Best Carpet Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

We needed our house cleaned for some friends who were house sitting for a few nights. The owner worked with me on scheduling as I had a tight time frame to get it done it. I was impressed with her flexing some stuff to fit us in. The two ladies who came did a wonderful job with what we were looking for. They were very kind and professional. We'll definitely use them again.

So the initial cleaning went great. Showed up on time and asked what we wanted done.  Looking forward to having this company clean on a regular basis.

Bonita and her team are outstanding!   I wish I had taken before and after photos because I literally couldn't believe my eyes. Before the cleaning, our house was an absolute disaster because we are in the middle of some renovations and had sawdust EVERYWHERE. We also have two dogs that shed... so you can only imagine the mess we had. We were looking for a cleaning company on Yelp because the messy renovations are done so we can move back in.  Bonita was super quick to respond, very reasonably priced and even made sure to care for our floors in a special way (as it's brand new flooring).  I got a deep cleaning done and it was the best decision I've made all year.  We will be using this company for regular cleanings and recommending to all of our friends and family.  Absolutely amazing work. They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

I will be giving this company a one-star rating because the man I spoke with (I think his name is Frankie) called me to discuss pricing. We came to an agreement and he sent me a contract. On the day he was supposed to come, he called to reschedule for another day, which was fine. However, on the day he was supposed to show up, he didn't answer his phone, Yelp messages, or emails, which came off as really sketchy. It's not a great way to do business, and thankfully, I found another cleaner in time. I strongly do not recommend this company."
