Chip from Universal Plumbing just left my daughters home in RO.  This young man knows his stuff!!!  He snaked the floor drains and the laundry tub drain due to slow drainage. The yuck he pulled out of these drains was disgusting.

I had a million questions for Chip, and he was kind enough to answer every single one. I got quite the education today and am very grateful for Chips patience and doing such an excellent job here.  He even cleaned up after he was finished and sprayed disinfectant as well.

I would highly recommend Universal Plumbing. I will ask for Chip if it's a job he can do.

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Came out to fix a gas leak within hours on a Sunday. Very professional and took care of our gas leak within an hour. Highly recommend and will refer anyone who is in need of plumbing or gas leak issues.

Precision Plumbing was subcontracted by my Builder-Contractor Itech Enterprises out of Birmingham to do the plumbing in my newly constructed basement bathroom during the fall of 2013.  When the flood of 2014 happened and I got 2' of sewage water in my new basement, I did some checking into why this would have happened and found out that Precision Plumbing did NOT put in a backflow valve preventer as REQUIRED BY CODE per the Royal Oak Plumbing Inspector!  Neither Precision Plumbing nor Itech Enterprises stood behind their work and lack of following code when building out this lower bathroom.  I would not recommend them nor use them again.

We have an older home in Pontiac with a very challenging sewage-backup problem. We've already had extensive (and necessary) work done by a different plumber, but the issue refuses to go away. That plumber has already given us his next-step recommendation, but before proceeding, we called Water Work Plumbing for a second opinion. Their plumber was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous, and recommended the extact-same fix as our first plumber. Moving forward, we will likely select our original plumber--his quote was substantially lower because he took into account expenses we've already incurred--but under any other circumstances, we would have been confident in awarding the job to Water Work Plumbing.

We had our AC go out on one to the hottest days. This was a Wednesday and they were available the next day when all other companies near us had a 2 week availability.  We needed the motor replaced and the service person had one in his truck. It was replaced immediately.  Great service.  Highly recommended!

I am extremely please with Best Plumbing. The owner was very professional and friendly. I had a wash tub installed and the plumbers worked very hard until the job was complete. They spent over 8 hours ensuring everything was complete and in working order. The owner stopped by at the end of the night to ensure the worked was complete. I support small business and this was well worth the money spent which was reasonable.

asked for a quote in an email to avoid service call charge and asked them to email me price. They emailed me a reasonable price quickly and were out in a couple of days to fix a leaky shower drain. They found it didn't need replacing, just re sealing and tightening. Charged much less than the quoted job.  To do the quoted job they wanted $250, 2 other plumbers quoted me $400. First plumber I have ever used that I would call again

Website said, book online. We did on Friday night when our furnace went out. No call back Saturday morning. We called their number Sat at 9 am. No answer. Guess they're not too serious about doing business.
