I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

Ill give them two stars because of how great they were at responding right off the bat. They were able to come within an hour and a half.  But they had to come back the next morning after ordering a piece for my broken water heater. So they were scheduled to come back between 9-10am.  They never showed or followed up.  Then I called at 11am. They said they would get back to me to find out where he was. Never heard anything back. I left 3 voice mails throughout the day and finally I called right before they were to close and they said they didn't know he was supposed to come back. WHAT? then why not tell me the 1st time I called? They did not handle anything well, they did not have clear communication with one another and never apologized for wasting my time. They even raised the price when I asked if they could still come.  So now I am scrambling to find a new plumber who won't flake.

We've had Mr. Darnell over to do work for us on 3 occasions. He does excellent work at a reasonable rate (for a plumber... lol). But above all else, he's honest and you can trust that he's not recommending work that really isn't necessary to solve your problem. We couldn't recommend him  more highly.

We hired The Leak Whisperers to install a gas line for a new pool heater and everything was great! Will definitely call them again for future needs.

Austin and Shane were on time, professional, and explained everything they did along the way. They replaced a toilet and installed a gas log set in our fireplace. We'd definitely use Clearwater again!

Mr. Adams has made numerous repairs in my home and has always been polite and punctual. He asks questions to be sure of the problem and quickly does his work. He is clean and tidy, never leaving a mess for me to clean up after. He responds quickly and personally to service calls. I feel he charges a reasonable fee. Whenever I need a plumber, he is the one I trust.

I called KMP to do leak test on my water system and drain system. They told me the service call would be $29. I knew the test would be more than that, but another company had done the same testing a month prior (I needed a 2nd opinion) and I figured KMP's price would be in the same ballpark. They charged $564. The tech was Donald, and he did a nice job, but he was here about an hour. When I looked back at the cost from the other company, it was $295. I called KMP back to ask why so high & was told that's their price, period. They refused to make any adjustment, even when I advised them of what the other company charged. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but suggest you compare prices first. I saw a similar review from another customer.

Hot Water tank was leaking, and I refuse to take anymore cold showers. First let me say, the customer service was excellent. It's December and I used most of my time off from work and told the persona on the phone that I will not be home until after 4:30. They definitely made it work for me.

A young gentlemen named Travis called and arrived to replace the Water Heater. He gave me two options, to replace a pipe (where the leak was at) or the entire unit. I decided to replace the unit because it was old and was installed in 2005.

Travis was very professional, smiled and explained everything in simple terms. In about less than 2 hours,  he completed the install, and we were back to hot water again. If anything, I'll definitely recommend and use this company for their excellent service.

Horrible customer service! I called to schedule an appointment and was told they would be at my house the next day at 7:30am. The tech did not show up until 9:00am and seemed to be in a hurry. I told him we had already snaked our washing machine line but the water was still flooding out of the line. He told me that he would have to snake it again to make sure there was not a clog in the line. Once he completed the task he told me it would be $205 (service call) which I paid but was upset that he did not run the washer to make sure the problem was fixed. He left and told me to call if the line flooded again. Right after he left I ran a quick wash cycle and the line flooded again. I immediately called the plumber to see if he could come right back and was told it would be the next day. I asked if he was going to apply the $205 to the repair since nothing was fixed and was told that the money was for the first service call. WHAT?!? This morning I called the plumber, no answer. I texted the plumber, no reply. I finally had to call a different plumber (they offer free estimates/$0 service call) and schedule an appointment. I then called the office to complain and was brushed off like they did not care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Get on Thumbtack and request multiple offers.

I purchased a complete HVAC system for Force Home Service just over 18 months ago.  I was skeptical of the claims to save up to 50% on my energy bills, but they have provide me wrong!  I have tracked my usage for the past 24 months and can say that I have reduced my electric consumption over 56%!  That is a true savings that you will noticed. I was so happy with that purchase that when I was in need of a hot water heater, I called Force Home Services.  The rep showed me the advantages and savings potential of going with a Tankless water heater.  It was a little more expensive up front, but I can tell you that my gas consumption has dropped 24% since it was installed.  The real bonus is instant hot water to every faucet and we never run out of hot water,  even with a house full of guests showering at the same time.  Highly recommend Josh Price, the sales rep form Force Home Service, he is excellent at what he does and will make sure that you and your home are his first concern.  Give them a try, you will not regret the call.

Roman came out almost instantly when our AC unit went out today. It was very comforting in Texas August heat to be seen so quickly. He was very helpful and informative on all of our options. We were given the opportunity to get a second opinion before committing to anything, but we felt confident in choosing Rescue Air after all of Roman's help. I absolutely recommend using Rescue Air.

On time, professional. Completed work as recommended.
Plumber wore a mask while performing his work during this time of COVID 19, so feel safe about calling them during this time to do your repair.

I called Good Fellas Plumbing & Leak detection for a slab leak they showed up with all the necessary equipment to locate it. They explained everything in detail and gave me several options for repair. They had the repair done by the next day with a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

My front yard was flooded  I knew it was my sprinkler system because the water was coming from it. A and j came foxes it in 1 hours for so low that we had them trim our trees and fix the spout out side, it has been broken for over a year, if I knew it would be that easy and affordable I would have called them sooner. I will use their services in the future again if needed.if

I was impressed with how Blue at the company handled my leaking kitchen sink. He was up front with cost and gave me all my options with out pushing. Customer service was excellent I will be calling them for any additional services.

I live in a 1930's home, and just had them do some serious sewer line work.  Although the work was not started when scheduled, they did get it finished before my deadline.  I can't say enough good things about Master Plumber John.  He and his crew (from 2 to 5 guys at one time during the day) did a good job, were extremely polite and asked it there was anything else they needed to do before leaving.  John explained what he thought I needed to solve my problem and did not do any extra work that I did not require.  I have been using them for about 2 years, and will continue to do so.

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.
