I had water coming out of my foundation on the outside of the house - a slab leak.  I have had experience with other leak detection companies in the past with varying levels of success, NONE as good as this one.  I called several leak detection companies early the next morning and the earliest they could come out was late the next day, some were three weeks out!  I aborted Google search and found this company in Yelp.  Dave was able to come out in a few hours and once here, I spent less than 5 minutes outside showing him where the water was coming from and then he went inside and spent the next 45 minutes there using three different types of equipment and then told me (and showed me using his equipment) with greater than a 90% certainty exactly where he thought my leak was and described how it could be fixed!  He used a noise level detector to figure out which line (hot or cold) and to get the fixture closest to the leak, then injected a signal on the copper pipes to figure out exactly where the pipes ran using another tool, then used thermal imaging to find the PUDDLE of water in the slab around where the pipe was leaking.  The techniques were AWESOME!  He also gave me a plumber that was able to come out the NEXT day to fix the leak.  

This was during COVID-19 times and Dave came to the door wearing a mask, which was very much appreciated because I fall into the high risk category.  He cut a hole in my drywall (after asking for permission) as part of the troubleshooting process and the plumbers actually used that same hole to run the new plumbing.  He made the cuts nice and straight, knew right where to make the hole because of his equipment, and cleaned up the mess on the floor and tile before leaving.

I am writing this the day after the leak has been fixed and am still amazed at how well the leak detection went.  I am definitely using Dave if I EVER need leak detection again.  BTW, the plumbers I used said they have used Dave in the past and know that when he finds a leak it is always where he says.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! Thank you!

Kitchen Sink facet replacement.  Came over late in the day and worked me in to his schedule.  Installed my pre purchased facet without a charge.  Performed the function efficiently with a good price.

I have bee in the process of readying my rental home to sell and a few plumbing issues (among others) have come up requiring repair or replacement. A friend recommended Vitaliy at VITech and I have used his services twice in the last couple of months. Both times, Vitaliy was highly responsive by phone and showed up quickly and on time, keeping in contact with me by text regarding arrival time. Once he arrived, he took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, honest, fair and much lower priced than I expected! I highly recommend Vitaliy for any plumbing needs you may have!

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

I would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends and family. I will call his company again for any future needs.

Expensive....  charged $80 for the call then added parts, labor, etc on top.  $200 for a clogged sink.  I thought normally the service call charge was deducted when the service was used.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Erik is amazing! When we discovered roots in our shower drain our home warranty company stated that they were impossible to remove and it would cost thousands of dollars to redo the plumbing (even under warranty!). In search of a second opinion I called CTR Plumbing and Erik came out that evening to look at the problem and give me a quote. Within 30 minutes he was able to get the drain flowing again, saving us the thousands that the home warranty company claimed we had to spend! Since then he has come out to our home multiple times to fix various issues and has always shown up on time and been honest, friendly, and professional and always takes the time to explain everything he does in a way that is easy to understand.

I needed some work done ASAP and Joe was able to come out immediately. He did a great job replacing a toilet and I would highly recommend this plumber!

Had a break in one of my kitchen faucet lines . Called for service luckily for me they had a cancellation the next day . Came within the time frame they said . Justin was quick and efficient - even looked at a dishwasher issue I was having. Reasonable pricing . Will definitely use again .

Always use them as my plumber and Jim is great! He's the nicest guy around and always knows the answers the first time. Can always schedule next day!

GREAT SERVICE! Mike is extremely friendly and got the job I asked for done EXTREMELY quickly. He responded quickly and worked with my schedule. I told him I wanted the job done today and he did whatever he could to get that done including going out to Home Depot to buy the necessary supplies! His work ethic and enthusiasm made the experience more enjoyable and everything was done at a reasonable price! Will definitely refer to him in the future!

Excellent service!  I was having flooring installed and when they tried to turn off the water supply to the washer, the supply valve wouldn't turn the water off.  I called Sav-On and they arrived an hour later.  Jesse gave me options, one of which was to cap off the supply or I could spend  much more and have the valve replaced (both washer and fridge supply valves were old and needed the same thing).  I opted the fix of replacing the valves and not take the cheap escape.  Mainly because Jesse was honest, informative and prompt in addressing my issue.  And also, it would have to be replaced at some point anyway.  Very impressed with the job done, the friendliness and the professionalism.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Came  on time as promised. Fixed the problem right away. I will put them on my list for future plumbing needs.

They installed a new water heater. Showed up on time, did the job quickly, cleaned up the mess all for a good price. Spencer was very professional and worked quickly while doing a great job.

If I could only rate them zero stars I would.  I was pitched a new unit by rusty who we really liked. Then on the day of the installation two very young men show up. I had a bad feeling as they didn't look over 18. They noted one was training. About a half hour in, they knick a water pipe and all of a sudden there is water pouring through the ceiling. 3 rooms damaged, and a total loss of our items. They were horrible to us. We had to live in a hotel for a week after the damage which they never compensated. They admitted fault but never replaced our items, and never returned our calls. Their customer service is among the worst I've ever experienced. Please do not use this horrible and unethical company. They left a family high and dry(well flooded technically)

WOW!  Never, have I ever had so many problems trying to spend $10,000 dollars.  I've heard their commercials about great customer service and the owners expectation of exceptionalism.  But reality is far different from the expectation set in the radio ad.  

First I tried making an appointment on their website.  I waited for two weeks and heard nothing, so I called and got earliest available appointment, 3 weeks later.

Today was the expected date of the appointment but they hadn't called to confirm as yet.  I called them to confirm and they appointment was still on.  while on the phone I expressed to the customer service agent that I have had better customer experiences in regards to sense of urgency and communication. Rather than listen to my complaint and try understand the frustration, all she did was defend/state that she had acted within the parameters of Goettl's policy.  I canceled our appointment and scheduled appointments with 2 other vendors that day.  Both appointments were scheduled within 6 days....   Not 3 weeks.    

I'm sure my $10,000 will be spent someplace else now.

The folks from Goettl responded to my negative review with an apology and a promise to use this as a training opportunity for their customer service reps.  I hope they do.

I did get a new HVAC system installed from a different vendor in the valley,  It was a very positive experience which I did a YELP review.
