Be aware that this company is extremely expensive and is not honest at all. They quoted me over $25,000 for doing the rough for 3.5 bathrooms .

I originally posted a poor review. However, i was mistaken in my original understanding of the facts and am writing now to correct it. Based upon my conversation with Chris, the owner, I am changing to 5 star based on the fact that he handled my complaint in a very professional manner.
He's coming in two weeks to do the job, and I won't comment further until the job is complete. From the discussion, I am expecting he'll do a great job and I will recommend him highly.

Enjoyed the A/C for a couple of weeks, then the weather got really nice and I didn't really need A/C anymore. Then w/ the first cold weather, I find that the heater wasn't working. Thought I could tough it out until next week when the hubby would be off from work to be home for a service call. Saw the weather forecast of 30 degrees in the mornings and decided to leave work early to get the heat fixed. D&S came to my rescue again; was able to come to the house the day that I called. The service technician came EARLY and had the heat going in less than an hour. Even gave me a tip that the cheap thin filters are better than the thicker, more expensive ones. The thinner ones allow easier air flow. Thanks again D&S!

I had another clogged drain line in the house, one that snaking it didn't completely resolve the problem but Angel has some great tools a his disposal, he was able to send a camera down the line and show me exactly what was happening after which he hydrojetted the line which completely cleared the line. Thanks again Snake N Laterals!

I'm so pleased. Quick response, honest estimate of start time and cost. Quality work. Fast and efficient. Mark was willing to solve an extra problem during this service call. Personable and professional. I appreciated the previous positive Yelp reviews so I'm leaving mine ..... hoping he doesn't get too busy in the future. Will definitely be calling him again.

I called around for quotes and Clark's Plumbing said they could come out Wednesday to clear out the drain but if I wanted him to come out Tuesday it would cost another $50 extra because he would have to reschedule other jobs. I declined and said I would wait. He called back shortly and said because he heard a baby in the background, he'd waive that $50 and be able to come Tuesday after all.

He and his worker showed up and his worker worked for about 5 hours while he stood around occasionally on the phone. His worker snaked the clean out and used another tool to pull more flushable wipes out. He charged me $250 because he said he was unable to unclog the drain. He claimed he lost money for the day for so much time spent on the job. He suspected that there was a blockage of wipes and/or roots and needed to cut it open to remove the blockage then replace that section. He initially joked but later said it would be $2000 to do that job. He also joked about trading my truck for his labor. Unprofessional.

Clark's worker dug the hole to the area where he suspected where the blockage was. He said tree roots were not the cause but rather wipes that were clumped at that location upon cutting open the pipe. Then he mentioned I would be paying for materials. He said he would charge it at Home Depot or Lowes and I'd pay for it. He claimed he needed to get another pump from Home Depot to push the sewage through because the size of my pipes. After getting that pump he claimed there was additional work that needs to be done and would cost another $2000. He claimed he needed to run a camera through to see what was causing the slow drain and use the jetter then a spot repair and that any other plumbing company would charge at least $2600 for the job. He suggested I call and ask around for quotes because he said he was giving me a discount. He spent from 12:00 - 7:00 pm watching his worker dig and snake the pipes. He even pulled out my folding chair in my storage area to sit and watch his worker. Unprofessional. As he left he joked if I was making adobo for dinner (assuming I was Filipino). He joked that (me being Filipino) was why he gave me the discount. Unprofessional. I shut the door and proceeded to make dinner for my family.
I texted Clark later that evening around 10:00 pm to notify of canceling his return because I got a quote from another professional plumbing company that would do it for $900 the next day. Clark responded: I still have to charge the $2000, plus $600 for what I had to do already if I stop at this point. Having to pull out the excess wipes. I disagreed and questioned why he was charging me for $2000 on work he didn't completely do then adding $600 after telling him I was using another plumber. I repeatedly requested for him to put his services on an itemized invoice/statement. He continued to message me until 12:30 am. Unprofessional.

Clark called 4 times and I did not answer because I didn't want to hear him make excuses when I repeatedly asked for the itemized bill.
Another professional plumbing company came and used his hydro jetter machine to clear out the drains. He didn't have to use a camera. From his years of experience, he suspected that it could be a slow drain due to the slope of the pipe from the age of the home. And he also didn't think the tree roots were the problem. He charged $400 and would schedule his worker to return to do the spot repair. Total would be $900 compared to what Clark was going to charge me at $2000.

Clark finally sent me an itemized bill for the services from Monday, March 13th. In the bill he described the services he provided and changed the final amount to $1600 when he originally said it would be $2000, then $2600. I told him I'd pay with my credit card and asked for all and any charges associated with using my card. Then he claims it charges me, I take that loss. Unprofessional and annoying. I paid the bill and got 2 other professional plumber's opinions on the itemized bill. Both claimed I was overcharged and that any plumber spending that much time on a clogged drain without moving on to another strategy within an hour or two is just wasting everyone's time.
I would not recommend using Clark's Plumbing Company. Clark, the owner, spent most of his time talking about how competent he was to me and justifying why it was taking so long. His worker was the one digging and snaking in the sewage. Clark was unprofessional and annoying with his repeated inappropriate jokes. He left the wipes they pulled out discarded around the cleanout and around where his worker dug and cut the pipe. No other profession I hired to do work on the properties would have felt entitled to taking their customer's folding chair out to sit on and leave it out in the yard upon leaving.

Cleaned up afterwards.

