Hi! I'm Mitch Clemmons, the founder of Trusty Plumbers. My wife and I personally own and operate the Trusty Plumbers. I'm the secretary of the corporation and my wife is the CEO. But we're just regular people, and most days you will find me out plumbing and my wife in the office or at home taking care of business.

Our family has been using Trusty Plumbers for quite some time. The company did an amazing job re-piping our home after a fire. Mitch, the owner, had wonderful advice on what to do, and we couldn't be happier. Recently we had a need and they were quick to dispatch technicians to our home. Glen and Kasey did a wonderful job. Even took some time to check around the home and make sure our faucets and everything were ok. Can't say enough about the owners. AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. They also text appointment reminders and even send a little blurb about which technician you can expect to show up. We couldn't have found a better plumbing company to trust our home with. We are so grateful! Highly recommend!
This company is amazing! They are friendly, explain things in detail and give you all your options. They will not stop until the problem is solved. Their prices are better than any other company I have used in the past and are the only one I will use going forward. Family owned and operated, the only way to go!

I own a property management company and manage over 800 properties and the vendor we rely on most is our plumber...we have been with Mitch Clemmons (then) and Trusty Plumbers (now) for over 8 years and since 70% of our property calls are about plumbing, I would not be able to grow my business and make owners and tenants happy without Mitch. In life, you need a good attorney, cpa and plumber..and I have all 3. If you are looking for a company where the owner cares about the service his company provides....look no further than Trusty Plumbers...it's right there in the name..there aren't the Untrusty Plumbers.

After having several plumbers cancel or just not show, I called Trusty plumbers to remove a sink and install a new sink and change the water filters for my drinking water system. The quote for the sink was 630 and185 for the filters. I went ahead and had the sink done just because I was fed up with the previous flakes and having the whole family using one bathroom. My wife almost smacked me when I told her the cost, especially since it took less than an hour to do. The caulking around where the sink wasn't even as well. We just had a toilet replaced for 180 from a different plumber and when I asked him how much the sink replacement should be, he said 250.00. Stay away from these overcharging jackals.

Anthony was awesome. Really thorough and made sure he diagnosed the problem. I've come across so many flakey plumbers and Anthony and trusty came through right away! We would definitely call him and trusty plumbers again.

Our toilet wasn't Flushing so I called on Trusty Plumbers. Daniel was scheduled to come out on Friday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. and he arrived about 8:20 a.m. and provided us with very prompt & efficient service with a smile. Our toilet was back in good working order in just a flash! I would highly recommend Trusty Plumbers to all my friends and family as they are honest, not overpriced and provide excellent customer service!

If you're looking for an honest opinion on your plumbing issue, I suggest that you call these guys. Plumbing is something that you don't necessarily think about until it happens to you, and having these guys as a reference, even for a small question is a good idea. Highly recommend.
This company is outstanding. Customer Service is excellent. They care about their customers. So happy that I can depend on them. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
Robert came out late so I didn't have to take time off.

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into emergency call territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!
First time having to call a plumber and Trusty Plumbers made is very easy for me. Got a free estimate same day I called in and got a great quote to replace a major pipe underneath the house. They came the next day fixed it and only took 2 hours. Daniel and his apprentice did amazing work. Definitely the only plumbers I will ever call.

I love Trusty Plumbers! The best customer service and the best technicians. Today I had a whole house back and they were very understanding and able to get a technician out right away. Edwin was very professional and went above and beyond to explain what was going on in my pipes and make recommendations about how to prevent future problems. He explained services Trusty Plumbers offered as well as things we could do on our own. Its great to have a plumber you can trust to give you there professional advice without trying to upsell.
I've also used them on rental properties and they are a lifesaver. They understand how to communicate with tenants as well as owners. They contact my tenants right away to schedule and are always sure to call on arrival to explain the problem and get my approval before doing any work. I can't recommend them enough!

Mitch and team rock. Had a water heater problem. Fixed it in a day even though first replaced part didn't solve it. Also reminded me to check on manufacturer warranty - which saved me a bundle as I only ended up paying for labor. Answered all my questions and gave me honest guidance on what to do and not do. Will definitely call them back for other plumbing needs.
