Very nice young man who arrived when he said he would. Then proceeded to accomplish the task as required. More than satisfied with his work and ability! He cleaned up and was on his way. He charged a reasonable fee and was very pleasant. I recommend him highly.

I stumbled upon D&S yesterday, when searching for a plumber to handle an emergency at home. This, after being disappointed with the company that I first called and ultimately chose not to go with.

From the moment these folks answered the phone, to the ultra fast response time (well under an hour), to the great technician they sent out and the professional quality work he did, I couldn't have been more impressed. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. It's clear to me why I'm seeing virtually all five-star reviews here for this company. They've obviously earned it!

In a city where, to me, mediocrity in business seems to be the norm - as I have expressed in other reviews - this company stands out to me as a notable exception to that rule.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Tod has been our go-to plumber for a few years now. He communicates well, is very responsive, explains the problem and the solution thoroughly, and fixes the problem effectively! Our front water line cracked and was spray water, flooding the yard. I called SNL and they were at my home in less than 30 min to shut off water to the house. They promptly repaired the break, explained everything w/pictures. Great prices, great staff, great experience. I will never go else where.

This is a very professional service. Jack is very friendly, very knowledgeable, very reliable, and very reasonable pricing. This company serviced and replaced my AC unit and fixed my heating issues. All with parts and labor is the best price in town Very happy with service and company. Does not deserve less than 5 stars, I would give more if allowed. I tried having Mark come out and fix a leaking water pipe. I had a conversation with him via Yelp messaging and text messages. He told me what his hourly rate was and I agreed to it. I then tried to set up a date by sending him a text message and leaving a voicemail but he never bothered to respond. I would have understood if he had told me that he was too busy to help me out but it would have been nice if he had at least communicated that.

Fixed a sewage pipe leak under the house.  Were able to make it out the same day. Came up with a quick plan.  Good price, quality work.

I called Mark for a second issue and once again he came on time and quickly tackled the problem for a very fair price. He was patient, friendly and wore a mask the whole time! Highly recommended!

When repairs are needed, you hate to make those calls wondering if you're going to be gouged. That was absolutely NOT the case here! I sent a request for a quote on Yelp and asked a few questions. Katelyn took the time after hours to answer and was upfront and honest about the possibilities of the service fee based on my circumstances. Better yet there were non-emergency openings the next day! Katelyn was helpful and patient with follow-up questions I had, which I really appreciated! Ray and Steve came to the rescue and after checking out the air conditioner, quoted a reasonable price to replace a part and tune-up the unit. My husband was very pleased! They were very efficient and clearly knowledgable. Our air conditioner is working better than it has for a long time. We'll be calling them in the future! Thank you Ray, Katelyn and Steve

I was in a country house that is over a hundred years old. The septic had forced all the pipes to be clogged. I called in the afternoon and they had someone out 3 hours later. That guy snaked the line till everything was working. Then did not charge me. He was going to come back in a week to make sure it was okay before money changed hands. That is awesome service. I will call them again for any problem I ever have.
