Cody and Jeff are dynamic! I had Desert Diamond come out to my house to repair some items found on my home inspection ( I purchased a new home). Prior to their arrival, the previous owner had already repaired the outstanding items but failed to inform me. When Cody and Jeff arrived to do the work they informed me that it appears the work had already been completed. We looked at the home inspection pictures against the pictures he took and what do ya know....the previous owner did repair it prior to our move in. Cody and Jeff could have very well said that they completed the work and charge me for repairs, but they were completely honest and showed me that the work had already been done and didn't charge me. Now that's customer service and integrity. I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone I know. Thanks Cody and Jeff you guys are the best!
