As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The AC went out about 4 PM so I called the same day cooling and heating did not hear back for 3 days.

I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.

I found Pip based on a neighbor's recommendation. If you follow my Yelp reviews, I am a fan of small businesses with lower costs and less middlemen. I have had numerous leaks, floods and plumbing issues with several properties, so I know plumbers. Best one to date. He is affordable, on-time, charming, clean, knowledgeable, hard-working and likable. He does the work, not subcontractors. Doesn't get much better.

I had 2 leaky tub spouts... Shawn came out first thing to assess the situation. Told me to return my expensive units that I had bought at Lowes, and contact Delta for free replacement parts. He just saved me hundreds of dollars before even starting the work.  He responded super fast, was able to come quicker then I expected. Very courteous and reliable. Will be calling him back when my parts arrive!

We had extensive root invasion in a deep drain pipe, thinking we would get it relined we called the local company our plumber recommended... we generally stay away from big national companies. We didn't realize they are now part of that larger company until they were here (Friday) for inspection, video etc.  On Saturday a team came out to further assess the situation.  Video showed damage beyond a lining; we decided to go with recommended replacement as only want to do that once, in a difficult location (required a 13' deep hole to access the pipes!!) The bid including a 25 year warrantee was high, but we expected it to be high.  A crew came Monday morning and began work which involved at least 5 men for a  very difficult situation.They finished and had restored the area by Thursday afternoon.  We were very impressed as this was an unusually difficult replacement, we even wondered if it could be completed without a couple weeks and/or having to go through concrete slab (they did not)
  Husband adds need to emphasize the very high quality and speed of the work and clean up. He's very impressed;
also to mention packing new pipe in salt to keep roots away.

Highly skilled, on time, and replaced hot cold water lines within an hour. Very much recommend this business for Asan Diego area!

I give Pristine Plumbing my highest recommendation. The experience is professional from the first contact on the phone, to the experienced, excellent technicians, to the way they communicate with you. I also feel that their pricing is fair. We have used them several times, and every technician has been on time, has been clean and tidy, has explained everything in advance, and has done great work. They are also darn nice people!

I had a great experience with Robert at Vanguard Plumbing. He responded promptly to my request and was able to come out to give me an estimate same day. He seemed very knowledgeable about the information he shared and the products he carries appear high in value. One thing I really liked about him and this company is I did not feel pressured to go with him or get started right away - which is something I have felt with other companies and do not like. He seemed very sincere and trustworthy. I definitely recommend giving them a try. :)

I found George Davis Plumbing thru recommendations on Nextdoor.com. They were all so positive, I decided to give them a call as I had a pipe leaking in my laundry room. They sent Roby out and he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He replaced the leaking pipes and faucet, and it looks great. Best of all, there is no more water on my floor! The price was good, the service was good. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

I found Bob on Yelp and so glad I did!! He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive and helped us get a filtration system installed just a day after he came out to give us a quote. He was reasonably priced and went out of his way to pick up a system that was in stock so he could take care of us. I can't recommend Bob highly enough and he will be our go to plumber going forward!

Called Efficient Plumbing to replace our toilet, plus secure another one that became loose.  I set my appointment and they came out and replaced it quickly and efficiently.  They did a great job.  Second time I've used this company and is now my go to for any plumbing needs.

Jesse was quick to respond to an emergency service request, came prepared, and exceeded expectations. I cannot recommend enough.

Oliver was such an amazing employee he came in with a  mask and was very respectful and fast! He went into the restroom looked at the toilet and in literally 5 minutes done my toilet worked again! I would definitely be calling them again if any problems arise and asking for Oliver!

I had this company install a whole house filter after Palomar Plumbing tried to gouge me on a quote. Tino Arce is this company. He is a one man band but does a great job. He quoted me a price almost 1/2 of what Palomar's was and did a top notch job. His solder joints are very clean. He mounted the system in a very secure way and explained each step he performed. He even inserted that special paper between a copper pipe and a metal bracket to prevent a chemical reaction that corrodes copper. I only had to wait a few days before he was available. He responded to my email and text requests in a reasonable amount of time. [It's hard to answer a text when you have a torch in your hand]. I highly recommend Tino for plumbing work. By the way, my brother, asked for his name and had him replace a shower faucet system [had to open drywall] and told me Tino did a good job for him as well. I will be remodeling my master bath next year and I have no doubt I will have Tino do the work.
