Best Plumbing Company

Rob and Andy came out to put in a washer line and drain in an upstairs closet for my elderly mother (We are moving the laundry upstairs). Not only were they SUPER responsive, they did an estimate the next day, and gave me a very reasonable price. They finished the job today and were timely, professional,  and kept the place clean. I would recommend them to any family member hands down. Thanks for making this such a smooth and painless experience.

I am a Man of Science so I analyzed my options and am happy I started working with Best Plumbing Company.  They run a solid business from my personal experience this far.

Finally caved and called best plumbing to fix my bathtub, the quote they gave on the phone was a little lower than what they actually charged but still they were  quick to answer and fix the problem. Totally worth the extra $10. Bonus staff was friendly.

Good job overall they did an awesome job very reliable and came on time and got the job done . Would definitely recommend them to anybody trying to use him for any plumbing work

I had an issue with a leak under my bathtub that was seeping into the basement. BEST was able to get to me within two days, replaced the cheap, old tubing, and got into the ceiling in the basement without issue. They were initially a bit delayed from their appointment time (by about 2 hours..) but the work was completed efficiently, professionally, and successfully with a reasonable, flat rate. I will absolutely use this company in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Talked to someone named Brian. Terrible communication, rude, aggressive, absolute displeasure to talk to. IMO, you shouldn't be disrespectful to the people giving you a job. Do yourself a favor and take your service elsewhere.

Julian and Jordan responded on time and got the job done fast, safely, and correctly. The did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I am extremely please with Best Plumbing. The owner was very professional and friendly. I had a wash tub installed and the plumbers worked very hard until the job was complete. They spent over 8 hours ensuring everything was complete and in working order. The owner stopped by at the end of the night to ensure the worked was complete. I support small business and this was well worth the money spent which was reasonable.

These guys Julian and Tony did an outstanding job in my basement today.  They straighten out my copper plumbing made it look nice.  Fast, friendly and treated me like family.  I highly recommend them.

Used them twice with no problems. Third time the owner was pushy even after they were giving me the run-around on if they were showing up or not. (During quarantine, so I get it) gave a negative review because of the communication and being pushy and he called me months later to try and bribe me to take down the review. Would only stop calling when I declined to take my Google review down for $100.

The toilet in my master bath would make a loud gurgling sound in the shower drain when flushed.  Called Best and got a call a couple of days later from Julian.  He was very polite, professional and understanding.  He went out of his way to keep in touch with me letting me know exactly when he would be available to come out as i had to rearrange my work schedule.  Julian and his assistant were great!  Julian had to go on the roof and snake through my stack vent to unclog it.  He even called that morning to tell me they were on the way and make sure it was ok because they were a little earlier than expected.  I will definitely be contacting Best again as I have a few other smaller plumbing issues.  I just referred my neighbor to Best this morning!!!

I worked with Brian to schedule the appointment to have a line snaked.  In the process of selling a my duplex, the home inspector had inaccurately stated there was a sewer back up with the home.  Since it is an older home that has the traps built in - when the buyer hired a company to send a camera down - they couldn't get pass the trap.  I hired Best Plumbing to snake it to make sure all was in good working order.  There was a little bit of confusion about what I had said and what Brian had heard.  When his guys went out, they snaked the line in the kitchen of one of the units, because it was clogged.  I was going off the information the inspector had given me and thought they had done the wrong line.  Brian and I spoke on the phone and he agreed to go back out the next day to double check, because I wanted to make sure this issue was resolved.  That buyer backed out, but at least now I know everything is in good order for the next buyer.  When I wasn't happy, Brian offered to refund the $150 for the work they did.  I didn't want him to refund it, I just wanted to make sure everything was working in good order.  He is very concerned about his customers satisfaction and their prices are competitive.  I would recommend working with them again.

