Our kitchen pipes froze during the recent extreme cold. We called numerous plumbers and he was one of the only ones to return our call and actually come out over the holiday weekend. Mike took his time to assess our issue checking how we were insulated in both the interior and exterior of the problem area by our kitchen sink. He was honest and reasonable. He could have easily installed the pipe warmer we originally thought needed. We would not have questioned it but told us based on the insulation, it was not required. We will not hesitate to call him in the future for our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!!

Just received service from Rich at American Sewer. Called him at 330 on a Friday afternoon, he was at the house in about 45 min, went right to work on clogged drain, fixed prob , triple checked that all was good before leaving, and very fairly priced. Highly recommend .

My tenants bathtub was clogged.  I called handyman guy and Ciro gave me an estimate over the phone.  He came to fix the problem.  Bathtub was unclogged!!!  Very reliable. Stuck to the price that was quoted over the phone. He also helped me with my sink too for a very minimal charge.  I will use him again for any other handyman work that I made need.

We came home after 5 months of renovation to find out our sewage system was clogged. Hector immediately found the problem and got to work! He was friendly, thorough and efficient. He answered all of our questions and concerns and got the job done. After it was cleared out, he suggested doing an extra optional step to cleaning out the pipes, degreasing and getting it to  brand new shape. We took his advice and we couldnt be happier.

I cannot praise this team enough. When the water heater at my mom and dad's house failed, they provided me with a prompt easy-to-read quote for the entire job (no hidden costs) which was quite competitive. They showed up on time with all necessary materials in hand, were courteous and efficient, and even hauled away the old water heater. The new heater was thoroughly tested before they left and has worked flawlessly since installation. Sink backup in kitchen, old iron pipes. This guy Fidel is terrific!! Knowledge and informative. Challenging job but he persisted and finally see a beautiful whirlpool down the kitchen sink!!! Fair pricing and no coning. I'd recommend these guys to my mother!! And I like my mother!!

Two separate issues threatened to leave our condominium without heat through this cold snap. These guys were professional and did a great job, but much more than that, they worked tirelessly to find a required part and made the extra effort to ensure we had it fitted, same day.

There is no question who will be calling next time we need plumbing repairs.

We had a huge sewer line blockage which almost flooded our basement; Mike came and found the issue and got started right away. He was so fast and efficient, by the time I came to see if everything was ok he was already done. He has great communication and extremely fair prices. Serious Professionals You Can Trust - Believe It!  We discovered the owners on the Brooklyn episode of This Old House and trust me, their professionalism was worth every penny.  They took out a sub-par base heating system in a chilly sunroom and calculated exactly what we needed.  Result - a cozy room w/ its own thermostat, heated by 2 compact radiators, at lower monthly costs overall.  Since then, they are my go-to company for any serious projects.  Everyone on the team was knowledgeable and experienced - Mike not only replaced my main thermostat with a much more efficient one that has saved me a ton, but he also has a hilarious sense of humor :)  Be aware that they sometimes get busy, but ask for Moko & she will try to get you onto the schedule asap.  And they're really good to their customers (Erik delayed a meeting today to help me apply for a gas company rebate I didn't even know about). They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.  Very highly recommended!

I've been a customer for years. Tri-Star has amazing customer service, they are always reliable and are quick to problem solve and resolve all of my plumbing issues.  I recently had a plumbing emergency and Krzysztof Rekas from Tri-Star went above and beyond to help.  He is knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done for the job.  He acted with a sense of urgency and the work was completed  swiftly.  Highly recommend!

I had drainage issues with all the sinks in my house, with the kitchen sink being the biggest issue since it interferes with me doing the dishes every night. The contractor who installed the sink routed the drain fittings underneath the sink in a very inefficient manner which i think contributed to the problem (plus, as an engineer myself, it annoyed me to see something so poorly designed).

I called Jay on a Wednesday and he was able to come the next day. Although the appointment was set for 11am, he texted me at 9:30am to tell me that he was called out to an emergency service and that he will likely be late. That showed me that he holds himself accountable to his customers and I like that.

Jay found that due to the inefficient routing of the pipe fittings for the drain, a lot of food was stuck in the p-trap. He dismantled everything, and ran new fittings that was definitely more efficient, took up less space, and also corrected a few other things that my contractor didn't do right. After a little snaking to clear the drain behind the wall, I had a perfectly working kitchen sink again.

Jay also cleared the sink in the half bath as well as gave me some advice what I should be doing to maintain my steam heat boiler. I definitely plan to call him back to to some work on the full bath, and likely to take a look at my heating system next fall. Jay is very personable, will explain everything he's doing, show you what he's found, and willing to answer all your questions. I highly recommend him.

Bobby, the owner, is a pro. Knowledgeable, fair and honest. Great team of plumbers who are patient, on time and courteous. Communication with their office is excellent. They took on a very difficult pipe replacement job in my home and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They also fixed and replaced some older pipes. All looks amazing. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.
