First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude towards Expert Plumbing and Rooter. The quality of service I received was amazing. My water heater had a nasty leak and I was calling various plumbers for quotes. I was impressed with Expert Plumbing and Rooter's amazing yelp reviews and so gave them a call. Their technician arrived 10 minutes early, was very professional, knowledgeable, and exhibited conscientiousness in his work as if he were working on his own house. The experience was exceptionally pleasant. Their technician also suggested replacing a couple of valves that were pretty old, as well as, the water supply lines. Even with this additional work, the price was lower than what some other plumbers quoted me.  Simply an amazing experience and I will definitely be hiring them again for my future plumbing needs!

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

Our tenant heard water running and thought we had a leak.  ClearWater Plumbers informed us that he had determined that there was a leak underground beneath the house foundation and that a re-pipe of the house was needed.   I asked him if he had gone into the crawl space to see if the ground was wet and he said that he knew it was a leak and didn't need to go under the house.  This seemed strange to me so I told him I needed to get a 2nd opinion.  I called another plumber who went out and determined that the backyard hose bib was on and turned it off. No leak.  Reported this to management at ClearWater Plumbers who told me this didnt seem like the plumber they sent but would talk to him and call me. They never did despite multiple calls.

I am leaving this review of Flat Rate Plumbing located in Grand Prairie, TX because I know how frustrating it can be to need a plumber and have no idea which one is the best one to call.
Over the years I have used several plumbing companies in the metroplex, and experienced different degrees of satisfaction with each.  A couple years ago I used Roy Adams, owner of Flat Rate Plumbing for a home plumbing repair and have used them exclusively since. I have used Flat Rate Plumbing countless times  and, on each occasion, I experienced a quick response and Roy has always showed up with the right parts and demonstrated the experience and knowledge to handle any plumbing situation thrown at him.  When he fixes it, it is fixed right.  His prices are fair and a good value.  If you need a plumber, I recommend Flat Rate Plummer with enthusiasm.

Had an emergency flood from a toilet valve that burst.  KMP Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and the service guy, Duffy, was GREAT!  Very professional and fixed out issue right away!  We will use KMP Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward for sure.  I was out of town for work and quickly pulled up Yelp to find someone while He was trying to get the water to shut off.  Saw positive feedback from yelp and called and they were able to be out very quickly.

Simple drain unclog 2 minutes of work for $195.Never came in to check and see if it worked. I was told the guy would show up  between 12-2pm He called and said he was 15 minutes away at 10am. I rescheduled for 12 and confirmed the appointment. The guys showed up at 1:20 never apologized. Quoted me a ridiculous price ($405) to repair a crack and scheduled another appointment for tomorrow. This plumbing stuff is said and a hustle. Technicians charge as they wish. I compared prices once I returned to work to only find out other companies charged $88 and $79. This MP company is just as bad as the Pink Plumber. Be careful homeowners in the Mansfield area.

I called for service at my daughter's house on Wednesday 7/12/2017.  I received a call on Thursday morning from Mike.  He was great and the pictures my daughter sent me showed me he did a professional job.  Thanks Mike.  I didn't give it 5 stars because I thought it was a tad expensive, but Mike did do a professional job.

Ricky Morris is the best! Because of his expertise, he was able to fix our air conditioning problem quickly and efficiently. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company!

We had AIRTRON out 3 days prior to are ac going out ..for out summer maintenance...they said we needed freon that is it ..of course are ac goes out in July 4 th holiday and AIRTRON had no time for us ...but did not stop cortney ant rescue air ..he was amazing came out And with in 10 minutes said our pipe was frozen same thing we had AIRTRON fix in October they said we needed a coil $$$$ so we fixed ..buy Cortney came out and we found out we had a fan burnt out ..thank goodness for his honesty and quick response we quit AIRTRON service program that minute and signed with them .....

Used twice, quality repairs, on time, Justin completed in timely manor.  Recommend for plumbing needs.

I called Good Fellas Plumbing & Leak detection for a slab leak they showed up with all the necessary equipment to locate it. They explained everything in detail and gave me several options for repair. They had the repair done by the next day with a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. I ran our washing machine and when it drained it backed up into our kitchen and flooded it. Called Curly's, for the first time ever, and they were at our house within an hour. They found the clog about 60 feet from the house in a pipe under the street. They solved the issue in 15 minutes. Bonus, they were super friendly too! I'd use them again, for sure!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!
