A short time ago, I had a problem with my toilet. I called Royal Oak Plumbing. Two days later they arrived on time. I though my problem was larger than it was. They sent two sturdy men. After one of them examined the toilet they felt it was a one man job. While he did the work I chatted with both of them. They were perfect gentlemen. When the work was completed I was given a bill that I believe was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Kim from Treder Plumbing was on time, and very organized.  He completed the installation of our garbage disposer and faucet set very quickly.  He also gave me some tips on setting our tankless water heater! Definitely calling again for any plumbing items!!

I called Tom at 6pm on July 3rd with a clogged kitchen sink that I couldn't clear myself with a 50' snake.  He came out within 30 minutes of the call even though he was already home for the day and the next day was the 4th Holiday.  Gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and then charged me $30 less after he got the drain clear in less than a half hour.  Excellent service, I'm a customer for life!

Always prompt. They provide Quality service. I would Highly recommend them.  They replaced a toilet and cleared clogged drains for me and repaired a kitchen faucet.

My experience with East Plumbing was above average it was excellent 5 star service. Mr. Andre Wright was able to fix my sump pump, way before the estimated time. I was also informed/educated of ways to solve future plumbing problems

After 3 days with no hot water, the Water Pros came to the rescue.  Reasonably priced, arrived when they said they would and did a great job.

Had a pipe burst in our kitchen ceiling. McCarthy sent a plumber to our home within 30 minutes of calling. Darryl the plumber was professional and sociable and a pleasure to have in our home. The work was fast, solid and the price was fantastic. We will use McCarthy for all our future plumbing needs. Excellent customer service, excellent work and excellent price. We could not be happier with our selection.

Had a failed sump pump, water was rising in the crock and I was pumping out with a small electric pump, but losing the battle.  Called K & D.  They came out, had the right parts with them and had it fixed in less than 90 minutes from the time I called.  Awesome, loved it!  Great service.

We moved in to our house in the spring of 2014 and a month after I walked in to the basement to a flood. The people who lived here before us hid the major issue of the house being below grade and a HUGE hole in the foundation exposing the house to dirt. Every time it would rain the right way we would have a flood.

Anthony, Joe and Nicolas with Empire plumbing not only dug up our basement and spent hours hauling out bags and bags of dirt and concrete to put in a floor drain (since there wasn't one down there when there should have been) as well as put in a draining system against the wall to stop the flooding from coming in to our house. They were so accommodating and made sure this was done before our daughter's first birthday party weeks before Christmas.

They were so kind, they showed that they cared about my family. They showed that you can be a successful company and still care about your customers. These days, you don't come by that very often.

I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs. I would have been happy to pay them more for their hard manual labor that is involved in their job.

Great experience (no pun intended) with Great Provider Plumbing! I phoned the company and was able to speak directly with the plumber right away regarding my needs for backflow services outside of my home.

I spoke with Spence who had me text him my address. He followed up same day and came over the next morning to review the work, give me a quote on site and finish the job (cap and cut of sprinkler line) all within under two hours.

The work was done well, price was very reasonable, and timing was impeccable.

Mike is a really nice guy and did a great job on replacing the handles and valves in our shower!

He was very tolerant of my cat continuously trying to play fetch with him (I did try to get the cat to stop!)

We used this company and they came out the same day we called. I felt their prices were reasonable. Tina was excellent at keeping us updated on what they were doing. I def plan to use them again in the future. I highly recommend Burton Plumbing!!

Bennett just did some work for me on a gas line in my house.  They've done a lot of work for my parents in the past and my parents were always pleased.

To make a long story short, they did a great job and were about $300 cheaper for a job that I had another plumbing company quote. In fact, the other plumbing company said they would have to drill a hole through my back wall and run the pipe outside and then back in the house, costing the extra bucks.

Not so, said Bennet. They kept the pipe in the house and did a great job, saving me $300. Everything is working and I'm happy. You will be too if you use Bennett Plumbing in Dearborn.

I asked for a quote, he looked at the job and said it would be easy and started getting the few things needed to do the job. The job took about 10 min. and he charged me $300. I live in Monroe, MI and am looking for a good handyman.

Not sure why this says closed but I've used this company before and their services are great. Mr. Carter is a nice man and he really adores his customers. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE - COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF!!!
Called these guys up last week to get repairs on two leaking toilets, a broken handle on the third one, as well as, replace a solenoid on the humidifier. These guys showed up and after looking for 5 minutes at everything told me the only way to fix the leaking problems was to get completely new toilets for $650 each. Asked for $150 to replace the handle (!!!) and $520 to replace the solenoid! When everything added up it was about two grand. According to them the reason for total replacement was complete lack of knowing what parts to get, as they couldn't tell what model the toilets were, even though there was a clear Mansfield label on one of them. After paying $60 for their completely useless visit, I've spent a whopping 15 minutes researching Mansfield repair kits. Got two of those for $30 each and a humidifier solenoid for $90. Once everything arrived, it took an entire hour to replace the leaking fill valves on the toilets and 10 minutes to replace the solenoid thus saving me from dropping almost two grand to these scam artists. One thing to add, I've never dealt with plumbing repairs in my entire life and it took me less than an hr and a half to get everything fixed while these professionals claimed they couldn't repair it unless they replaced the entire thing.
Stay away from this place and if you did call them, don't fall for their peddling sales tactics and better call someone else! Or better yet do a little research for basic toilet repairs and do them yourself to save some serious money!

Needed a plumber yesterday to snake a clogged drain. I called to get an estimate and was quoted $350. I told them I was going to get some other estimates first. All other estimates were about $150. These guys tried to gouge me for over twice the price of the other plumbers in town. Guess they expect us to be desperate and stupid by grossly over charging customers. I paid one of their competitors $159 to do the same job. Unless you like paying double use another plumber.
