We had a recent renovation and the contractor did a terrible job on the kitchen sink plumbing and left us with a leak. Contacted Vuksani (Eddy) who replied quickly and sent Erik over. He fixed the leak quickly and effectively and advised us the shoddy work will likely result in future leaks in other places. Rather than pressuring us to pay him more and fix it right away (and undo our entire new sink) he advised us to wait until it actually happens -maybe we will be lucky and it will be ok for many years- then just call again when the need actually arises. We will call him for any future needs.

Pricing was a little high for just 15 minutes of work and no material cost but I believe it is worth paying more to have a professional do something properly and trust Erik will stand by his work if anything goes awry.

Called for a shower issue. They replied instantly my yelp message at 10pm at night.  Sam was quick and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

I live in an old Co-Op in Jackson Heights in the Historic District. My partner and I had an issue with one of our showers that never drained and we tried everything that we could over the counter.

I posted on yelp asking for quotes and Kirk responded promptly via text and we arranged an appointment after I sent him some images for a quote. I received several quotes from people and Kirk's was not only competitive, but his breakdown was really comprehensive of what the task was going to entail. He arrived early, went to work immediately, and cleaned up like he was never there.

If you're looking for a clean, good, knowledgable person to do a job involving pipes or drains in your home, I cannot recommend you Kirk enough.

More details on the job and why it was more complicated than it should have been:

- The previous owner of my building redid their bathroom but instead of allowing the shower pipe to be accessible, they installed a grate over the pipe making it not accessible because of shoddy workmanship

- I was honest about this in my request detailing that the pipe was not going to be easy to get to and that a snake was not going to be able to fit between the grate

- Kirk mentioned that he was probably going to need to saw the grate to get his tools in to work on the pipe and walked me through the process so I knew what was going to happen

- He came prepared with the tools, cut the grate, got into the pipes and cleared it out

My shower runs the smoothest it's ever run and I cannot thank Kirk enough

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

Dov was extremely responsive. I submitted a quote online in the evening and he immediately texted me to diagnose the issue with our drain. His guy showed up the next day, and even though the problem was not addressed in a single visit Dov was extremely committed to getting it resolved and even came back himself to ensure it was fixed. Excellent service.

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

had he had told me he was busy the day I requested I wouldn't have cared. But he made it seem as if he could come within the hour @ 10 AM and then still be BSing me until 5 PM

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Robert and his crew were great- responsive, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing a leak and repairing drywall in my condo. Robert is busy so we had to reschedule a few times but he communicates often and keeps you up to date on when he will arrive and how long the project will take. 10/10 would use him again.

My name is Richard. I work in the commercial industry as a construction manager. I found Jperal on yelp and decided to have a boiler installation project with them.

Overall, John could handle the project well, and I would recommend John to other friends for residential jobs. After a  short conversation with John during the estimation process, I knew that he had an excellent understanding of the trade and that I wouldn't need to oversee the project in the house. Therefore, I would like to pay an above-average price for the project, and I think it is still worth it due to the complex conditions of the project. And John proves himself as a responsible and honest contractor by insisting on finishing his job the day after his wife gets into a car accident.

But why am I giving a 5-star for the excellent job they finished? Here is the reason why. Though I have a lot of experience communicating with sub-contractors, it is not easy to have clear and distinct communication with John since a receipt is all we have for a 9k project. It is difficult to determine what is included and what is not. As the whole industry is facing a shortage of laborers and John is facing the same problem, their customer service will need more improvement to avoid potential/existing misunderstandings. For the same reason, it is also hard to have everything well-scheduled because we ran out of well-trained laborers, and the late notice of absence is not a pleasure to anyone here.
