Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!

We're very happy we went with Carpets of Arizona. After researching the chains like Express Flooring, Empire, Home Depot etc. I found that many reviews talked about high pressure sales pitches and horrible installs. As a general rule, we like to use local businesses whenever possible anyway, so we decidied to have Carpets of Arizona come out and give us a quote. Miranda came to our house and was very nice and didn't give us a hard sales pitch. Long story short, we decided to purchase new flooring. The install was perfect! They went the extra mile to make sure it was done right before they left and gave us a lifetime warranty on the work.

I had Rob out last week to clean my mother's carpets.  I waited a week to write the review because the last time the 3 berber carpeted rooms were cleaned (not by Rob) it looked awesome and then a week later stains reappeared.  I didn't believe these carpets could look so new again because they are over 20 years old.
The week wait is over and Rob did it.  They look wonderful and I really am amazed how great they turned out.  He also cleaned a dining room/living combo with low shag.  Again top flight.

He was early, performed all the work himself very carefully placing wall guards leaving no mess.  He also left us little booties and a bottle of stain spray for future accidents.  I am recommending his service to everyone who wants the best carpet cleaning in Arizona.  I wish we could clone him for our rental properties in Washington!!  Thank you Rob:)

Really happy with how my tile and grout look!  Rob, Nick & Tim were very professional and went the extra mile to touch up some extra grout areas against the walls where it was cracking.  The perfectionist in me gave them 4 stars and not 5 because we found quite a few areas where grout stain was obvious on my white baseboards and we did need to remove that ourselves.  In all, they were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the work Chris did to repair a few places of damaged carpet that were damaged by our pets.

He notified me the day of the appointment that an earlier appointment had opened up and offered us the time slot. We obliged and he was right on time.

The final product was nothing short of magic. We didn't have any surplus carpet and he was able to make the repairs without any issue.

This is the second time I have used Starr. I had them come in to clean my family room, stairs, and sectional couch and did a great job. Prompt, courteous, quick, and professional. He even remembered me from the first time over a year ago. I will definitely be using them every time I need my carpets cleaned from now on.

Mark came a little earlier than scheduled, which was a nice surprise. He looked over the job, and addressed our concerns very well. Word of advice - get out of his way once he starts. He's a very hard worker, and moves pretty quick. He did three rooms in our house, and they looked beautiful. Carpet cleaning solution had a very pleasant and mild smell. Very nice man, does efficient work for a great price.

We had CFS install tile with inserts in almost every room of our new house in Mesa.  They also installed Porcelain tile that looks like hardwood plus tile with inserts in our courtyard.  Everything done was perfect.  Very narrow grout lines with a consistent pattern.  We had a little problem with the courtyard tile but it was corrected at no charge and now looks fantastic.

Had my floors done this past week and was very impressed by the work that was done. I am happy I went with this company everything from start to finish has been up to satisfactory.
