Mike was very responsive!  The estimate was thorough and very reasonable when compared to others.  He and his crew started the next day and did a great job repairing damage caused by a water heater leak.  I will definitely give Mike a call again when in need of his services.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Best experience ever! I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience in working with Envy Restoration, specifically Landon McKown. After our home flooded last fall because the master tub faucet had been improperly installed during a previous remodel, we contacted our home owner's insurance company and started the process of blowers, fans, cutting dry wall and repainting. When that restoration company was done we were still left with the faucet laying in the tub and a whole in the tile floor. Since this was the first time we had ever used our home insurance policy, it was all a learning process for us. Landon was referred to me by a friend as someone who could help me understand how a claim on your insurance works; what is covered and repaired and what is not. He was so gracious with his time educating me on the process and offering to come out and look at our bathroom. Once he came out and met with my husband and I, explaining how to complete the restoration, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Throughout the project, Landon was consistently in contact with me, provided timely follow up, called ahead to the plumbing store where I needed to buy a new faucet so they were familiar with the situation and personally met the contractors at our home to ensure they were all on the same page.  We even completed the project well under what we had estimated it to cost. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and follow through. If restoration was ever a need in our home again, Envy would absolutely be my choice. Thank you Landon!

Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. Cleaned up all the nails and left no dust ready for my drywall guys to patch it up. Fast professional and honest straight to the point with no BS. Very happy With their services.

Ugggh...hot water heater burst flooding several rooms.  I figured no worries, will get the water heater replaced, dry vac the water and pick up some fans at Home Depot to dry everything.  WRONG!!!!

A friend convinced me to contact this company to at least check it out so I called and am soooo grateful I did.  The nicest most helpful man named Nasur came out same day. He used equipment that could see and detect water/ mold behind the walls (would never have believed it unless I saw it myself) to make sure all was dry and prevent the dreadful MOLD from forming.

I had a flood at my house and was referred to Enviro-Clean from a friend. They were at my house within the hour and were so helpful with explaining the whole process to me of what needed to be done to my home and explained the insurance situation to me also. Once the work was completed I never had to worry about a bill. My insurance sent the payment directly to them and it was such a smooth process. I highly recommend this company!

We had some old planter bowls and columns that needed to be removed from our front yard. We got several bids from different contractors. Andy by far is the most efficient and courteous. After surveying the columns, he gave us 2 bids based on the scope of the project and possible unexpected structural issues. His pricing was competitive and transparent so we felt comfortable with proceeding. His crew arrived and got work right away. They are tidy and efficient. You can't even tell there were columns sitting there previously.

We just installed new carpet and we had a small kid visit and puked all over it. I immediately called and they were able to come out the next day. They arrived on-time, were polite, worked quickly and got all the stains out. Dalton and Dale were the two employees that arrived and they were great. Explained the whole process and cost and then got right to work. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

I'm an air conditioning contractor and I have been involved with jobs and referred to jobs by EA Restoration. These guys know what they're doing and they do the job right. That's what you look for with the kind of work they do. They know how to deal with insurance agents and home owners alike to make sure you get all the mold or whatever it is that they are eliminating from your house.
Highly recommend them. Craig is really good at estimating the jobs and not missing anything.

Had our ceiling collapse unrelated to puroclean, but contacted them to clean it up. Techs arrived late and did a mediocre job cleaning up the blown in insulation and in addition broke an item from our wall unit. For a specialty cleaning company my wife and I were left severely underwhelmed by their efforts and ended up cleaning the house after they left to get the insulation they didn't. For the price paid, I would search elsewhere if I could do it over again.

Wonderful company!!! I used Copper State when my house flooded, and I couldn't have been happier with the excellent work they did. From the very beginning, they walked me through the entire process and were always there to answer my questions. These guys don't mess around. The damage from the flooding was fixed quickly, and my house was put back together as if nothing had happened. They were professional and incredibly knowledgeable. My only regret is that I didn't use them for past repairs! I will continue to refer my friends and family here!

Here is what I now know from a dear friend and neighbor of ours who recently had a leak from a neighboring condo ruin her bathroom ceiling and cause her bathroom walls to nearly collapse. She turned the matter over to her insurance company  - and her carrier referred her to Arizona Fire and Water Restoration, Inc.  

It quickly became obvious that this company is out to milk the insurance carrier for as much money as possible while doing little or nothing to help the homeowner, who may desperately need help!  This company lied, didn't show up, and seems to have billed for things they did not do, left their useless equipment running in her home for days or weeks on end - and it did no good what-so-ever. When she complained, they accused her of all sorts of horrible things, impugned her character, and worse!  This company is, in my opinion, the last company you want to call if you need help in an emergency situation!!  

We live in a condo complex with nearly 200 units and have let all the homeowners and the board know of this wretched firm and their potentially illegal and greedy machinations!  My heart felt advice is to avoid this company like the bubonic plague!  

If your insurance carrier should refer you to them, get someone else!! Remember the insurance carriers can get kick backs, referral fees and more from these 'referrals'.  Certainly not all insurance companies do so, but enough do this sort of thing, that you must be suspicious of any referrals you get from the insurance company.  

As for Arizona Fire And Water Restoration, INC., my friend and neighbor has consulted counsel and is getting ready to sue them for their malicious attack on her character, fraud, and worse!  Their shoddy treatment of her is nothing unusual.  They have done this to may others thinking they will intimidate people into paying them for outrageous bills and services they did not perform at all, or 'remediation they did not even provide! Hopefully their legal defense costs will put them out of business - which is just where they belong, in my opinion.

Do not go for their excellent ratings. These can be faked by friends & associates and other people signing up for a new and fake Yelp account. It's not hard to do.  If you do not talk to previous happy customers, (chosen at random from a list of at least 20-30 people), then don't believe their ratings! NOT ONE WORD OF THEM.  The only reviews you can count on being accurate are, sadly, the bad ones. If I could have given them less than 1 star as a rating (like a negative number of about 10 or so), I would have done so happily!

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.
