Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

With two little kids at home, our carpets take heavy use and abuse. Like when our 2 year old smeared Peanut Butter on the carpet. Or the dripped popsicles. Or the spilled milk. Or the muddy feet running in from playing outside. We did our best to keep up with them, but even after a year our carpet definitely looked like kids lived in the house. I was worried that the spots wouldn't come out and that it would still look well used, but when Sunshine was done with out carpet cleaning you would never guess that kids had even stepped foot in the house. It looked and felt amazing! And holy cow they were fast!!

From their quick response to our inquiry, to the kindness and professionalism their technicians treated us with, and the friendly and amazing service, we were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the work they did on our house. We will be using them again in the future, no doubt about it!

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. Thank you, Taylor!

Nothing negative to say about Chris!  He was just fabulous. Chris called within minutes of my request on Yelp and was promptly on time to repair my carpet and did an excellent job. If I ever need his carpet repairs services again,  I will indeed use him ....  repeatedly.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

called for a quote. Over the phone they quoted $260. That was the most expensive quote but they had good reviews. When they got here and measured they told me $575. I told them to pound sand.

PS: I wasn't trying to negotiate. I was trying to get you out of my house and was upset that you wasted my time. At that price I saw no need to try and negotiate.

Marianna and her crew did a fantastic job moving my parents from their flooded casita in their retirement community into a condo while repairs were being done. Everything was handled with care and placed in their new temporary home just where it belonged! (Maravilla, 8/30)

The team at Envy Restoration is awesome and responsive! They can do so much. Besides cleanups and restoration, you can rent: light towers, diesel generators as well as solar generators.

Great resource.  Provides a cost-effective alternative to replacing damaged carpet.  Their service is exceptional, the quality is superior and technician friendly.  Will definitely use again.

As an insurance agent I love Ray because he helps my clients avoid turning in tiny clams. He just went to a client last week helped to fix the situation and it was far under her deductible. The other water damage Restoration company I referred her to sent out one of his lackeys and told my client immediately turn in a claim. This would raised her rates for 3 years. Ray spent the time with my client to make sure she understands what she's doing. Thanks for all you do!
I love that he does water damage, mold, and other emergency clean up issues. Luckily I have never had to send him a fire!
