Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub. Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work. This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors. We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol. His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable. Not expensive but not dirt cheap. My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer. We will always call him back for future needs!

Great guy and very helpful! Told me how to fix the leak under my kitchen sink over the phone in about 2 minutes. No charge. Now of course I am giving this review having not actually had any on site work done. So keep that in mind but I will give them my business in the future if needed.

My pipes are old, darn it. Band-aids won't hold some of those suckers together anymore. Not Wednesday, that's for sure. Came home to a cabinet full of water under the kitchen sink. Yuck.
The next day, faced with the scary task of finding a plumber to call, I called, well, Mom. Yes, the one who has had a lot of experience over the years with such. She HIGHLY recommended this plumber and let me tell you. Mom was so RIGHT.
Phone experience: so warm and understanding. Despite them being booked, she managed to have a plumber to us within a couple hours. Seriously. Husband met him and was super impressed. As he emailed me: those pipes aren't going anywhere.
As if all that wasn't good enough, the price was less than $130!
Immediately following the repair and payment, I received an email receipt.
You need a plumber you can TRUST? Who won't rip you off? Yes, we did too and we got it!
Thank you Legacy folks!

Jeff has done a lot of work for me at two different houses in Cary, NC. He's very reliable, affordable and trustworthy. in addition, he is a lot of fun to work with! His specialty is replacing polybutylene pipe but he can do anything related to plumbing. I'd recommend him without reservation.
I don't see a way to add a photo to this review but I have a nice one of Jeff laughing...his natural state. I invited him and his wife to a party I had. That's how much I like him!

It's official. We are loyal to Acme plumbing from now on, thanks to Clay and Norman.
No other plumbing company will set foot in our house because these guys just blew us away with their professionalism, stellar customer service, exceptional expertise about historic homes, and fair pricing.
Our century-old iron sewage decided to go on strike back in October, when a literally and figuratively sh*tty acquaintance participating in a multi-household yard sale ravaged at least one jumbo roll of toilet paper for an hours-long diarrheic escapade that would put Mt. St. Helen's to shame. My husband managed this and another cleanup on his own to the tune of $500. (Yes, it is a shining testament to my husband's worth that he will wade through a pond of poop for our family. He's a keeper.)
We had two different plumbing companies out since the disaster. Both times, technicians were perplexed, demonstrating beyond a shadow of a doubt that they had no idea what they were talking about; yet each submitted specious proposals with estimates that made my nose bleed.
Finally, we had the sense to call Acme. Speaking with Norman on the phone was the unexpected jewel of my week. He delivered genuine validation about our trials that warmed my heart. His sense of humor and professionalism helped me feel calmer. And his honesty and candor inspired trust that I couldn't imagine feeling a) over the phone or b) in my first conversation with someone. Norman listened extremely carefully, and in reflecting back to me the complicated information I conveyed, quickly picked up on the esoteric and challenging nature of our plumbing mystery. He said he knew just the right plumber to send to our house if we were willing to wait just two more days.
Enter Clay and his young assistant. Clay knows old houses. He's got a sharp intelligence, expansive knowledge, formidable creative problem-solving skills, and some awe-inspiring grit. Of all the great workers we've had in this old house over the years, we've never been so impressed with a team's GSD attitude and work ethic.
After 10 hours of totally disgusting work, he sleuthed out some almost hilariously bad decisions that past owners had made. They paved a driveway over the original drainage , leaving no clean out access, then circumnavigated the house with about ~300 ft of new piping just to avoid doing the job right the first time to tie into the original line. The world's greatest inspector could never have discovered all this craziness, but Clay's innovative problem solving compelled him to search for the line far away from where anyone would expect to find it.
This is already a long story. Suffice to say that we now have clarity on the issue and a solid plan moving forward. The cherry on top is that Acme connected us with partners of theirs who consult with clients about how to most effectively present claims to homeowners' insurance.
If you despise band aid fixes and wasting money on repairs done by inexperienced tradespeople, learn from our saga. Get it done right the first time. Pick up the phone, call Acme, and get a legit hero like Clay to come save the day.

It's no longer a pipe dream; Pittsboro finally has a plumber!
The first time I had a plumbing problem, I had to bring in a plumber from Moncure. Locating someone to come in was very draining. Thankfully, Full Stack Plumbing is here to flush away those pesky plumbing problems.
They're currently located in the old Chevrolet building next to Aromatic Roasters and Cackalacky.
They take care of leaks, hot water tank installation, tankless heaters, drain problems & more.

Rob is wonderful! I called him and he was able to get me in right away. He fixed the spigot on our washer quickly and now it is better than ever. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

We had JVG hook up new faucets and plumbing in our kitchen and bathrooms after having new sinks installed. They were courteous, professional and fairly priced. They were accommodating after an unexpected delay with the sink installation and stayed late on a Friday to get the job done. I'd definitely use and recommend them again.

Our installer, Mike Patterson, went above and beyond in getting our dishwasher installed before our company arrived for the holidays. He called when he was running late due to issues earlier in the day. He called again in the evening when the dishwasher he was installing failed and he was not going to be able to pick up my dishwasher to install before the store closed. He promised me he would be at the store to pick up my unit when the store opened if I could be available that early. He showed up first thing in the morning as promised and was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and personable. I could not have asked for a better person to work with.

The company (Ryan) came to look at the problem without charging a fee. I appreciated that he took the time to explain possible solutions for my problem even after he found it was a masonry/concrete repair. That he would spend time providing additional advice even after he knew he wasn't going to be hired for the job indicates he has genuine interest in a good outcome for people and he probably doesn't take shortcuts when is hired for a job.
(My specific issue was related to garage flooding as a result of a malfunctioning trench drain).

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the repair at our home, my experience with Price Point Plumbing was better than any other experience that I've had with anyone in this field. They were prompt, professional, fair and friendly. A standout exception! I HIGHLY recommend this business!

The technician was very patient In answering all my husband's questions. They called ahead and showed up on time. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.

Long story short. Had toilet back flowing into shower. Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job. Was professional. Courteous and very thorough. Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend blantons.
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't. I know nothing about plumbing. And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right. Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall. Thanks blantons. Y'all are awesome.

Funny name, good company! I rent a home and my dual-zone heating started acting up (short summary - upstairs was an oven, even when that zone was turned off). After the rental company sent out their guy to check it out, they contracted Bell Cow to fix the issue. The woman who called to setup the appointment was very nice - though either I misheard or she misspoke on the time (I thought she said between 3 and 5). Terrence called me at 12:45 to tell me he was going to be out in about 45 minutes. When I asked about the window, he informed me that the windows are 4 hours, because they never know when they'll get stuck on a job.
Make sense, and having personally worked for a small company that did in-home service calls, I wasn't going to fault him.
He arrived on time and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He confirmed my suspicions about what was wrong, but needed to get a part. They called me back the following day to schedule the follow-up appointment, which was a few days out because of the time to get the part and the holidays - understandable.
Today Terrence called me to let me know he'd be here in a half-hour (well within the window I was given). He showed up as expected and had the issue fixed in less than an hour after that. Including making sure I was satisified that everything was working as intended, explained to me what was going on, and asked if I had any questions.
Overall, really happy with the service, it was nice to have the same guy come out both times, improves efficiency (though it might have just been luck if it's a small enough business, I didn't think to ask).
If I ever have an HVAC issue again, or buy my own place, I'll insist on calling these guys.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

Estimate for small plumbing Bathroom kitchen remodeling sinks. Not honest w time frame. Then excused delay on a storm. Then said job did not fit their company. Would not recommend . We had major project in mind based on their response. Do not use
