I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had with ASAP Restoration. Truly, the owner Josh and his crew made the impossible happen, and I couldn't be more impressed.

An inspection on the home we were selling revealed an unexpected mold patch in a bedroom closet, a mere six days before the scheduled closing. There was no way I could envision the job being done that quickly, but when Josh heard of my extraordinary circumstance, he quickly assigned his best guys to the task.

From the estimate to the mold removal to the testing to the reconstruction, every worker who came to my home was professional, personable, and dedicated to doing the best work possible. I trusted them to work in my home alone at times when I was unable to be there. The end product was flawless, and you truly would not have known that the wall and baseboard had been cut and replaced. And wouldn't you know, the carpenter finished the final touches on the paint and left our home literally ten minutes before the buyers arrived for their final walkthrough--and they were also pleased with the result. I couldn't believe the team actually pulled it off in that timeframe!

Again, ASAP Restoration exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend their services for anyone else's mold, flood, or fire restoration needs.  These are situations that nobody wants to be in--but if you find yourself in this unfortunate circumstance, you can put your trust in ASAP to make it right again.

I've worked with Nate at ATH on numerous projects over the years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They always go above and beyond to make sure the client is taken care of. Even if that means rearranging their schedule to fit your project in, working on a holiday or weekend, or possibly even the owner himself, coming out to work on a job, just to make sure it gets completed on time. I had my bathroom renovated years ago and when they tiled my shower they used grout instead of caulk where the fiberglass shower pan meets the wall tile. Well, the grout has eroded over the years and I had started to notice water getting in there. I'm no mold expert, I'm no tile expert, so my mind is thinking water leaking behind the tile and under the shower pan is probably a hotbed for mold. Found Moldex on Yelp and saw the great reviews so I called. We scheduled a Saturday morning appointment which they usually don't do but because they're professionals they said they would. Morning came and he was on time and super professional, checked everything and asked me questions, after that he told me I had nothing to worry about and I can rest easy.

I would highly recommend them because they aren't out to just take money, they care about what they do and you know you're going to get professionals that do professional work.

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the process when we had a water heater leak.  Always on time, worked around our schedule and made the process as easy as it could get.  Can't emphasize how respectful and professional they were.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Please keep in mind - you are a captive audience as the saying goes in Payson.
Details: moving out of a lease home, hired Sunshine Cleaners to clean the wood floor and carpet. All was going well until I asked if the crew could arrive at 10am versus 8:30 am for logistical reasons. I was dealing with Jon - one of the managers for Sunshine Cleaning. This is where the hiccup occurred and I giving three stars.
Jon was not accommodating in regard to the time change (90 minutes later). He said that the job would take the entire day and the late arrival would be a nightmare for the crew. I took him at his word that he knows how long a job takes. The inability to move back the arrival caused me grief with another contractor and in the end it was a headache to deal with.
The Sunshine Cleaning crew completed the job in less than 4 hours (not ALL day).
If there was another company that specializes in floor cleaning in Payson I would have simply switched.
Bottom line: this company needs to be more accommodating to the client.

I have worked with ALM and Larry for many years on demolition, asbestos removal and mold or flood projects.  Their prices are amazing compared to the other big companies and they always have done a great job for me!  I will continue to use ALM and would highly recommend!

Let me just start out by saying that Rocky Mountain Restoration is a company that really cares about their customers and doing the right thing. We have been working with Dylan at Rocky Mountain Restoration and he has gone above and beyond to make sure our restoration was done right. He has been incredibly responsive, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about how he really has made the restoration process as painless as a restoration can be. Thank you Dylan and the RMR team for helping make our lives a little easier for the care and detail you put into your work!

Adam's operations process is atrocious. They are so disorganized and so overstaffed by a team that does not communicate that not one part of the process went smoothly. Their contractors are flakey, their dispatchers are inaccurate with time windows, the pricing and insurance process couldn't be explained by the owner himself...literally, not one thing went smoothly. This simple project went overdue by 4 weeks. Adam's ineptitude spurs my curiosity as to how a place like this can even stay in business. I have miles of email chains, text chains and voicemails all documenting my horrible experience.

This one star is exclusively for Ginette as she is the only capable person at this company that made valiant attempts to cat wrangle the office in an attempt to get my bathroom put back together. Unfortunately for her, Adam's could not deliver appropriately despite her guidance.

Let my experience serve as warning to all to stay clear.
