I've had CoA install carpet in two rooms, and they've been FANTASTIC.  From the minute I walked in the door of the showroom to select my carpets all the way through the installation, they listened to me to make re they got everything right.  When I was forced to postpone the first installation three times, they were extremely accommodating, and never once acted as if I was causing them any inconvenience.  While their prices may seem high at first, the fact that the up-front price includes padding, installation, and sales tax (yes!) means that in the end, their carpet is about the same cost, or even lower than, the big box stores - plus the quality and warranties are much better!!  I wish they sold/installed porcelain tile, too, but for all other floorings, I'll never go to anyone else.

We saw the 5 Star reviews for I Clean Carpets and thought we'd give them a try. Robert just finished cleaning the carpets and tile in our living room, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and halls in 2 hours. We have to say they came out much better than we expected given their age and how stained and dirty they were. Next project will be the furniture this Fall. Thanks Robert!

We are so happy with the look of our floors, especially the kitchen floor.

My husband was set on tearing out the tile in the kitchen, but Rob (and team) made it look so beautiful with a much more affordable, timely, and comfortable approach than my husband's upgrade idea.

We will have the team out to work their magic on the rest of the house in the near future.

Oh I forgot to mention that we previously had Rob's team fix and brighten every tile counter, including the grout. Of course all of these surfaces look fantastic.

They really added a special sparkle to our entire hacienda.

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of our grout because Starr did an amazing job!! When I got price quotes, they were the best priced and came the most recommended. I definitely see why! Friendly service and they were super fast! We are very happy with the results! We also used them for carpet a year or so ago and they did a great job then too

We've used GCS in the past and once again, we are very happy with his work!  This time we had the file as well as the carpets cleaned.  Very reasonable price and the tile/grout & carpets (all are 20 years old) came out very clean!

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

do not i mean do not do business with this company. they are a bunch of liars crooks and irresponsible . i had a carpert picked out for two bedrooms which the sales guy j d had said would be a great choice. he called in to see if it was in stock they said yes so we had a scheduled install date of nov 19 th 2022 the saturday before thanksgiving. so we moved all the old furniture out as too make it go smoother for the install guys. well they called me on thursday the 17 th too see if they could do on friday i said that would be fine so i took the day off work which cost me 200 dollars . so friday the day of richard who is in charge of deliverys called around 9 am to inform me that they had unrolled the carpert and that they did not have enough to do the install . after going round and round with him about getting something else he sent some pictures of other carpert we choose one and asked if it could be done on saturday never heard back from him again . i had asked  richard about a discount since they screwed everything all up he said he would talk to the owner . so when i called back on monday of course he denied anything about saying this . around and around we went calling the office had to get j d back out to do a reselct of the carpert which we found one and got it installed on thesday before thanksgiving. it was one guy who did it he was great. to make a even longer story short i called the office a number of times spoke with trish who tried to connect me with the right people who were always in ametting or would supposedly call me back which you gessed never happened . i finally spoke to vicki who called to get the rest of the money told her my situation who promissed to send me a 150 dollar gift card. well wouldnt you know it that never happened then they said they would send out a check because they were having problems with ther gift cards well still havent recevied the check . just dont expect any answers from these people as they will give you the run around and tell the same story over and over how they will call you back or take care of a wrong that they did. so richard trish and vicki you all are on the bad list hopefully you got coal in your stockings this year because you all are a bunch of no good people. i will be using a different company for my other two rooms that need to be done .  so you all can g e a f d !!!!!!!
