Best Faucet Repair in Detroit MI

Honestly they messaged me because i put in a request to get my pipe fixed thats leading to my washer and the garbage disposal.

They messaged me saying they can come out and look and asked for my number to call.

They called and we set up a time for them to come over.

When they came over they didnt even know what they were talking about let alone an inspection fee that they did NOT disclose over the phone of $65.

Be up front with your customers. Dont hide hidden fees.

*update. Now they are calling me because i left a bad review asking me to remove it. Also we did pay the $65 and asked them to leave.
Were not mad about the $65, its just we like when people are upfront, And this business is not!
The only thing they disclosed was that there service to fix anything costs $125*

Spreading misinformation is not what is needed for this business.
This business Is doing what it has to do and i understand that. The things about the price is not an issue. I own two businesses myself so money is NOT an issue, the issue was that things that are being stated in this reply we not disclosed at the time of evaluation of the repairs needed, Nothing was brought up except copper piping. I appreciate the fact that you are concerned about your business and the reviews, but in order to get good reviews there has to be a line of professionalism.

I have been a customer of Universal Plumbing since 2015, and they never disappoint.  Of course no one is happy when they are having a sewer backup, but they make trying situation go as smooth as possible.  They are always courteous and prompt, and they are respectful of your property.  I'm always satisfied with the service and professionalism of Universal Plumbing!

Actually the second time I've had them out (2 separate issues) -- both times they were prompt, polite, cleaned up so nicely, great work and reasonably priced.

I had a drain issue I needed fixed in my house. I had another plumber out to my house and he didn't fix it. Nelson Bros. gave me same day service when I called. The tech called and let me know his ETA. The problem was diagnosed and the repair was verified. I got a 30 day warranty on the job. I considered the price reasonable. Based on my experience I would recommend them.

Called Mitch the Plumber on a Sunday evening to schedule an appointment for a leaky toilet. Alex setup a next day appointment and on Monday, Mike and Keaton showed up - they were very polite, knowledgeable and addressed the issue within minutes. Highly recommend them!

I found Allied on Yelp and chose them for their 5-star rating. I was able to tell them my problem, get a probable diagnosis, an estimation based on said diagnosis, & I OK'd a time, all without talking to anyone. That was pretty interesting to me, as I'd never used Yelp in that way, but just for casual reviews.
Allied's estimate was $25 more than the other 2 plumbers who responded - I didn't expect anyone else to respond, so that was interesting. I was still fine with it, though, because the other 2 places had no reviews/stars, & Allied had 22 reviews & a 5-star rating.
The owner's son came at about 9:10 am the next day (the given window was 9-10 a.m, so, nice & prompt) & he snaked our storm drain, which was clogged, likely due to tree roots. We've lived in our house for 10 yrs, & the basement has never flooded 'til now, so paying $175 was fine, since it's not an everyday thing. Thankfully, it was clean water, so our basement floor is a LOT cleaner than it was, after a week of mopping, etc.
The water hasn't come back & it has rained several times since.

Brian and John have done a couple jobs for me, neither were anything small! I do most of my own stuff, but sometimes there are problems bigger than my abilities/credentials. I waited 6 months after their last job for me, making sure the settled repairs are bonafide and my review is fair for readers. I will not ever hesitate to call them for that next problem that's coming down my calendar.

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. I appreciate the excellent service.

In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

Our hot water tank started to leak on a Tuesday and Brock Mechanical was out on Thursday with a new tank and ready to install. Doug provided an estimate over the phone and Ken did a fantastic job on the install! He explained everything about the install before he started, showed us the sediment that had built up in the old unit and how to prevent it in the new tank to increase its life, and removed the old unit which was extremely heavy. He cleaned up prior to leaving and completing the invoice was a snap. I would highly recommend Brock Mechanical.

I have an older home in Bloomfield and i have used Birmingham plumbing several times . The guys are polite , thoughtful and diligent . They worked late yesterday evening to solve a problem that turned out to be electrical and arranged for that to be fixed as soon as possible to complete the job . I have no reservations in awarding these guys 5 stars because they deserve them . Great company to work with .

Not a good company at all.  They charged us $950 and did NOTHING then wanted over $4000 for the real fix.  I paid someone else $1000 to fix it right.   The only plus was that they actually showed up.

Great job.   Son flushed a bunch of baby wipes down the toilet.   The guys from Aaron Swift Plumbers came right out and did a great job getting everything fixed up.

I would give zero stars they got mad when I refused to pay 1200 to sanitize my laundry room floor so the plumber that arrived before the cleaning crew decided he no longer wanted to find the leak in my home very unprofessional and rude once he decided he didn't want to take on the job

Don't be fooled by his low prices and the promise that he won't charge if he can't do anything.  He charged me $40 and claimed he opened the sewer 'half-way'.  I was too sick to double-check.  The truth is, he left the back door to my house unlocked, the cap is missing from the clean-out drain, and the clean-out drain has been moved to the center of the room.  I can no longer use any part of my plumbing.  IT'S MUCH WORSE!
Oh, and he was very, very rude.

I have a rented water heater from Reliance by default. It came with the house. I've never been impressed with their service, but today is the day that I will go through the bother and expense of changing companies and heaters.
The service man who came to my house this morning was miserable. I opened the door before he got to my porch, smiled and said hello. He said nothing. I kept talking as I walked him to the water heater, and he remained silent. I stood there watching him, waiting for him to say something, but he just fiddled with some things, then got up and walked back to his truck. He came in without a word, fiddled some more, then told me it was fixed. I asked what caused the issue. He said it was the starter switch. Then he said the next time I booked a service call, I'd need to move my washing machine. I told him that no one had ever complained before, and that he managed to fix the issue without moving it. He turned and left.

I have  call in to Fahrhall. They installed a new air conditioning unit last week, and were friendly, courteous, and professional.
