I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! We will use them for all of our plumbing needs for now on. We are so very happy with their service! A+++

Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

We had one zone that was not working so I thought. After reading the reviews about this company, I thought I would have them come out. When I spoke to Steven, the owner, he seemed reasonable on his pricing and when he showed up he seemed eager to help us out. I explained to him that one zone was not working. During his search for that bad zone he found two other zones that did not work also and replaced some bad solenoids. On the third zone it took him some time locate it. Once he did locate it, he said that the wires going to the solenoid had a break and he would have to repair them. Because it took him some time to locate this third zone and it was late, he told us he would have to come back on Monday. I paid Steven for what he repaired and the price seemed reasonable. I had high hopes he could be our future irrigation repair company. Well as you might have guessed, Steven never showed up on Monday at the time he said he would and never called to say he was behind or got tied up on another job. When I called about an hour after his scheduled time, I had to leave a message. I then called again the next morning to see when he might be able to come back out and of course I only got his voice mail and still no returned call. So if you decide to use Steven beware that he may not show up. My guess is that repairing the broken wire was a little too much for him but I'm not really sure. Guess I will be looking for another irrigation person to make our repairs.

Showed up on time on Saturday to install a faucet. Nikki did a great job and was pleasant and informative.  We're having her install a toilet for us as well in the near future!

Had them out today to replace the cut off valves, install new service lines, and install a faucet I provided. They were on on time, did the job quickly, and charged a fair price. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Super friendly, family run business. They got my shower fixed without having to take down any of the tiles, and were easy to get a hold of on the phone.

We had been putting off replacing our toilet in our Master Bath and installing a vanity in our entry bathroom.  Travis had done some work with us in the past and we are so glad we called him back.  We have some challenges in both areas with space and doors.  He had great suggestions on which toilet to go with and found a vanity that was perfect for our limited space!  His communication is fantastic, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.  If you need a plumber, give him a call.

I was very satisfied with the work he did, unclogging both of our bathtubs with toys that were lodged in the pipes and replacing a drain for us. We had Baker Brothers out prior to Alex and they charged more and didn't fix the problem. He is informative and courteous. He has done a lot of work in the M street area over the past 20 years, so he is knowledgable of the older homes and their plumbing. I will definitely use him again.

Very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. And scheduled me within 24 hours. The owner's son spent over 2 hours unclogging my kitchen sink and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he started. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I had seen My Texas Plumber recommended by several people on NextDoor so when we needed our hot water heater replaced I reached out to them. Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. I've used this service before but never had the time to post a review.. well I am now . Y'all need a professional?? Called Mike at 10:00 and he was at my house w/ in an hour.  He and Chris were prompt and courteous and had the job finished quickly.  I would definitely recommend Duncan plumbing!!

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.
