A few years ago I had a very bad leak in my kitchen and the water was running in my basement, mr. James came over and gave me a estimate of $1500 because the pipe was busted leading into the basement. I work midnights so when he came I went in my room and locked the door and told him to knock on the door when he was done, I did that because he said it would take at least 4 hours, anyway he knocked on my door an hour later and said he was done and that the job would only cost $150 because the pipe wasn't rotten all the way through so it was less time and work. I was asleep so he could have said he did the original amount of work and still charged $1500 and I wouldn't have known any better because I was asleep. Since that time I have used him many times and I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism

I've been a client of Complete Plumbing for over twenty years and am very happy with the level of service that I have received. From drippy faucets and running toilets to replacing an entire plumbing system, Marty and Mike have done it all for me. They have always been timely, courteous, and reasonably priced. As a Realtor I am always looking for dependable service providers and Complete Plumbing is one that I don't hesitate to recommend to my clients.

Very honest plumber. New to the area and my sewer was backing up so I first called Roto Rooter who came to my house told me that they put 100 FT of snake thru and it wasn't working so my lines had to be jetted ( if I'm using the correct terminology) which would cost around $900 AND they wouldn't be able to do it til the next morning. Decided to call Muskett Plumbing on the advice of my mother in law and after he put 6 FT of snake thru ALL OF THE WATER DRAINED OUT for around $100. My next review is on Roto Rooters profile and its not going to be a good one

Not sure if this is actually their business location, but regardless, Big Beaver Plumbing was quite professional and helpful for what I needed.
The city of Troy tasked my home with a Backflow Testing request. This company was listed on the back of the form that I needed filled out. I called BBP up and spoke with Martha about what the heck this task was that I needed to have done!
She explained the entire process of what someone would be coming out to do. Within the week we had someone come out to do the backflow testing.
When Tom arrived, he explained that he had been in the business for a long time and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I asked to stay outside with him as I was curious as to what he was going to do, and he agreed to allow me to watch. It was $100 for the testing and $20 to come in the house and show me where the valve was to turn off, which was fine because like I said, I had no idea what was going on really.
The equipment he was testing failed initially, probably due to it not being used in over a decade. He took most of the system apart, cleaned it (it was clogged with dirt), then put it all back together, retested, and the system passed.
Very professional and got the ridiculous job done that the city (which I found out was also the state of Michigan), was asking. Just wish Troy would reimburse me!

Mr Jeffery Kellett came out to a rental property my husband and I own today to take a look at a leak problem. My husband was very impressed. Mr Kellett not only fixed the problem, but took extra time to make sure everything was perfect. He finished off little details to the repair that will ensure less problem for us in the future. We would highly recommend and thought that his charges were reasonable and fair! Thank you Mr Kellett...you are now our plumber!

We had them come by to check out our furnace because it was short cycling. It turned out that a sensor needed cleaning. The technician was able to take out the sensor, wipe it down, and reinstall it.
The serviceman was very gruff. He did not introduce himself when he came in and was pretty much a jerk the entire time. When he was putting everything back together, he didnt even take the time to put in the screws straight, which could have been problematic if we didn't fix it because it could have caused the screws to be stripped the next time they needed to be removed.
The customer service was extemely lacking, and he seemed like he didn't like his job. We will use someone else next time.

Charged $350 for an inspection which we happily paid expecting to receive a quote to actually repair the damage. Technician left, never emailed a quote. He left the company and nobody at ZPlumbers thought to follow up and make sure customers are taken care of. We're now out a few more weeks and have the choice of going through them again for another quote or taking our business elsewhere.

Affordable. Great Service.
They were at my home quick and ready to answer any questions I had. Everything was done professionally and overall quickly.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a horrible experience with Horton. Not only were they incompetent to do the job right, they kept billing us even after we told them to stop the work because we hired someone else who is competent to finish the disaster they started. After another company finished the job, they came back onto the property WITHOUT our consent and took the photos with the work that's been done, and claiming it's their work! Trespassing and lying. A very dishonest business run by rude and incompetent workers. Stay away!!!

Not professional. I got an appointment for the next day between 2-3. At 3:05, I called and was told the tech was running behind, but will call. I got no call, and when I called, got no answer. Then, they called the next day saying they are on their way, and 5 minutes later they are at my door! I feel disrespected and I took my business elsewhere.

Called Moore brothers on Monday for a leaking shower cartridge. They said they would be out Tuesday. They never showed up. Called them on Wednesday they apologized and said they would be on their way. 2 guys show up, one wearing a white beater and sandals another wearing street clothes. Never in my life would I show up to service such a high class place looking like I just came off the streets with no uniform on. When they finished the job they left with our hotel MASTER KEYS. Did not bother telling our front desk if they had fixed the issue or return the keys. It wasn't until about 11 PM that night my front desk called me and told me that the keys were not at the front desk I proceeded to call Moore brothers and I did not get an answer. I then got a callback from an old man who sounded very agitated that I was calling to get my master keys back. he then proceeded to tell me well why didn't you make sure you don't get them back I said well why didn't your workers make sure to return them mind you they have left about seven hours prior to me calling how did they not notice that they left my hotel with our master keys sounds kind of shady. I will never do business with them again and I recommend no one else do business with these shady guys.