I came back to Dearborn, from my place in Macomb, found out my garbage disposal went out...of all times, on a Monday morning. These guys fixed it on Tuesday before 1 pm. Quick turnaround from the initial call to the actual service. You just have to be flexible, if you want the service done quickly. Two plumbers came, one was named Julian. They were very professional and personable. I will call them again and refer my friends in Dearborn to them.

Had a broken drain and a clogged drain and needed help fast. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and knew I was in a pinch. Through a series of calls Best Plumbing was recommended to me by a plumber who does not do crawl spaces. I called, and Kirk and Jason were on the job and fixed both problems between Friday and Saturday. These men worked excellent together and were very, very accommodating, they really wanted to correct the problem. I was very pleased with Best Plumbing they really wanted help and the technicians were very friendly and professional! Thank you guys.

They were out on Sunday evening when all hardware stores were closed. Had parts needed to finish hot water tank installation. Great job and great service. They are truly a 24/7 company. Even on Sunday night and holidays.

Still not happy with our technician but the owner assured me it would be looked into. I still stand by what happened though, but hopefully it will not happen again. All I can say is always get second and third opinion when working with a contractor.

I was looking for a plumber to replace the galvanized plumbing in my mom and dad's 61 year old house.  The first plumbing company's owner showed up two hours after the window they gave me had expired and gave me a very high price.  I looked around and found Best.  Jim at Best showed up in a few minutes after I called and gave me a great price and fantastic service.  He threw in some odds and ends plumbing and did not charge me.  I can't say enough about his knowledge, expertise, and concern for doing a top-notch job.  Call  Jim at Best, because he truly is the best.

Best Plumbing installed a water heater for me,  a Rheem, and did an excellent job doing it.   They were honest and friendly and the heater puts my old one to shame.

On 11-20 a plumber from clog busters never showed up or called.  Called best Monday night they came out the next day.  Extremely happy we called.  They were very professional and knowledgeable.  Spent over a hour here snaked the kitchen drain 4 times to clear the mud caused by a broken pipe that was fixed before.  Fixed the drain cup that I didn't put in right.  And charged me half of what clog busters wanted.  Will definitely call them in the future.  Already told them we will call after the holidays for the bathroom

I called Best Plumbing at 1:10 PM on a Saturday. The guys were out here within twenty minutes. They were friendly and professional and before I knew it the problem was taken care of. The charge was very reasonable, especially for a weekend. I plan on calling them for any problems in the future, as well as yearly maintenance. Thanks, guys.

Fast and Very professional. Gave a competitive estimate and the cost was actually below that. Ramon did a great job and worked over the weekend to accommodate our schedule.

I called Best when we realized our shut off valve was stuck . We had Steve come out and give it a looksie. We made arrangements for the city to turn off the water and Steve got to work. Outstanding work. Clean, smart and explained it all to me. The price was fair and exactly as estimated. He was intoned for the appointment and was done in no time at all. As far as I am concerned this company will be my go to for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Had a tricky problem that took some extra follow up and certainly extra patience. Steve was very helpful and really gave me an education about what was going on. I would highly recommend...very trustworthy.

Very helpful with my elder aunts plumbing situation. Gave a fair price compared to other quotes/companies and they were patient when dealing with her questions etc.

As a costumer i believe i should be able to call without getting an attitude. I know nothing about plumbing or how much it should charge, so if i do have questions and concerns answer them with integrity. Who ever answered the phone was just uneducated and rude.

First time using Best Plumbing, needed to replace leaky kitchen disposal.  I had purchased a new disposal to be installed.  Robert & Dominic arrived on time, friendly and professional.  New disposal was installed without a hitch until it was turned on.  To everyone's  surprise, it was loud & broke.   Robert @ Best Plumbing did not hesitate to offer a solution.  It had to be exchanged. He removed the broken disposal & reinstalled another disposal all on the same day!  The price was fair and I couldn't have been happier. Great customer service!  Great work,  Very satisfied!

I Had them snake a drain for me. The we're prompt and made quick work of the problem. From the time I called to the job completed was only a couple of hours. Price was reasonable.
