We are very happy with Adam. He arrived on the time they said he would show up. He carried booties to put over his shoes (very clean) and made sure when he carried his ladder inside, he was very cautious. Adam is very clean repair man.  Adam is very intellectual in this new plumbing industry. He knows a lot of about the Kohler shower system and was able to see the problem we were having and now we are on the right path in the process of fixing it. My water heater needed to be replaced so I searched Yelp to read plumber reviews. They were spot on about Prodigy Plumbing. Mark actually answered my call and was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very honest and upfront about the costs for replacing it and getting everything up to code. They were very clean, quick and conscientious. He and his crew are awesome.

Updated review: 5/30/16: The exit line that they'd installed from the new water heater was leaking. They came and replaced the line for free. I called again for a leaky faucet recently. If you work, their hours of 8-5pm M-F are very inconvenient. I still use them because of their great service.

Eric showed up on time, opened the drain, even showed me what to try if it happens again before looking for professional help, and did not overcharge even for a Saturday call.
They also did a great job correcting a water heater issue I had last year. Highly recommended.

This is a big project of repairing water heater pipe leaking problem. Vinny and Arnold are professionally detected an issue and suggest to reroute on hot water line to water heater in garage.  Adding a new pipe exposed in garage in new type L copper. Strap and secure all new piping to wall and ceilings. Spending whole afternoon fixing it. Fast service.

Plumbing service on Sunday...WOW!!!  We had a slow draining kitchen sink that would back up after washing a few dishes.  I found Courtesy Plumbers on Yelp and decided to call this morning (Sunday) and Sean was at my house within a few hours.  Our pipes were full of grease and years of built up gunk.  I decided on water-jetting for an additional cost, but received 15% off for mentioning Yelp.  Sean was prompt, courteous, and most of all...an excellent plumber.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

This is a really good crew here. Jesus, Edgar and Victor were very polite, considerate with a can do attitude. I had a major problem with water accumulating in my backyard and after 3 estimates these guys though were not the cheapest, but Jesus seemed to know what he was talking about and I felt that he was an honest guy. After 3 days of hard work they finished the french pipes, installed a sump pit and pump, as well as replaced all surface drains. They also changed the main water pressure regulator. They worked literally under the rain to finish the job and kept their promise.
The owner Bert showed up daily to make sure everything is being done right...I will definitely use this company again. Thanks again!

He fixed the issue and thoroughly inspected my units and provided a quote for things that needed to be repaired. Great team and pleasure working with BHI. I though we had an issues with our water softener. They we very quick to respond and schedule an appointment. They updated me the entire time letting me know that the tech may be late. Dominic was very helpful and listened to my concerns. We ended up not having a problem but he was able to teach about what was going. Thank you!!!!

I hired Brian with Definitive Plumbing Solutions to relocate the plumbing under my house for a kitchen remodel and to run a gas line to the kitchen for a new gas oven.  I considered several other plumbing contractors, but I chose Brian because he was very knowledgeable, was able to come quickly, and also offered the best price.  All of the work completed had an exceptionally clean and professional appearance, clearly performed with great care and attention to detail.  While Brian was working at my house, he also removed and capped off an old gas line for an outdoor grill that was no longer in use, and discovered and repaired a leak at my gas meter free of charge.  Everywhere he worked was left as clean or cleaner than it was before.  In addition to the top notch work, outstanding work ethic, and professionalism, Brian is a cool guy who's easy to talk to and will keep you entertained with good jokes if you hang around while he's working.  Brian will be the last plumber you'll ever need to hire!

I came  home this afternoon and there was a pool of water running from my unit to the garage door.  I went online and called several plumbers of which Pipe Bros was the 2nd.  I received a call back almost instantaneously!  After describing my problem, their agent told me a representative would arrive within the hour.  A few minutes later Steve called asked me to review the problem with him and he arrived within 10-15 minutes.  Upon reviewing my water heater, Steve carefully explained the repair issues and costs.  He was very detailed in letting me know which costs I needed to pay and those that would be covered by my homeowners insurance.  Although I panicked at first, after talking with Steve, I understood the problem and felt more at ease.  He also started to resolve my problem right away.  Already, I am very impressed with Pipe Bros because of Steve's courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of the problem, well as how to resolve it.  I feel confident that my plumbing problem will be resolved appropriately.  At this point, I have no hesitation about recommending  Pipe Bros.

From the person on the phone to the technician who showed up, excellent customer service. A few weeks ago, my husband noticed an odd stain on some of our wood flooring. So we called a plumber first to make sure it wasnt a leak. I was very worried especially with everything going on with the virus. The guy on the phone asked me several questions to gauge the severity and made my appt. The technician showed up on time and listened to all of the things we thought it might be and thoroughly checked everything out, pressure test and visual inspection in multiple areas. He found nothing and didn't charge us. I was shocked as we took up an hour or more of his time. This company is local and great. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

As usual, Mitch Clemmons Plumbing delivered as promised.  They were on time, clean, quick, and reasonably priced.  I've used them several times and will continue to do so.
