My kitchen sink blew open underneath this morning and flooded my kitchen. I called Experty and made an appointment, they actually arrived to my house earlier than I thought and fixed the clogged pipes in under 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area! I will use them again for any plumbing issues.

Tim is so good at what he does, and is patient enough to explain everything to help me understand the job.  I am reassured by his expertise and follow through that I'm getting exceptional service at a fair price.  I never look forward to needing home repairs, especially plumbing, but I know I can count on Tim to do a great job, answer the phone personally and bill me only for the work he's completed.

I had such a great experience with the Leak Whisperers. We had a really bad leak, so bad that the city actually called us because they were alarmed with the high water usage at our residence. As renters, we notified the landlord and they weren't able to get anyone out until the following week. Unfortunately, on New Years day, the leak got so bad and was going out into the street. I notified the landlord and we wondered how we'd find someone to help on New Years' Day! After a yelp search and many phone calls, enter the Leak Whisperers.

They sent someone out within the hour and they fixed it that day. Wahoo! We had water again. Unfortunately, due to the holiday, they weren't able to get the ideal part and the fix did not hold after 2 days. One quick text to the plumber and he was back that day, no questions asked. They redid the fix and were apologetic. I'm so grateful with their quick responses and friendly demeanor. I have definitely saved this number for any plumber needs that may arise and passed it onto my landlord.

We recently moved to the Fort Worth area and it was our first time to need the services of a plumber.  We contacted ClearWater because of the good ratings on YELP.  They did not disappoint.  Anthony & Victor handled the job with courtesy & were professional.

Granted, it was not a large job - replacing the inner workings of a kitchen faucet to stop it from leaking, but it's good to find a company that could take care of this.  Anthony & Victor slipped on foot covers, used a tarp, cleaned up after the job and were overall very friendly.  Anthony gave us options regarding repair, replace or upgrade so we could make an informed decision.

Don't like having plumbing problems, even minor ones, but we really enjoyed working with the folks from ClearWater!

My name is Pamela and I am leaving this review for Flat Rate Plumbing (Grand Prairie) because I know how hard it is to find truly honest, reliable, friendly and most of all professional and expertise workmanship. Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. Most other Plumbers would have tried to have me spend a small fortune immediately. If you hire Flat Rate Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed!! I plan to keep him servicing my home for as long as he is willing to do so.....Thank you so much Roy!!!..you are truly a gem and a blessing!!!

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

Showed up the first time and advised us to DIY which was fine and i appreciated that advice and honesty. DIY didn't work, so I asked them to come back out we set up an appointment and they never showed up. We've been without hot water for 2.5 weeks while that's not their fault, I'm at my wits end and really needed someone to actually show up.

Call someone else!!!  Yes, he can fix the problem, but for a Master Plumber with 30 + years, he doesn't seem to know how to do basic plumbing quickly.  He will charge you for all the time he spends complaining how hard a fix is (it was tight, but my husband could have fixed it in the same time!!), taking bathroom breaks and going back and forth to his truck 10x to get 1 thing at a time.  Well that is how he works.  He comes to a 30 minute job and milks it for as long as possible.  Not trustworthy, what so ever!  

We were hoping to find our go-to plumber.  An overall nice person, who we could trust to be fair and honest.  This behavior/business practice is what gives trades people a bad reputation.  It is sad, because I have a lot of respect for trades and small business owners.

Force Home Services is Amazing.   I have used them for both home and office for many years for HVAC and Plumbing.  They are always professional, honest and easy to work with.

We had a new A/C system installed in December of 2018, and our A/C compressor recently went out. We called the company that installed the new system to see if it was covered under warranty. That company told us the part was covered but the labor to replace the compressor was going to cost almost $2,000 alone. The warranty on the labor was only 12 months, when industry standard is 24 months. Despite the part only being 4 months past an already shorter-than-industry labor warranty, they refused to honor it. We tried to call the owner of the company, but he did not return our call. So, we started calling around for better options. When we called Rescue Air we found that fast and fair with your repair is an understatement.

When the Rescue Air service technician, Jordan Wiggens, showed up, he was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to help us out by putting in a call to the owner. The owner, Michael, returned my call immediately and made multiple phone calls himself trying to right the wrongs of our previous A/C company. Michael ended up offering a same day replacement because, as he said I don't want your baby sweating through the night. Then the Rescue Air installer, Erick Sandoval, left another job site (over an hour away) early to ensure we wouldn't have to sleep another night in the Texas heat. Rescue Air ended up installing a whole new A/C unit (instead of just replacing the compressor) for less than our previous company was going to charge us just for labor on the compressor replacement.

I can't recommend Rescue Air enough! We will be a customer for life. We had a maintenance program with our previous A/C company and we immediately switched over our routine preventative maintenance to Rescue Air. They were personable, reliable, and professional.

I have used Double L a few times, and always the interaction is the same.

They are on time, professional yet friendly, and they do a thorough job completely. I am very thankful that I have them to lean on for my plumbing issues.

I called Good Fellas Plumbing & Leak detection for a slab leak they showed up with all the necessary equipment to locate it. They explained everything in detail and gave me several options for repair. They had the repair done by the next day with a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

They were great, courteous, accommodating and on time. The fix was minor so they didn't charge us a dime. I love that kind of honesty. We will use Professor Plumb ever time now.

Sebastian made a call to my house on Sunday afternoon after we had issues with our AC line draining. He was very helpful, but our problem requires a second pair of hands so he called Nathan. Both guys were very nice and really worked hard to get the problem resolved.  I felt bad that it was such a stubborn fix but they never seemed bothered by it, not once. Even though it was so hot in our attic and the majority of time was spent up there. In the end they did clear the line from the small amount of build up inside of it. It turns out that it was an AC issue, not a plumbing issue, but that wasn't their fault and they did what they said they would do.  I would call them again for any plumbing needs.