I have to say I have used the services of cc and sons on three occasions, and I highly recommend this company and the owner, Isiah , and his crew. Isiah is patient. He explains everything to educate you and show you how to maybe troubleshoot small issues that come up. And he's so patient to listen to all your questions and answer them. Isiah is fair, has integrity, and he really cares about his customers. This just really demonstrates a great business and work ethic. He is accommodating and just very caring about your situation. He has my business when I have a plumbing issue or need. Thanks Isiah for the help today.

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt next day service. Storm and our tech, David were both great to work with. Would highly recommend.

I called and spoke to the owner, he wasn't able to get me in for the day but he was willing to talk the problem out with me over the phone. His suggestions alleviated the issue and saved me time and money.

We contacted this plumber through an insurance company that insures home repairs. The problem involved a broken shower faucet and a damaged bathroom sink faucet. The two plumbers arrived on time, but when they looked at the shower faucet their explanation was that the faucet was broken due to abuse. There was some discussion about a missing set screw for the sink faucet
I had a call from the plumbing company taking umbrage at criticism of their service. They say they didn't get the $75 fee that was tendered up front. It went to the insurance company, they say. I heard a long explanation that the plumber had thirty-five years of experience and was licensed, which isn't really relevant to the issue. They said the plumber described it as misuse, a characterization I disagree with. They said they would have been doing free work because the insurance company would have denied the claim. I can understand not wanting to do free work, but there is just something not right about this whole process. It may require another look at the insurance company, Fidelity National.

SUMMARY: Quality work, but make your full complete plan and get it done in one project. Monitor the work, and do a complete walk thru before the end to ensure all is done. Thoroughly review the bid to ensure all details are captured. I don't understand why a linen cupboard and shower door installation would be excluded from a full bathroom remodel bid (tiny bathroom too). Longest review I've ever written to be fair and honest. I'm disappointed with details and follow up.
UPDATE:
I originally gave a generous review of Mike & Mitch because I appreciated that I could be hands-off during my mother's remodel; I was in town to help & managing many other things for her care at the time. They did all they could without having to engage me and were respectful of all requests. Because of that I left out my complaints, such as skipping the linen cupboard entirely in what was supposed to be a complete BA remodel. My bad for not seeing the item missing from the quote. It just needed paint. I took a few hours prior to the remodel to clean everything out, but it wasn't touched. Other details were also missed - like properly securing the toilet roll holder and patching/painting where a curtain rod had previously hung. Not a huge deal overall, but as with any project, a clear walk through and detail management is needed.
**I've dropped this review due to a lack of follow up/going quiet for agreed work. Shower doors were not available in time for the project, so they agreed to return to install the door and also install much needed handrails for my mom to keep her stable & independent in her home. They agreed in person that they would do this work. On 10/20 I asked for help, completely detailed the need and parts ordered. On 10/23 I was told they'd make time for the project on 11/8. My bad for taking a week to get back as I was extra busy with new job & other mom needs & had to review original bid for new charges. I agreed add'l fees 11/1. On 11/7 it was confirmed they'd do the work 11/9. On 11/8 I was told they couldn't make it & asked to move it to the next week. I never heard from them again. Today is 12/11 and mom is in thee hospital after a bad fall and broken leg. Family will help me finish the work ourselves as best we can. I get their busy, and I contributed to 1wk delay from the 10/20 request, but if you commit to something you should follow through.

I found Gilgen through online research to help with my mom's bathroom remodel in Armona (I live in SoCal & don't know local options personally). Let me tell you, I was so very relieved to have Mike and Mitch on my team the week they did the work. They were very professional, delivered on what was needed, with complete view to my needs and wants. Their work is good, and they are very professional and respectful. Very clean, organized, just all around good. I never give 5 stars btw; I have to be impressed.
Not only did they do a quality job, but they just got the work done with little input or direction from me - something I needed and wanted - and they knew it.
This remodel was done out of necessity. My mom's 50yr old shower and bathroom was in disrepair. I was overwhelmed with all that's required to care for a parent from afar, and they managed all the details in respect of that - engaging me only when I needed to make a decision.
I saw another a-hole reviewer that gave them 1-star for not getting back soon enough. Dude! People are busy, give them time to respond! I NEVER had issues hearing back. Drop them an email and give them time to get back. They don't have an office receptionist, they're smart and manage it all themselves.

Came and fixed a leak my mom had in the subfloor. Reasonable price and reasonable amount of time to fix. Art and his companion were professional, answered all our questions and got the job done.

(Plumbing)Vern's plumbing & heating is an awesome company, I have delt with this company on 4 occasions. When you call them there is always someone there to answer the phone. They are reasonably priced, not cheap, but not expensive. They come when they say they are going to come. They get right to business when they arrive. They fix what they say there going to fix! I have delt with Rodney on three of four times I have used Vern's plumbing. He is an awesome guy he knows what he's doing, he can fix anything from commercial plumbing problems to residential. They have been to my restaurant 3 times, fixed my restaurant issues At the restaurant. I was referred by a friend and I would recommend this company to anyone with high regards. If you are looking for a company that knows there stuff, this is the company.

Very unprofessional. Wouldn't come out to see the projects and wanted to bid it just from pics. I don't do biz with people I have never met to come into my home. I have my own company and know how to treat people with respect and good customer service . Then he wanted $125 just to come out and see the work . I said I don't do that and no one has ever asked me to . He could have made thousands of dollars if he was smart.
The after I told him I won't pay for the visit ... he blows up my phone with 20 repeat standard template he uses . Oh and then after every text he says god bless
So I told him please don't say that if you are going to treat people like this . Then he does it again. I told him he was a hypocrite and I blocked him after that.
