Extremely disappointed. Lee's comes so highly recommended and a good friend of mine has a relative that has worked for the company for years so it was a no brainer when we decided to have our AC unit serviced.  We just bought this house a month ago so we wanted to make sure the air wouldn't give out on us during a heat wave. It's always blown cold air, but in these heat waves it has a hard time keeping up with the thermostat.

First they were late. It's summer time in Fresno so I figured they're really busy and didn't mind. An hour after our window passed and my husband reaches out just to make sure they were still coming. They let us know our technician/specialist is running late and he should've contacted us.

He arrives and gets to work. Tells us there's no leaks but the unit is older so he recommends replacing it. We could also recharge it but he doesn't recommend that and doesn't have the Freon so we would have to schedule another appointment for that. We explained we would like to think our options over and we'd get back to him.

Not even an hour passes and our AC is now blowing out warm air. We reset the thermostat and waited it out. This morning we decided to reach back out and see if we could get some help or understanding why our unit is in worse condition than before it was serviced. We got the run around all morning long. We were told it has a leak, then a micro leak that can't be detected, even though the technician said there were no leaks. Then we get a call from him saying that if we wanted him to check for leaks it would've been an extra charge which wasn't explained when he was here and also confuses me further since he told us we didn't have leaks. My husband asked if it was possible for refrigerant to leak out when he tested the levels and he said no because it was sealed and he made sure to replace any refrigerant lost. But I thought he didn't have refrigerant with him? They clearly weren't going to do anything about this so we gave up with them.

We went to go look at the AC unit in the backyard to see if anything was off and noticed the coils are now freezing over which also was never a problem before it was serviced.  It felt like they were trying to force our hands to pay for extra services. When we contacted them this morning, I wasn't expecting them to refund us or get extra services for free. I just wanted my AC back to the working order it was in before they touched it.

Do yourself a favor and go to literally anyone else.

I would highly recommend E&J Elite Plumbing to anyone who needs their service. I had an emergency situation at home. My toilet had clogged, and it backed up my washer, shower. and walk in tub. It was a disaster. After calling E&J. Patrick arrived and he knew exactly what to do. He got the job done in a little over an hour. After he left the walk in tub was still backed up and I called him back. He resolved everything for us. It gave me a peace of mind knowing everything was working again and correctly. Patrick was very professional and polite. I am so thankful for E&J Elite plumbing. Thank you.

Had an issue with the kitchen sinks draining slowly so I called A Reliable Plumbing based on a personal recommendation. They are open 24 hours so someone took my call yesterday after 6:30pm. They were upfront about service fees and had two people out to the house this morning exactly when told. Both gentlemen wore face masks the entire time as did we. Very professional and efficient. They had to access the drain cleanout from the roof so it was extra but I was told of that in advance. Everything is running well! I'd definitely use them again.

I originally posted a poor review.  However, i was mistaken in my original understanding of the facts and am writing now to correct it.  Based upon my conversation with Chris, the owner, I am changing to 5 star based on the fact that he handled my complaint in a very professional manner.

He's coming in two weeks to do the job, and I won't comment further until the job is complete. From the discussion,  I am expecting he'll do a great job and I will recommend him highly.

I've used their services before and will always call them when I need plumbing services. Always on time, polite and very informative on how to keep the same issues from accruing again. I actually waited for their next appointment instead of using another service. Thanks D&S

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

You cannot go wrong with this company. The entire team, from the members of the office scheduling team as well as the owner and all of his technicians are very customer service oriented. I have never dealt with a more trustworthy and dedicated company in my life. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is more than reasonable. I highly recommend this wonderful business. You will be more than satisfied.

Great guy!  Wanted to have a attic access ladder installed in my garage-he responded quickly, planned for the next day, showed up and it works great.  Very professional and nice, will definitely call him again.

Jason does my lawn and helps me around the house. He just helped me installed light for my porch, fixed my toilet, removed trees,  help me cleaned the backyard and many other things.

If I need help, he is the 1st person I call.

For this he gets 5 stars from me.

They installed new water heater 2017 $1,500 later and now Only 4 yrs old same problem again ( bubbling nosies when hot water is going )  my warranty was only 1 yr. And I called them they were So RUDE !!

Can not say enough of how content I am with the service. Once the decision was made to purchase a new unit, we shopped around and found their price to be competitive. From the first phone call to the final inspection, service was above and beyond. Highly recommend

Very crooked!!!  Do not use!!!  Call anyone else!

1. Comfort Now lied to me about my $50 part being under warranty (it was, and I asked them).  They charged me for new part and took old part so they can submit it under warranty and have new part sent to them.  They're essentially paid twice for the same part.
The technician kept urging me to buy a $5500 compressor to replace mine that still worked!!  (I'm a woman, by the way.  No knowledge of AC units.). Technician wanted to refill my Freon for $1880.  This service call was only a $50 part replacement.  Comfort Air basically wanted to make over $7,000 off my $50 part replacement service call!!
2.  Technician and their office staff wouldn't give me their hourly rate. Charged me $464 for a $50 part, which means they charged $410 for an hours work.  I didn't know all this until I made calls later.  
3.  Grants and Arctic Air told me later they only would've charged $175 (Grants) and $225 (Arctic Air) , and would've given me credit for the $50 part.
4.  Contacted Ferguson HVAC Supplies and Trane AC unit manufacturer.  Confirmed I had warranty afterwards and Comfort Now handled this improperly.
5.  I'm submitting this to the State of CA Licensing Board.  Comfort Now is also dishonest in hiding their hourly rates and parts costs, and in telling customers the part and hourly rate are one flat rate with no itemization.  I called their office and gave manager 2 days to contact me and make this right.  They haven't!

Based on my experience with B and B Plumbing it is a shame that I am limited to giving them only Five Stars. Yes, they are professional, efficient, trustworthy, and reasonable, and this firm is highly recommended.

Too bad he was rude when I simply made a call to his business   We needed a plumber, found his business on Yelp. My suggestion to the owner, regardless if you are too busy, are having a bad day or, if you don't want to work during a certain time, politely let people know that you are not available. Referrals and recommendations are key to every business. You won't get one from us.

I had a leak coming from my toilet and called Roto-Rooter. I was given to an employee named Johnny West and he took excellent care of me. He took his time, was very clean and above all extremely professional! I highly recommended Roto Rooter and make sure you ask for Johnny he is top notch!!

I requested a quote for electrical and plumbing work. I received the quote very quickly. It was a fair price for the work completed. Thank you Jack for being reliable and patient, while completing the project.

This is a rental home. Plumber, DaJon, called once he was done and said the sewer line was cleared. We questioned if he ran into tree roots and asked how far he ran the snake, but he didn't want to tell us how long his snake was, which we found odd. We have had problems with roots at this house in the past, and when he told is he didn't find any roots we were concerned. Less than 36 hours later the toilet was plugged again. We notified Premier and were told too bad. You have to pay again. The line was never cleared properly the first time, so we called another plumber and fired Premier. They were  unprofessional and rude on the phone.

Last night (Friday), I noticed that one of the bathroom floors were flooded. Found Mid Valley Rooter Services on Yelp as I read and write reviews. Although they were unable to come the same night, Jonathan was able to direct me on what to do via FaceTime and we discovered that the toilet tank had a large crack that was causing the leak. Jonathan came out this morning (Saturday) to replace the toilet and fix a valve. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything. I am grateful that I was able to find someone to come out on a Saturday and during this COVID-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend Mid Valley Rooter Services for all of your plumbing needs. I noticed that they offer other services, so I am having him quote another job. I will be using Mid Valley Rooter Services for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you Jonathan!
