Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! We will use them for all of our plumbing needs for now on. We are so very happy with their service! A+++

Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

Steven came on very short notice to fix a leak on the main line. The issue was explained in detail and he did an excellent job on the repair. Highly recommended.

I called a major plumbing co who advertises on TV for a diagnosis and bid. Then a friend recommended Nikki. Not only did she do a more thorough look-see but her bid was less than 1/3 of the big boy's bid. She is professional, she listens and you feel comfortable asking her stupid questions. Plus she was kind in going over the plan with me a 2nd time as this was so foreign to me. It was a big job involving 3 days of digging and re-routing. I think I have the last plumber I will ever need. Nice guys on crew too.

They had to dig up from outside of the house to locate this foreign object that was causing backup.  It turned out to be a piece of toilet flange, that must have been fell into the pipe during home renovation process.  They came on time, explained to us what they were doing,  replaced the portion of pipe and fixed the problem.  Mike, the owner even gave us discount because the job was less complicated than estimated.  I highly recommend this company.

Bret was so nice! After calling the City, multiple plumbing companies, spending 24 hours completely stressed out about water coming from the main shutoff... or somewhere nearby I finally got help. My dad has been working with Alan (Bret's dad) and told me to call them. No kidding- on a Saturday after 5:00 he picked up the phone and said I'll be there in 19 minutes, ma'am! And he WAS! Still working on everything but he and his dad are top notch. They actually care about their customers. 100% recommend!

True Integrity Plumbing replaced my water heater after it died.  They did a fantastic job:  clean, professional, and inspired confidence in the parts and labor.  I would highly recommend their services.

I knew this to be a reputable company that was recommended by several friends from church. I reached out to the owner, Ken Leffler, about issues with my water heater because it was running out of hot water before the bathtub even got full. He asked when it was convenient for me to have his guys come take a look and was able to fit me in within 48 hours. Luke and Jared were courteous, knowledgeable, and very diligent in their work. They replaced an element inside the water heater and left everything neat and tidy. Very happy with this company and highly recommend!

Plumbers called, showed up on time during their busy schedule and fixed my problem in 1.5 hours. They cleaned my drain and verified all works. They took time to answer all questions with no attitude, just polite workers. Coulter and his partner are great! Will use again!

The person who answered the phone went out of her way to schedule service the next day. Plumber, Thomas Sheffield, was on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned entire area under sink. His offer to pick up a replacement for a leaky soap dispenser (nothing related to the clogged dishwasher drain) restored my faith in small business and good service. Cost was less than I expected. I'll definitely use Scheffield again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. Tim and his team were responsive, prompt, and professional. Really appreciated that they were willing to wear masks and gloves while in our home during COVID. We'd definitely use them again.

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.
