Fixed our kitchen sink that was overflowing and wouldn't drain.  Very responsive, fair price, and great service!

I had a clog in my main line which was causing the toilets to overflow and sewage was backing up into the bathtubs. Another plumber came out but was unable to fix the problem due to lack of proper equipment but was going to come back the next day. Mind you, it had already been 3 days dealing with this.  I googled local plumbers and PIC's information came up (along with several others). I called PIC Plumbing and made an appointment for the next day just in case the other plumber didn't come back. Well he didn't and I'm so glad because with what he was planning to do, I would've had even more issues. Josh, Joshua and Eric came in and went right to work. They assessed the problem and thoroughly explained to me what was going on. Not only that, they showed me what I can do in the future to alleviate the backup in my toilets and tubs. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. On top of that, they were courteous, professional and had great personalities. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from PIC plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Had Raul respond to a Slab leak. He went above and beyond to do everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. From leak detection to temporary fixes to advice on the next steps. I'm thankful for all he did. Definitely a great company and great workers!

Have used Perry before in the past for my business and home. Called and had them come out to my business to give me an estimate to recharge my A/C unit which wasn't getting as cool. This is a split unit with part of it on the roof. Without even looking at the unit the service tech went to his truck and wrote up an estimate for over $1600.00 to which I kindly said no (I only paid $1100.00 for the unit a little over a year ago) I called a couple of other companies and found one (Rockstar Plumbing and Air) who serviced these units. Francisco came out the next day, serviced the unit and only charged me $165.00. Big Big difference!
I think Perry just lost a repeat customer.

It's been 4 months since we got the water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Best decision ever through this company. Constantin was responsive through Yelp, paid a visit to explain the difference between their options, and answered any questions we had. I'm glad I didn't get a water conditioner because the benefits aren't the same compared to a water softener. I wanted my installation to be clean with minimal wires/pipes and they did a great job. The water line to my fridge ran from under the kitchen sink they connected the RO system to a small faucet that was installed on my kitchen countertop and the fridge. No more calcium buildup on the faucets!

I bought a new house last year and while we LOVE the house, we didn't really like the Moen shower head fixture in the Master bathroom.  It was a normal shower head and the water pressure wasn't anything to write home about.  

In high end hotels that we've stayed at, we've always enjoyed the Hans Grohe rainfall shower from above with the secondary shower head in case you wanted to use a hand shower.   A very quality product that we've always had strong water pressure with.

I called around to a few of the AngiesList providers that were highly rated and one of the bathroom renovation places said their sister company Plumbing Plus normally handled this type of fixture.   I came on the website and read the great reviews so I called them.

They arranged to come out the following day and I was pleasantly surprised to get the owner, Mike out himself.  He took some measurements and he said he would call back the same day with a quote.   Sure enough, that same day he called and emailed me a quote.  

I showed him a photo of the model that I wanted and he had to special order it.  He gave a 10% Angie's List discount which I appreciated.

The work was a bigger job than I realized.  It consisted of not only removing the old shower head but also they had to cut out part of the wall in our Master bedroom that was on the opposite side of the shower.  We not only wanted to change out the fixture but I also wanted to be able to use both the hand wand shower piece and the rainfall shower together if I wanted and I had to order another part for that.

The total price included the parts, labor and also they sent someone else out the same day of the installation to do the drywall repair with texture. The only thing that wasn't included was repainting the wall but I easily did that.

Randy that came out to do the installation was VERY friendly and knowledgable.  He mentioned he has been with the company for 16 years.  That was a good feeling.  He also kept me in the loop the entire process.  He was very careful and although the job was a bigger mess than I realized as they had to cut part of the marble in the shower which produced a fine mist of dust.  

Randy was very polite and although we told him he didn't need to clean up and we could have our maid clean it.  He insisted on at least cleaning up which we felt was great.  

The only minor glitch is that the hole where the old shower head was, Mike told us that the new Hans Grohe rainfall shower head would be in front of it but it was a different configuration than he planned.  So we had a very small hole in the marble.

Randy offered several options including installing a new piece of marble (we had extra marble tiles from when it was renovated before), or just installing a small round chrome piece in the marble that was flush.  It's hardly noticeably and we don't mind at all.   We know the company wasn't at fault so it wasn't a big deal.  

Randy came out today and installed the cover.   It looks great.  

Most people won't spend this kind of money on a shower head but we felt it was worth it on something you use every single day (actually we use it twice a day).  It was well worth it.  We've had a chance to use it a week now and we really love it.   Randy did a great job installing it.   He mentioned when he was installing it that he never installed this particular model before but he did a great job!

Definitely I'd highly recommend this company and in fact, I had Randy take some measurements for some bathroom counters as I'm interested in changing out the tiles for Carrera Marble counters and changing out and upgrading the Moen fixtures that were here when we bought it.

