I've had them out to the house a couple of times for plumbing issues.  I don't know how to rate the cost, because plumbing  repairs always seem more expensive than they should be.  I have been very satisfied with the work and the guys who have come out.  They are very flexible and able to accommodate my work schedule.  I plan to continue to use them in the future.

My basement ejection pump was leaking in my basement. When Tim came he took his time and troubleshooted thoroughly. He not only fixed the problem but fixed my leak under my sink in kitchen and routed my plumbing lines a much better way to outside of my house. The price for all of this was soo REASONABLE!!! They are awesome! I am so blessed to have a permanent and reliable plumber for my home.

Tom has been to my house in Rochester Hills a couple of times.  He is very easy to schedule an appointment with and he showed up on time each time I have used him.  First time out he changed a garbage disposal and second time out he changed a toilet.  His work is top quality and prices are very reasonable for a professional plumber.  Tom has also done some work for a few of my neighbors and again his quality have been 100%.

Always prompt. They provide Quality service. I would Highly recommend them.  They replaced a toilet and cleared clogged drains for me and repaired a kitchen faucet.

I appreciate John coming right out he came with a mask he was on time very professional he looked at the job and was able to tell me right away what was wrong and within less than an hour he was able to complete the job I have everything fixed right away. I am rating him five stars!

After 3 days with no hot water, the Water Pros came to the rescue.  Reasonably priced, arrived when they said they would and did a great job.

Used them a few times before, with no issue. Don't know if they've had an ownership change or new management, but, the customer service I got from them this week was bad enough that I won't go back. They may still do good work, but, I didn't end up using them because of how rude they were. Business so good you don't have to be courteous to people?  Good Luck!  It will catch to you in a hurry.

Anthony came out immediately and assessed the issues we had with water accumulating in our basement. We had assumed it was a plumbing/draining issue with our washing machine based on where the water showed up but Anthony put the extra effort in and was able to narrow down the factors to improper draining from outside the home. Overall I couldn't have been happier with Empire Plumbing as they showed they actually care about the us and finding the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience (no pun intended) with Great Provider Plumbing! I phoned the company and was able to speak directly with the plumber right away regarding my needs for backflow services outside of my home.

I spoke with Spence who had me text him my address. He followed up same day and came over the next morning to review the work, give me a quote on site and finish the job (cap and cut of sprinkler line) all within under two hours.

The work was done well, price was very reasonable, and timing was impeccable.

Mike is a really nice guy and did a great job on replacing the handles and valves in our shower!

He was very tolerant of my cat continuously trying to play fetch with him (I did try to get the cat to stop!)

Called Burton's while in town helping a family member. Easy to schedule. They texted prior to arrival and within the agreed upon time slot. They arrived on time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Same prices that I would pay in my home state. No drama. Good work. Will be calling them again.

First off, I'll start by saying I haven't had work done by these guys.  However, I got left stranded.  I had them quote the job and originally picked someone else who fell through.  Then, I went back to Bennett the Friday before Memorial day and let him know of final changes to the quote.  No work from them until I started pestering them on Tuesday, and received the final quote on Tuesday at 6 PM.  Mind you, this job was supposed to start Wednesday.  Asked for a copy of license and insurance to double check their statements, and never received them.  Also asked him to sign my contract (3 pgs) in addition to me signing his, and never heard from him again.  Left me stranded on the day he was supposed to start without any phone call or information and I've got some plumbing work that was URGENT to be done today.  Well... see what I get for trying to do my homework?  I don't know if I could have been more screwed if I tried imagining scenarios.

I asked for a quote, he looked at the job and said it would be easy and started getting the few things needed to do the job. The job took about 10 min. and he charged me $300. I live in Monroe, MI and am looking for a good handyman.

I was in a Menards parking lot in Port Huron yesterday when a man with this business name printed on the side of his truck proceeded to call out to me from the driver's seat saying he loves my leg tat and demanded I walk over to him so he could look at it. There's museums if you want to stare at art. STOP BOTHERING WOMEN

This company is by far the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life. We called Dillian from Plumb-o-matic because we needed our storm drainage pipe snaked. There was some water in our basement so he said it was going be $600 to drain the water and snake the pipe. We agreed to the price, he drained the water, but couldn't snake the pipe and said it was bad. So we paid him the $600 and he said he would have someone come out the next day to look at the pipe. He said it would be roughly around $5,000 to get it fixed and he would apply half of the first bill ($300) as a credit on the next bill. So his guy came out next day dug a hole in our basement and said it was actually going to be $18-22k and that we need to install a sump pump and do interior water proofing. That price didn't include them replacing the storm drainage pipe that Dillian said was bad so that would be extra as well. I thought that was unusually high so I told them to stop working and that I'm going to get a couple more quotes before we move forward. I understand we still had to pay them for their time so we agreed verbally that $2,500 was fair for the work they did (which was literally them just putting a hole in our basement). So right now I'm out $3,100 and have a hole in our basement with nothing fixed. Furthermore I thought I was going to get a $300 credit back like he said he would do, but that didn't happen so I wrote a review about our negative experience with Dillian and his company.

