Buckhave Tom Plumbing

Tom was very professional and tried his best to fit me into his schedule when it was convenient for ME. Who does that? He had me explain the problem, walked me through options and gave me a quote up front. When he got here he encountered other, smaller issues and just did them along the way. I think we found our new plumber!

I've used Tom Buckhave for 25+ years for all sorts of plumbing jobs including replacing sump pumps, installing faucets, replacing toilets and recently certifying backflow sprinkler and sump pump valves required by my city. Tom is always very responsive and does outstanding and affordable work including cleaning up as needed. On a scale of 1 to 10, Tom Buckhave is a solid 10.

I found my new plumber! Tom was great. He arrived within an hour of me calling and got the job done for a very reasonable price. I'll be recommending him to everyone.

I am the maintenance tec. for a company that has two locations in Rochester Hills. We were using another plumber when I came on board, me experience with them was short lived. The first day I met with them they had three strikes and out! They couldn't give me an appointment time, they didn't call when they were on the way like they said and then it was going to take three weeks for them to get the parts they needed and would call me then.
I sought out Tom Buckhave on line and made a call he came out the next afternoon made a list and came back the fallowing day and took care of our issues.
Three weeks later the other plumber shows up unannounced, I told him that we were no longer in need of there services and that two days after he was here, three weeks ago, I had the problem resolved with our companies new master plumber and your companies unprofessionalism lost our companies business.
Since then we had issues at are warehouse location, Tom came out that morning accessed the problem, the main water valve had to be off for the repair, with hundreds of workers in the building that meant the job had to be done after hours, that was not a problem for him, he came back later that night and made the repair.
Quick to respond, master at his work, you can depend on Tom he explains in detail what he's going to do and why, and based on our experiences with him, our company would highly recommend him and we will be doing continuous business with him in the future.

Tom is everything you'd want in a plumber.  He's available, highly skilled and reasonably priced.  Heck he's even a nice guy.  We've used him for 12 years for a variety of projects.  Consistently does great work and shows up when he says he'll show up.

Great job.  I had my sump pump break last night and was told somebody would come between 11am and 2pm.  I was impressed and very happy that the plumber was able to come here at 10:30 am.  He fixed my sump pump very quickly (probably 30 minutes or so), explained everything to me and that was it.  The plumber was informative and professional.  The pricing was great as well! I expected to pay a lot more.  Very impressed. This made a stressful situation, less stressful.  Because of their prompt response, professionalism and great pricing the situation was no longer a frustrating.  Couldn't ask for better service.

Tom came out to the house and fixed a laundry list of items that we had.  His service was next to none!

Called them to run the 5 year cross connection test on my sprinkler system.  They were on time, and explained what they were doing and why.   When they found an cause of the problem they fixed and it and discounted their price because it was an easy fix.    I think I found my new plumber

Tom has been to my house in Rochester Hills a couple of times.  He is very easy to schedule an appointment with and he showed up on time each time I have used him.  First time out he changed a garbage disposal and second time out he changed a toilet.  His work is top quality and prices are very reasonable for a professional plumber.  Tom has also done some work for a few of my neighbors and again his quality have been 100%.

I called Tom at 6pm on July 3rd with a clogged kitchen sink that I couldn't clear myself with a 50' snake.  He came out within 30 minutes of the call even though he was already home for the day and the next day was the 4th Holiday.  Gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and then charged me $30 less after he got the drain clear in less than a half hour.  Excellent service, I'm a customer for life!

We had a Saturday plumbing emergency and found Tom's name and number through a simple search.  Saw the one other Yelp review and decided to go ahead and call Tom.  He was at our home within one-half hour and was pleasant and helpful.  He completed the next plumbing project we were going to have to tackle and ensured we had everything we needed to do it. His rate was more than reasonable. Nice to meet someone who is good at his job, cares about people and charges a fair price for solid good work -- a good person.

We had an emergency back up in our basement. We called Tom and he was out to our place quickly and able to resolve our issue. His service is great and I recommend him to anyone with any type of plumbing issue.
