I just learn today March 19.2015 that Tiho, passed away last year.He was a nice guy,he will be missed. I have tears in my eyes.R.I.P.my dear Tiho.

Thought this company was ethical, but after two leak detection test performed by Accurate Leak and forwarding me an estimate of several thousands of dollars to repair these non-detectible leaks by Leaks, LLC (recommended leak detection firm by #Riddellplumbing, and Leaks LLC only does leak detection, not repair), I'm finding out that there are no leaks in my fresh water plumbing!!  Thinking about reporting to Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.  

Also, when I asked for a report of where the leaks were form Accurate, the owner responded that they locate the leaks when they do the repair.  Hence, no other plumber can quote the job and a home warranty company won't be able to cover the expense since the diagnostic is not specific.  

Again, when i initially spoke to the owners, I thought they were on the up and up.  But a several thousand dollar estimate to fix a problem that apparently does not exist - go elsewhere.

Did a good job installing my 14-50 outlet. Put it right in the spot that I asked, but I didn't realize until after they left that where I was hoping to put it was not on a stud so the outlet isn't as secured as I would hope. (3 stars) They didn't cut up my walls more than they had too and tried to leave the drywall in pieces clean enough to patch back up so I appreciate the extra care there. (+1 star) I would have loved if they would have come back to me when doing the work and told me hey you know where you told us to put it isn't on a stud, can we move it over 4 inches to have it secured that proactive step would have moved the rating up to 5 stars in my book.

Chris was simply fantastic!! Responsive, professional and thorough! He was the third plumber we tried to fix an issue with our kitchen sink and faucet. He will be our first call from now on!

Called William's  plumbing at 6:00 pm, had stopped drain in kitchen. Was up and going by 8:00pm. Excellent service and very courteous.  Thanks for quick service. Eduardo Gallegos

Had an appointment with them today to fix a problem at my house. Bathroom exhaust wasn't working. They showed up early and were very professional. Found out what the problem was and Fixed the problem, it was just a switch replacement. Finished the work really fast and were on their way.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Robert has winterized our sprinklers twice now and I can't recommend him more. He is detailed, thorough, gives great advice, and is good people. We won't be using anyone else. Excellent service!

Matthew and Joey came and serviced our home and did a great job. They were here to check the toilets to make sure they were working properly and were kind enough to do just a routine check of our hot water heaters and noticed that one of our pilot lights was out and not working. I highly recommend them. Great service and extremely professional.

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

They are amazing! Called them and  they came out immediately. They gave me an amazing price and completed the work quickly! I will be using them from now on because they are trustworthy and do a great job.

Stan is old-school in the best way. We were having some issues with our supply valves and a faucet installation, Stan guided us through our issues, and only charged us a minimal fee for his time. We later ran into an unforeseen issue with our wall-drain connection, and he guided us through that as well after-hours! Stan is a teacher, and a honest plumber. Thank you!

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

We called on Saturday of Labor Day weekend with an outside hydrant leaking behind the bricks,  planning to make an appointment for the next week

They do not charge extra for Saturday calls. Josh arrived with in an hour, assessed the problem and made an estimate.  I was so impressed with his professionalism that I inquired about replacing at 26 yr old water heater and a faucet shut off repair inside the house.  The bid for the total job was quite reasonable and he proceeded with the work.  He finished in a few hours, cleaned up and left us in great shape!

Craig contacted us very quickly concerning a broken outside faucet. Great news it was not an emergency but Craig came out the next morning and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Being fairly new to this area we did not know who to contact. Bill Cobb and Sons was referred to us by a friend that had issues with plumbing and was pleased. We will use them when we have any plumbing issues. The fee was fair and the service was excellent.
