We had a leak in a Powder Room, and multiple plumbers thought it might be coming from the Master shower. Other companies were prepared to tear down the entire built-in Master shower, but ASAP took a more conservative approach and found that leak was coming actually from a toilet in another bathroom! (imagine if we had torn out the shower and it wasn't even the source of the leak?!)

ASAP's plumber got it right in their process-oriented careful testing. ASAP also took proper care with setting up a containment barrier for removing drywall, carpet, and baseboards, and bringing dryer fans. They met with the insurance adjuster multiple times and worked hard on our behalf to maximize our State Farm coverage. When one of the contractors made a mistake and removed tile he wasn't supposed to, Tony the Operations Manager absorbed the cost and made it right.

While we experienced a few hiccups, Tony always took our call promptly and never dodged the difficult questions. He was patient, he was thorough, and he knows the business well. He never made excuses or tried to backtrack up on his commitments, even given extenuating circumstances that others would have tried to weasel out of. Tony and his people didn't. They are stand-up guys. That is what makes us a 5 star review.

We had a flood from our upstairs neighbor who called AZ Total Home Restoration and sent them to our home to remediate water damage.  

They put up plastic and tore out about 200sf of drywall and a 4 foot x 6 foot piece of our patio lid looking for the leak.  The process of locating this leak lasted nearly a month.   To locate the leak.   When it was determined that the leak was above our patio 20 feet in the air they determined it was beyond their scope and told us to find another company to do the repairs.  

They then sent us a bill, more than half of which was invented costs.  

We chased them down for a month to do a job that they abandoned and then sent a bill for more than triple what it should have cost.  

These guys are common criminals and their business shouldn't even be a last resort.

I called. He answered and quoted $275 for a minimum job after sending him pictures of the job. He said he would call back to schedule for the next week. He didn't. I did a week later. He said he lost my number and asked me what I was quoted. I was pleasant and told him it would be great if he could find a few hours in the next month or so---no rush.  He said, No problem. It is now about two months later and he has not called. Drugs?

So, I just received a message today, March 15th, 2022, essentially blaming me for his unprofessionalism as demonstrated by being a total flake. He stated I should be part of the solution not the problem. Silly me! I think a big part of the problem is a lack of self-responsibility such as forgetting about and then reflexively blaming a client for one's own faults. As I see this, he's basically blaming me because I didn't call THREE times. He claims he is too busy and one slipped through the cracks. However, I find it telling how quickly he found time to immaturely respond to this fair, and true negative review.  Run far, run fast. There are actually true professionals who take pride in their efforts still around. This guy just fully and finally demonstrated he is not one. Too many children wearing adult costumes are out there. Take responsibility.

I called Moldex to inquire about an estimate to check our attic. Great customer service! They explained to me my situation and told me I have nothing to worry about. Its refreshing to have a company be so honest saving me time and worry :) I will definitely call them back if I need mold experts in the future.

I purchased a home and discovered some mold.  I asked Good Times Restoration about it.  They immediately come over and set up a decontamination barrier with a zipper.  They kept my family safe and I was able to get my home healthy.  I would totally recommend them.  They know what they are doing.  Besides quality work, they are gunuine people.

Flood Pros were professional and reasonable. They do a great job of clean-up and monitoring the situation. I had water damage and they were in here every couple of days to check on moisture level. The office staff is so good. Thanks Bridgette!

I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional,  fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and dehumidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

When I received the call as a homeowner that my house was flooded I was in a state of shock. My friend recommended Servpro of Paradise Valley and I immediately called them to see if they could help. It was a Friday evening and they were prompt to answer and work the problem. I was two hours away from the house and asked that Servpro initiate the water mitigation team as I drive drove back to meet them at my house. With the help of a friend they were able to start the water cleanup process without me being there and by the time I got there 80% of the water had already been removed.

Throughout the whole water mitigation process the Servpro team was professional, kind, patient, and respectful. I enjoyed working with all parts of the organization including management, administration, and field agents.

If any of my friends were to ask me if I have a water mitigation team I will always recommend Servpro of Paradise Valley.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Had a great experience with Clean Theory! The carpet on my stairs and in my bedroom desperately needed to be cleaned/de-haired/freshened up. Ron got back to my initial query within 24 hours, and was at my home the next day. Prompt, friendly, experienced, and very affordable!

Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

They were referred to me by Foremost Insurance to do repairs on my grandmothers mobile home.  They arrived on time (5/21/18) and proceeded to access the damages.  The tech, Justin, told me that they could do the repairs.  He said that he would work with the insurance company to file the claim, that would be on less step I would need to deal with.  He said he'd send over the estimate and I could decide what to do then.  May 25th I called him at 9:58 am and got a text that he was on the phone.  I emailed him and asked where the estimate was. I received nothing in return. No call. No estimate.  It is now June 28, 2018.  I have received NOTHING!  Pretty disappointed to say the least. I did let the insurance company know, to NOT recommend them to their Policy Holders, that Slate's lack of attention, looks bad on them.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

This company is a scam.  They will quote a price then try to get 5x the amount from your insurance. They will lie to you about mold. They will lie to your insurance company. If they can't get what they want from your insurance they will have lawyers leave scary messages.

Luckily they are also really stupid and don't get a signed contract.

I hired this company after a fire May 2018. They did the board up. Three months later, the insurance company was asking for a breakdown of the rebuilding quote. I was told by contractor they would have breakdown in a few weeks. I waited and called the contractor told me he had no idea where to start with the breakdown according to what the insurance company needed. This was a complicated rebuild. I had to fire them. Now on my third contractor who recognized the red flags immediately pulled a land survey. We had set back issues from utility company. This then caused other issues which took six plus months to resolve. We just recently received permit. It has been 2 years, and 2 months. If Kowalski had pulled a land survey...I would be in my home now. The second fire restoration company made same mistake, plus a few others. Kowalski mailed bills to wrong address, overcharged for storage...I found same for 1/4th the cost. This is wrong! I will say the professional manner with everyone at Kowalski was great, and I wish I could of stayed with this company, but the contractor simply did not have the experience needed to complete a complicated rebuild. This fact has cost me a lot of my own money, time, and the stress is beyond what I can describe. The cost of this personally is undesirable. Losing most everything, and a family member is difficult enough. I have moved four times, and I am now paying rent, and storage. All of this could of been avoided with a 300.00 land survey. An old home, owned for for over fifty years, neighborhood grew around property, and bordered a utility road...all red flags recognized by an experienced contractor.

Very unhappy with the master bathroom demo & renovation work done by Kaleb.  He assured us that this 6-8 week project was important and he said all the right things.  Followed by his late jokes and constant delay, excuses (too busy!) and unresponsiveness.  In addition to the shoddy work - I'm mostly satisfied that I never have to deal with him again.  The 6-8 week project too a bit over 4 months (with many weeks of no one working), with a few calls to cancel design decisions previously made (example - he agreed to add a wanted shower bench, then last minute advised it wouldn't be good so we purchased a teak bench instead to add to the space) and resulting in a finished product that I wish could've been done differently.  
I take some responsibility because the signs were there - he refused to provide a timeline, punch list, measured design, etc.  Caleb is most unprofessional and disrespectful, lacking communication skills and highly unorganized - I largely felt like we were held hostage during this project.
