right way...not the easy way. (They use thicker copper pipe, triple check their work etc).  Highly recommend.

These guys are GREAT! We would use Affordable Plumbing again and again! We had a major backup of water and determined it was the main line to our septic system. We had Roto Rooter out first. They wanted $375. Then we had the $49.95 guys out and it was lots of BS and now we need to put a camera down the llne - then we had a third guy out who was told the entire details and we were quoted $99 but again we have to use the camera in the line for $200 more. Then we found Affordable through and online search and good reviews on Angies list.

Their young tech Curtis came out first. He had a hard time clearing the line but he at least found the cleanout (the first three guys could not). He recommended we have the septic pumped which we did (after 15 years) and it still was sluggish so Larry came out in the evening and spent an hour working and working on it and got it!! And, he was a gentleman and did not charge additional over the first service call. $120 was all I paid. I felt guilty!

I own a small family business and these guys are the same. They get it that customer service and get the job done without the upsell - like all the big guys - is how it should be done.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Freddy was great. I had a clogged kitchen sink and he came out the same day. While he was here I decided to have him change out the filters in my  water purification system. He quickly located the parts and returned and finished up both jobs. He was courteous, efficient and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely call him for future plumbing problems.

Goettl Air is the best.  I purchased by ac/furnace 9 years ago.  Decided to use their yearly maintenance contract to keep the units in tip top shape after a tenant neglected to change the air filters.  I just joined their Goettl Club which also has plumbing benefits worth a lot of money!!

Anyway, Mandy was very thorough and helped me set up appointments and explained all the great coverage I have.  I do NOT want the a/c going out in the summertime and I certainly don't want the drains clogged up or water heater problems when I have tenants renting my house.

Fast service actually came earlier than promised   My drain was clogged  in kitchen had already had someone else try and fix rooter hero came to the rescue they fixed my drain fast reassembled the sink checked for leaks and made recommendations  very friendly no hidden fees   Thank you rooter hero you are my new plumbing hero for sure

I have seen their ads for years but have not had to call.  When I discovered a leak in one of our units, thought would give them a call.  Shocked to find out that they will be there that very afternoon and showed up 2 hours later.  Huge relief since 110 plus outside and have company coming.  Tech fixed the problem for less than $120 and we are good like new.  Surprised when I see the negative reviews but our case was positive.

We had a serious leak in our kitchen that we discovered late on a Friday night. We found Adam after an internet search Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon! He found the leak, fixed it, and even restored the damage! His whole crew is fantastic! Great job!!!

I called this company to come look at my septic system that was leaking above ground.  He told me I needed to have my system pumped. I gave him the cash and he didn't have the change to break it and give me my change.  When I went to my backyard to see if they were done they had left no more than 10 minutes after so call pumping my tank.  They never gave me my change ok fine. Two days later the same problem with the leaking system into my yard happened again. I called them to inform them and he chewed me out said it was because my washer empties into the tank and I need a repair.  He said all he can do is pump it again. I asked him why would it need to be pumped if it was emptied two days prior. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I had a reputable professional company come and they tell me it was never pumped the tank is completely full hence the overflowing in to my yard.  I am going to sue this man and his stealing my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 3 children he has no right to steal from me or anyone else.  He needs to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on him. There are plenty of companies who know how to be honest and do the job they are paid for.

During the recent unusually cold spell, I had an exterior water line freeze and burst on a Saturday morning. I called Empire, spoke to a pleasant male, and was given a 4-hour window for the after-hours service call. The technician missed his window, but I understood they were busy.

Upon arrival, the technician correctly diagnosed the problem, cut out two sections of copper pipe and installed replacements. Knowing we were due for another cold night, he advised we cover as much exposed pipe as possible, which we did. He also gave advice on leaving water dripping overnight, which I did.

I was charged $480 for the repair. A little high, but emergency service so I had no issue paying it.

The next day ... you guessed it ... pipes froze again and burst in a different spot despite following the given instructions. I called Empire back and as it happened the same technician was on another job right around the corner. He arrived in about 90 minutes, again diagnosed the problem correctly and told me he would fix it for ... another $380.

I balked. Now, I expected to pay for the service, but based on the totality of the above, had hoped to have it repaired for, say, the cost of parts plus the emergency service visit. I think that would have been fair for all. The company refused to reduce the price, so I declined the repair.

Fortunately, a friend was available to help. $18 worth of parts from Home Depot and about 40 minutes time, the issue was fixed.

Empire had the opportunity to make a lifelong customer by being fair. They chose to attempt to gouge me and take advantage of my problem. I will never again use any of their services.