Needed a backflow put in one of my friends Condo complex. Adam is a man to go for it all. Good price. Knows his trade. Ohh and he certified it for us too. Didn't need to look for third party company. Definitely recommend these guys.

I had a slab leak in the kitchen.  Called all city plumbing, Dannon and Andrew did a great job. They fixed it  patched everything back and did a great job.  Very friendly and professional. We where very happy. Thank you Dannon and Andrew.

We found water on ground and our plumber recommended CPL to find leak. They sent a tech and he spent nearly 3 hours and unable to locate leak. He said the company will send a senior technician next day to check. A senior rep-Ozzie came in and found leak almost right away after spotting water marks on part drywall. Inexcusable why their first guy failed to see something obvious. And then CPL office charged me again for 2nd visit on top of the first visit. I feel this was a result of an inexperience tech. If CPL had sent Ozzie out the first time, everything would have been fine and I would have given them 5 stars and recommended them to friends. I wanted to praise company and wasn't expecting them to charge me again for 2nd attempt to find locate leak.  This is not good business practice. Beware. A company should stand by their work and train their tech better.

****This is response to the owner's reply:
1) They said first tech did find leak (Of course there was leaking because the floor was covered with water). Second tech found source of leak by seeing the drywall was wet, something the first person failed to noticed.
2) They said it was standard in business to charge 'continuation' fee. (Not true. The plumber who recommended CPL told me later that they should not have charged me for 2nd visit. In fact their 2nd tech said company would probably not charge me for his visit. But they did anyways. Save yourself the hassle and money and look elsewhere.

We called Mastercraft to proactively clean out our perennially clogged up kitchen drain.  Joe came to our house promptly the same day, cleaned out the drain and then suggested that we hydro clean it to avoid future problems.  Two days later Frankie came with his equipment and now we are all set!  Frankie was professional and friendly, explained everything to us and was finished in no time!  And all for a reasonable price.  Highly recommend these plumbers!

A&A Plumbing were 'no-shows' to provide the service they quoted for the two hour time frame they specified. They didn't advise me of this until I contacted them near the end of the time frame and indicated they wanted to reschedule for another day. I terminated the service agreement and sought another, more reliable service contractor.

Incredibly impressed at the integrity and customer experience.  I know who I will call next time I need a plumber.

I got new appliances installed this week and the installers told me my gas line needed modification in order to slide the oven all the way in.  So I pinged a few plumbers on Yelp.  Caleb responded almost immediately, picked up as soon as I called, and said he could be there in as little as 30 minutes.  When he came out, he assessed the issue and was ultimately able to resolve it without additional work or modification to the gas line.  While other plumbers would have charged me a service fee (which I offered to pay just for the drive out), or just done the work I originally asked for, he saw there was an easier fix and just helped me do it quick.  

A+ experience.  While they didn't do any plumbing work for me, their business practices are clearly of the highest caliber. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy and thankful for Happy Plumbing and drains.  Our very illusive problem was solved with efficiency, professionalism and speed.   All at a reasonable price.
I especially want to acknowledge and thank Jake for doing such a great job.  He is a HUGE asset to this company.   This is my new GO TO Plumbing outfit in San Diego.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had just taken My mother who is disabled to an appointment was running late. :( I placed the phone call to their office and let them ouknow that I was going to be  20 minutes late. When I got home they were there smiling at me waving at me like is this your house do you want me to move my truck. Oh yeah did I forget to tell you that they did a wonderful job of putting in my hot water heater. I will recommend this company Thank you David and Garrett you guys did an amazing job.

Jerry has been my plumber for 20 years. He serves everybody in my family. He is a very trusting loyal person that I can allow in my house when I'm not home because I know he is honest. He has fixed my showers, stinks and garbage disposals and he's very reasonable on pricing. He will get back to you after you leave a message on his answering machine that same day. I would highly recommend JERRY. If you're in Tierrasanta or Allied Gardens, Kearny Mesa Iowa choose to support the small business he works by himself out of his own truck and is highly sought.

I had a draining issue with my sink. I have two sinks in my kitchen and the main side I use, the water was not going down properly. Had water overflowing up the sink on the other side and just didn't know how else to fix it. Reached out to Home Pro plumbing and they were able to send a technician out for the same day. He was able to get our sink running and draining properly! These guys work great and have good clear communications.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service provided by Jay was some of the best I have ever had, not just in plumbing, but in regards to any in home service. I am in the service industry myself, and I have to say that I was beyond impressed.
I had a clogged drain and about to leave town for a week, a home owners nightmare. I called Jay and he was flexible with his personal schedule on a weekend and came over on very short notice. His service was fast, explanatory and comprehensive. I couldn't be more happy with his service. Do yourself a favor, call him now.

We had a great experience with Nathan when our shower drain clogged! It was a more serious issue than we thought and he was super helpful and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend.
