Tiho Maric, a plumber, had worked for our general contractor, Steve Pribble, in converting our gas top stop from electric to gas.  He also upgraded our outside gas line to comply with earthquake guidelines.  His work really impressed us, and we took his card for future use.  Well, we had done work around our fireplace, covering the brick with granite from Sosa, and obtaining a mantel and covering from East Bay Fireplace, San Ramon.  Both my wife and I are allergic to smoke fumes, even from Duraflame logs.  We discussed our problem with Tiho, and he offered to convert our fireplace to gas once the fireplace work was done.  We had him do it yesterday, and within 7 hours he installed a separated gas line in our garage with connections to our fireplace.  I had purchased a dual gas burner at Lowes, and he installed it, too.  His work was immaculate and done very carefully.  He takes extreme pride in his work, and did a wonderful job.  The fireplace, with gas logs, vermiculite and glowing embers, works extremely well, and will certainly help to warm up our living room come winter.  He even did a patch-up job on our stucco around the outside gas line.  His price was very, very fair.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing or gas line needs.

They were timely and explained the plan each step of the way. Their price was very reasonable. They too care of building permit and inspector appt. They moved quickly and I was very happy with the limited front lawn damage.

I had a generator inlet installed and had several quotes. 308 was the most reasonable and within my expectations so I chose them. Based on other quotes, electrician companies are just trying to work off elevated rates so it was refreshing to finally talk to someone reasonable.

Great communication. I'm in client service too so it is also great to have someone that shares the same responsiveness. Too many times contractors blow you off.

Installation was quick and clean. They showed up a hour early. Can't knock for being there early but might've been difficult if I didn't work from home.

I would definitely use 308 again. They came when they said they would (and early), did the work they said they would and invoiced the amount I was estimated.

My friend was helping me replace a leaking toilet and discovered the flange was broken, so I needed a professional.  Prestige Plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and was frequently recommended on Nextdoor, so I called. Chris came out the same day and replaced the toilet, did a great job and very reasonably priced. I  am very happy and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Delighted with CTC professionals. The electrician arrived prepared to quote and do the installation of a circuit needed to recharge my Tesla efficiently. He examined the panel, is certified for work on Tesla power solutions,  and gave me a detailed quote for the work parts and labor. I approved the reasonable quote and the paperwork was all done on his iPad and sent to me for signature. He was fastidious in keeping his wall cuts aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the task. He finished the work in short order. We tested the charging station and it has been running smoothly ever since. I look forward to my next project with CTX!

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

We desperately needed someone to get our sprinkler system fixed in our first home and had no idea where to start. We found Robert on yelp and we were not disappointed. He arrived on time, was kind, and walked through everything he was doing. We did not give him an easy task - he ended up having to rewire everything, locate all of the sprinkler heads, and replace most of them. He did all of this in a couple hours. He really knows how to provide customer service. We will absolutely hire him in the future.

Reached out to Legacy Plumbing again to replace some older fixtures around the house. And will continue to use them for their quick response to inquiries, punctuality and professionalism. Will and Joey did some work for us recently and the service was was excellent. Both are professional and knowledgeable. Recommend and will use them again.

Excellent service, would gladly use again. From initial call he was at my door in under an hour. Then another hour the job was done. From initial clog to correct resolution was only about 2 hours. On demand service is never cheap, but he was certainly fair and reasonable. He explained every step along the way so I understand what the issue and resolution was.

prompt response, they were able to get someone out to me in 24 hours. they gave me a window of 11-3, being active duty military I had to take a day of leave for it but no big deal. however the day of about 10 to 11 they call and tell me he is around the corner. 20 min later I get a call that he got a flat and they are sending someone else. 2 and a half hours later I get a call saying they are 30-40 min away. 45 min later I get another call saying the same thing, 30-45 min out. they arrive at 245 and give me a quote for  205 for a 20 min snake job. seemed a bit high but I really couldn't wait for someone else at this point. they spent about 20 min just looking for tools and after they cleared the clog they sent a camera down and showed me where the line was broken and told me they could fix it for 1600 had they done an actual inspection maybe I could have saved myself 200 and had them be the ones to fix the break. live and learn I suppose, will likely not use or recommend this company again. when the follow-up team called to see how it went I let them know how they spent almost an hour on a 20 min job. (which if time equals money then I paid for them to look for tools as much as work) they just said ok great if I have any questions be sure and call.

update: after the technicians gave me the go ahead and left I​ ran the washer and dishwasher before going to get my kids. upon arriving home, all the water is now backed up in the tub. our slow to drain is now a total blockage.

Still a little expensive but what plumber isn't!?  I really appreciated the honestly and promptness. They will be my go to plumber next time something goes wrong.