After submitting the review Dillian started calling/texting me asking about the work and the review. I explained to him that we got a second quote and the other company came out and easily snaked the storm drain no problem for a lot less money then what he charged us. I told him the other companies quote was $1,500 for a new sump pump and $85 to snake the drain. They also informed us that we didn't need to do the interior water proofing.. So at this point Dillian's credibility has diminished and I'm really glad we got a second quote because we just saved ourselves $20k by not going with Plumb-o-matic. So then Dillian starts bad mouthing the other company and saying how great his company is. I told him the company we decided to go with got a 4.9 on Home advisor and 4.8 on google and that were not moving forward with the quote his company gave us. Well that's when things got really weird. Now he's mad that he got a bad review and that we're not moving forward with his company to do the work. So he starts threatening me, calling and texting me saying that he's going to take legal action and put a lien on my house unless we pay him another $2,500 or take down the review. They didn't do anymore work at the house besides what we already paid them for so why would I pay him an additional $2,500 for literally nothing?? Obviously he is trying anything he can to scare us and to get us to take down the review and I have all the text messages to prove it.  So bottom line you can't trust a word Dillian says because he will lie and try to use scare tactics to get more money out of you. He's trying to scare me to take down my review by threatening legal action and I won't do it because I want other people to know what kind of business you're running and what kind of person you are. I would steer clear of this company if I was you they're HORRIBLE.. Make sure you do your research on other sites I see there are similar complaints ... good luck you'll need it!!!

My partner and I called Shun to change our bath tub fixtures to a different finish. He did a good job replacing the fixtures and the piping behind the bath tub, however, in the process, he managed to drop the pipe, which fell through the ceiling of our finished basement. He offered to fix the hole, but my partner is handy and began the process.
Since accidents happen, my partner decided to hire him to install our dishwasher. He installed it to find that the plug already existing under the sink is connected to the switch for the garbage disposal so he needed to run new electrical. He also needed to return to correctly mount the dishwasher because he hadn't completed this prior to leaving for the day.
My partner also wanted a toilet installed in the basement, which would require moving the dryer and gas line. Shun agreed that these were also things he could do. My partner took a half day off work since Shun requested to get started on the toilet installation earlier. He was scheduled to arrive at 10:30am, and didn't arrive until an hour later. He analyzed the project, tried breaking through concrete with a sledge hammer, gathered money from us for supplies and headed to the store. He was gone for 3.5 hours to buy a jackhammer to break up the cement floor. After returning he needed to make another 2.5 hour shopping trip, in which my partner forced him to write out a shopping list, and then returned back to our home at 5:30pm. He then moved the dryer and the gas line ($100), and proceeded to break through the concrete floor. He laid the piping for the toilet, new cement, and began working on the electrical line for the dishwasher, which he decided to tie to a light fixture in the basement. We later found out that this is against code and does not provide enough electricity to run the dishwasher (it blew a circuit when we tried to run it). He also finally mounted the dishwasher installing a bracket on the inside front of the dishwasher. The dishwasher was also installed incorrectly in that the dishwasher piping was backing up in to the dishwasher unit and dirty water was sitting stagnant in the dishwasher tubing.
Feeling far less than confident in Shun's abilities to complete the jobs he says he can I started to smell gas. Shun did a dish soap test on the gas pipe he extended to find out that it was leaking. His first seal of the gas line was with teflon tape since he had misplaced the pipe thread compound paste. He found it and applied it to the pipe and we thought the leak was fixed until we ran the dryer. The leak still was not fixed, so we had to pay a real professional to come out and correct the leak. Turns out that they didn't even properly screw the gas line to the back of the dryer.
After he claimed to fix the gas leak, he and his partner moved the toilet on to cement that was not completely dry, level and measured incorrectly. Shun agreed to return the next day between 4 and 5pm to complete the toilet job since we are so unhappy with his work. The toilet was sitting at a downright angle, was leaking, and was several inches away from the wall than we had requested. My partner sent him a photo of the leaking toilet the morning he was supposed to return. We made the mistake of paying him for the entire job except $100 (per his request), but I cannot say that I am surprised that he didn't show up the next day to complete the job. My partner finally got ahold of him and his response was that he was having a busy day and would have to come the next day. At this point we were both livid, so we told him that his services were no longer wanted, in which he responded, Wow. Shun did not apologize or make any further attempt to correct the massive situation we were left in. We had to hire a real professional to fix the work he completed, which cost us a total of nearly $1,400.
If you consider hiring Shun for any of your needs, I would recommend that you limit it to very basic plumbing and do not front him money for suppliers or pay for the job until it is 100% complete to your satisfaction! I also recommend that you request a copy of his plumbing license, as we have come to also find out that many of the things he completed (plumbing-wise) were also not to code or require a permit.
