Watch out for this company.  They bid low on the phone then hand you a non-broken out invoice with just a narrative of what they did and a lump sum for three times the verbal amount given.  When asked to supply a broken out invoice they would not citing that their auditor told them not to.  What kind of plumbing company doesn't supply a broken out invoice unless they have something to hide.  This one!

I try to use this business exclusively, they have always shown up when they said they would and he stood by his quote on a job that actually ran over what he initially thought. The lady answering the phone is always as nice and helpful as she can be. Chucks plumbing fits my definition of reputable, and reasonable!

One of my water heaters finally went out last week. I didn't have a clue where to find someone to replace it. I searched Yelp and found GPS with 22 ratings....all 5 stars. I figured if the guy was shady or didn't do quality work, somewhere along the way someone would give him less than 5 stars. I know why he gets 5 stars now.

He was upfront on the phone about his pricing and what would be needed. His prices were reasonable and he was able to work with our schedule. He showed up early and I met him at the house to let him in and show him where both water heaters were. (We replaced both since they were both way overdue.) After that, I didn't have to do a thing. I went back to work and he stayed at the house and finished his work. When I got home, the only evidence he had been there was hot water coming out of the faucet again and two beautifully installed water heaters where the old ones were.

I'm sold. It's hard to find people you trust, and Steve is one of those guys. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Very knowledgeable, prompt and polite- Anthony was able to come out the same day we called him. He diagnosed the problem with our plumbing quickly and replaced our garbage disposal and even cleaned up the mess the leak had caused on our cabinets for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

I came in at about 3:30 pm after a week away. The city had cut my water off because of a bad leak. I called several plumbing companies and none could come out until at least the next day sometime. Some could not come for a week. I called 24 Hour Key Plumbing and talked to Bobby Key. He said he could be at my house in about 40-45 minutes. Mr. Key was friendly, understood my situation, dug up around the leak location and completed the repair in only about 2 hours. It was a little expensive, but frequently the least expensive person is not really the least expensive. I was impressed with Mr. Key's attitude and work. I will use him for any future plumbing needs I may have. I highly recommend him to others.

Would highly recommend this company. We are in the process of remodeling a bathroom and they were so easy to work with and helpful. The parts I needed right away were on hand and the rest arrive the next day. Ask for Donna she knows her stuff!!

After my sink broke and started leaking all over the kitchen, I searched on Yelp and saw Ehrich's Plumbing's five-star reviews.  I called and spoke with the father (it's a father and son team) at about 3PM on a rainy Monday afternoon.  The son, Peter, arrived at my home about 20 minutes later!

Peter took a look, found the problem, provided me a detailed estimate, and gave me specific directions on where to go buy another faucet (which saved me about an hour of labor)!  He charged me for less time than he actually spent here, and did a fantastic job.

As the owner of a beautiful home, I'm always careful about who I invite in.  Pete's personality leads one to trust him immediately, and the trust is well deserved.  He's a quality person, as well as an excellent plumber.  

I give Ehrich's my highest recommendation.

Cannot express how much I appreciated their service! The entire pipes in my master bedrooms bathroom were clogged and I couldn't get it unclogged no matter what I used. I was at the verge of crying when I finally decided to call a plumbed cringing of how much it may cost me, but I'm glad i found Nick on yelp! They gave me a quotation right when I called them and Nick came within 30 min after hours. He unclogged everything and gave me tips on how prevent future clogs. He was just an overall wonderful person who explained everything in detail and made a situation that I felt was bad into a positive learning experience. Will definitely call for Nick if I run into any other plumbing issues as he earned my trust after tonight's service. I used Evans Professional to replace the drain system in my home. They showed up as scheduled, and completed the entire job very quickly. I hardly even knew they were here. The job price was very fair. I highly recommend these honest and professional plumbers.

I asked for a flex water supply line on my toilet and valve install and repairs to 2 leaking tub faucets. 2-man crew, Drew & Jesse show up in a professional clean looking van, reviewed the situation, gave an estimate before work, left to get parts, and came back to finish the repair/installs in under an hour. Leaks stopped, hissing toilet gone, all tested before they left.
They also had a professional Point of Sale pay option, mini laptop/tablet, accepted credit as payment.

They were able to do the work in short order so I was able to return to my day job and resume my work. My time is valuable to me and the service and professionalism of both Drew & Jesse exceeded my expectations. Enough for me to leave a review.

I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.

Absolutely love Jolly Plumbing! We had a backup that resulted in us needing a plumber ASAP. We love using local businesses (not those subcontracting GIANTS), so my wife called Jolly Plumbing located here in Keller.  Chester and his team were punctual and professional.

Let's talk prices...  Before starting work, Chester explained exactly what needed to be done, what the options were, and how much it would cost. Jolly Plumbing was able to find our issue (two sections of our sewer pipe where a tree had roots breaking through). He marked the spot and said one of them would need to be fixed by the city. Unfortunately the other one was in my yard. He quoted me a price for the work and a dressed the other issues (reseating a toilet).  After they left, the Water Services guy from the City of Keller came out to mark their locations and inquired about the 'other spot'. When I told him the quote I received from Jolly Plumbing he seemed really surprised and said it was a great price!

For this visit, they cleared the backup in the front yard, scoped the pipes using their AWESOME CAMERA (showed me the issues in HD), replaced, resealed, and reseated the toilet, all for less than $400. They even waited around to be there when the City came to inspect the issue.

Overall I'm incredibly satisfied with Jolly Plumbing. If you're in the Keller or Ft Worth area, they're the guys to call!

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

He tried to run me over and then blocked traffic during rush hour. I would hate to see what he would do to plumbing!  He was smiling the whole time and made obscene gestures.

Called All-Tarrant Plumbing for a stopped up pipe spewing toilet paper into my front yard. The plumber arrived at my house, was there about 20 minutes, couldn't fix the problem and told me to call the city because it was the city pipe. They then charged me $165 to 'clean the pipe' when in fact they DID NOT clean the pipe at all - I still had a clogged pipe. I called multiple times to speak with the owner because I think this charge is WAY out of line for 20 minutes worth of work and NOTHING was fixed!!! I finally got Dolores (the owner) on the phone and she was completely non-sympathetic and rude. I even offered to pay a show up fee and she refused to budge on the $165 bill for fixing NOTHING! After a 15 minute conversation with Dolores nothing was solved so I told her I was going to let everyone know of her terrible service and she told me Everyone is going to laugh at you. I think was a very juvenile comment and not a way at all to run a successful business. I will NEVER use them again and I would suggest you not use them either!
