Even though I ended up having to cancel my appointment with them, I have to say that I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick response. Edgar is awesome! I'm sure that I would have been equally impressed with their service. Definitely give these guys a call and have them help you out the next time you need a plumber.

Prompt, efficient service, price seemed a bit high but they came out and diagnosed/installed a water heater within 4 hours of my contact.  If it's good and fast, it probably won't be cheap so pick your poison.

Was referred but a trusted and professional company.  Took off from work early and had my husband take off from work early to meet George for a quote for landscape and maintenance.  After 30 minutes of waiting and waiting I called his cell multiple times.  He didn't answer, never showed up and never bothered to even return the call despite a few attempts to reach him.  Clearly not a company who cares about the clients, or at least prospective clients.  Even if he had just answered and said he forgot and apologized, or even called the next day easily forgivable.  But just leaving someone hanging using vacation hours away from both our offices to be there is just inexcusable.

Making this a 2 part review. First one is for the wonderful customer service he provided just answering the phone and booking an appointment. He was my 3rd attempt at booking these type of services and by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. I'll review again after the services have been provided.

I called Bob yesterday to fix a clogged toilet.  He said he could not do it yesterday, but will be here today at noon.  Sure enough, noon time came and he was here.  He addressed the issue quickly for a very good price.

I am a return customer.  The first time I used his service several years back, I was extremely impressed with his service - on time, great person to deal with, reasonable price, quality work, straightforward.  These are qualities that are hard to find nowadays.  I am so delighted that he has not changed.  I told him way back then that I found my personal plumber; that is, Bob the Plumber.

You can never go wrong by using his service!  On another note, he is a Veteran too.

Needed water heater replaced and was recommended by a friend of Castillo Works Plumbing. Gave Ely a call and was able to schedule morning appointment. He came on time and suggested additional repairs/improvements. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He was able to remove and replace the heater before the afternoon. Ely was quick and great to communicate with. Will look to Castillo Works for all future heating/plumbing services and highly recommended to anyone looking for quality work.

we have known Bob for years.  He is a great plumber.  If you need a big plumbing job, call Bob!

I was lucky that I found these guys when I needed an emergency job done. Robert came out within the hour and was able to replace my refrigerator shutoff valve (I think that's what it was). Apparently this is a common issue when people replace their refrigerators. We were very eager to get our new frig and once it was delivered we found out it couldn't be replaced due to the valve being frozen and stuck. I sent out a service request thru Yelp around 6pm and Robert responded within minutes and was able to help us out right away. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my new frig and hauled away the old one! I cannot say enough about Robert's customer service and professionalism. He went to the trouble to have booties on the entire time he was in our house. That was a huge plus for us! On top of the refrigerator work We had another existing issue with our sprinkler system and Robert addressed that too AND fixed it. He was here to replace and fix that valve to replace our frig and he did so many other things on top of that and only charged a little more for the extra work. I cannot say enough about Robert and how much he helped us out. I highly recommend using these guys. We will absolutely call them again if we need any help.

Dave the plumber came out in regards to an issue we had with setting up a new washer and dryer. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to let me know what he saw and why he was making his recommendations. Our issue got solved in one visit. He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with all his answers. If you have a plumbing issue you I would recommend asking for Dave. Thank you Dave and Point Loma!  
I hope I never have to call out a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely be calling these guys.

My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Called Bill for a price estimate which was reasonable. As soon as I got a replacement faucet, he was able to come over the next day.
Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early.   He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.

I chose C&C because they had the best quote out of the 3 companies I called and they were highly rated on Yelp. I can see why they are highly rated. Nathan came over within a couple hours of calling. He was super nice and answered my numerous questions. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated that.

Green Earth was a pleasure to work with, during a difficult time.  
Their communication was very good, they were prompt and polite, accommodated a large job quickly, and arranged for standing weeds to be removed at the same time.

Buyer beware. I had these people install a kitchen faucet a few months ago. I supplied faucet yet they charged $600 to install- it took the guy 15 min. Im writing this review because it still makes me angry. I was shown an estimate but it was zoomed in on a different portion of the page. The guy even acted strange like he knew he as ripping me off. Ugh. I should have known.

I would never recommend these people. Women owned does not mean trustworthy.
