My faucet was broke in my apartment and the maintenance guys were late getting it fixed and were not able to fix issue. I called D and S and they came same day and fixed it right away. Great service, very friendly and fast. Eric was the tech that came to fix it and he was awesome. Highly recommend.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

I would definitely recommend Controlled Climate. When I called for an estimate I was given a rough estimate via email and then Ray cam out and assessed our needs. He even went in the attic for a duct inspection.  Ray and the Office Manager are professional and very nice. We went with the other company only because we needed a new AC immediately. When I called him to tell him I wasn't going with him he was again professional and no pressure at all.

I received a coupon in the mail for an early season service special recently . I calle  Allbritten to service my a.c. unit. It took them six weeks to come out and service the unit. Once they arrived I was told my a.c. unit was no good and out of freon, they could however get a salesman out the following day to sale me a new one. 1500,00 dollars. I called another company for a second opinion and was told the unit had Freon and could be repaired, for 3,000.00. I contacted one more company as the diagnoses were completely different. The unit was repaired for the cost of 100.00 dollars including the service.
How awful of a company to mislead a senior citizen and abuse our lack of knowledge. NEVER use Albritten plumbing

This review is being written after having two visits by LeesAir techs over 4 months - Shortly after purchasing my home last year I saw a LeesAir truck driving around with a service special ad on the side for a Heating/AC Tune-Up. Since my home was several years old and summer was fast approaching, I didn't want to get caught with a busted AC unit and having to wait for someone to come out during what is probably the peak season for any AC company. I gave them a call and in 2 minutes I had an appointment for a few days later.

On the day of the service the tech called prior to my appointment time to let me know he was on the way and arrived shortly there after. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do, after spending some time on the roof inspecting and cleaning our unit he came down and put protective booties on before coming into the house, he laid a drop cloth, carefully cleaned the main vent, and replaced the filter. Before he left he told us about a special they were having to purchase 2 more maintenance visits for a discount as well as emergency service perks that came with them should we have any problems. Since I think it's smarter to be proactive with service on something as expensive as a heating and air unit I signed up. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I felt it was money well spent.

A couple of months later I got a call from LeesAir to schedule my second maintenance service. I had actually forgotten I purchased 2 more so it was a pleasant surprise since it is starting to cool down and we will start using the heater. It was a different tech this time but the experience was the same 5 Star service and reinforced my initial decision to pre-pay for 2 more visits. My unit's fan was clogged with leaves from the big oak that covers the house so who know what would have happened had I turned it on. So now after two visits the two techs that I have come in contact with have been professional dressed, clean, polite, attentive to even the little details, and seem actually enjoy what they are doing.

I prefer to support local, family run, businesses, assuming the service is good, and in this case it has been really great with LeesAir so I highly recommend them.

Although he fixed the problem, he recommended that a part needs to be checked soon and he explained the problem now and a problem to come soon if we don't change the part.

I was in search of an A/C tune up and received quotes from multiple companies.  Francos was one of the companies that provided one of the lowest quotes. The other companies were unavailable for 2 weeks and some, even a month. Francos came through to service my unit 3 days after providing me with a quote.  Orlando and Zane were the technicians that helped me service the A/C unit. They found some issues with the unit and gave me options without the pressure. They also helped me to set my unit up for a smart thermostat. Quick, fair priced, and friendly. I will use them in the future. Thank you for your great customer service.

We had five estimates on a new HVAC unit and decided on Valley Air based on price and reviews. The work was completed in two days with one minor glitch that was remedied quickly and efficiently. The team went above and beyond expectations that made us have faith in good business practices again. Big shout out to Andrew, Martin, Conley and Simon. We highly recommend VAR for any air conditioning needs.

We called to have a service maintenance on our AC they charged me a service fee of $95 to inspect it, I think the guy that came was named Mike...he explained that our PSI levels were low for the temperature it was set at and that he is going to add some freon to it and run it for about an hour.  He quoted a charge of $45 per lb for freon and $105 for a dye to see if there is a leak in it which I was ok with. As soon as he did his job I felt that nice cold AC blowing. He was upfront with all possible costs and it was actually less than he quoted. So far everything is good. I would definitely call them again for any future repairs.
