Cool guys! Came out on time, fixed my kitchen sink plumbing as requested. Quote was $400, ended up being $500... I think it was pretty fair for the work they did. Thanks!

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Justin and his team came out the same day I called. They got the heat working in our sunroom that we've had trouble with for years. They were reasonable and efficient.

I wanted to update my review. We had Jason Bandy come out a few times because even after cleaning our main line twice, still had issues of water backing up, toilet was bubbling and came out into our bathtub. We got it camered and there was a blockage at 50ft. We had to tear up our driveway and fix our sewer line which was several thousands of dollars but we found the issue was a major Fiber optic company rammed their conduit into our sewer line. After all said and done, we had to file a claim with said major company's contractors and they had to pay for our expensive repairs. Jerome, the office manager always answered my calls and got the invoices to the contractors and everything was fixed and paid for with his timely response. We now have outside cleanouts. Bluefrog has a 5 year warranty on our fix and we have not had issues since. I will gladly recommend them to others with plumbing issues.

Sometimes it's that extra touch that really defines a company and the integrity of its employees.
We celebrated Thanksgiving with family, and we got home that night, we found that the house was unusually cold. I went downstairs to inspect our ancient heater unit (seriously this thing is from the 1960s, my landlord is cheap, what can you do), and heard a flapping noise emanating from within. The unit itself was running, but obviously not producing heat.
I called my landlord and told him the situation, but he informed me that he was out of state for the holiday and couldn't come by to make the repair himself, and told me to find a company to send out a technician and he would pay the bill over the phone. I found TNT Plumbing here on Yelp, and based on their great reviews, I decided to give them a call the following morning.
I spoke with Darci, who was amazing -- very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about our lack of heat on such a cold and snowy day. By that afternoon, they were sending a tech my way.
When Jeb arrived, he was courteous and knowledgeable, and got right to work. He pulled the lower cover of the heater unit and immediately found that the blower belt had snapped (this poor thing looked like it had been holding on for ages, but finally gave up the ghost). He was a bit surprised to see a furnace that's as old as ours, and told me that it's been a very, very long time since furnaces were built with blower belts. So long, in fact, that plumbers/technicians simply do not carry belts in their inventories anymore because they are so outdated.
I was worried at this point -- it had been at least 24 hours since we had a working heater, and our little space heater wasn't doing much to make the house warmer.
This is where that extra touch comes in. Jeb excused himself, and proceeded to go drive to the auto shops in our area to see if he could find a car motor belt that was the same size as the one for our furnace. Sure enough, he eventually found one, and returned to our place. Within ten minutes, Jeb replaced the belt and had heat pumping into our house. He also inspected the unit for other signs of wear and tear, tightening a few screws here and there.
We couldn't believe the level or service we got -- even though it wasn't a huge repair, Jeb & TNT went so far above and beyond what could be reasonably expected, even from a well-reviewed company like theirs. The entire experience told me that this company isn't out to just make a buck and provide basic service; they actually care about the people they help. Jeb didn't need to go out on the icy roads to search for a belt that may or may not be available, but he did, and we're grateful for that.
Fortunately my landlord now accepts that the heater is too old and needs to be fully replaced (yay!), and we will absolutely be using TNT for that project.
Thanks again to Jeb, Darci, Ronnie & Co!

Wow, these guys are professional and so friendly and happy to explain the problem and how they're going to fix it.
My daughter in Denver had an AC clogged pipe. Chris came and cleaned it out, double checked it before he left and decided it needed a little more work. Excellent and the unit is now working properly.
We've also had do some work and, again, excellent and explained the problem and the solution when Jared came.
I highly recommend them. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

Our shower on our brand new RV broke and we were so bummed as we had a trip planned the next day. We called Mario Pro Service to see if it was possible to get someone to come out the same day. In no more than 45 minutes Sergey was at our place and went straight to work on our shower. He worked fast and efficiently and our shower was fixed in 30 minutes! We were so impressed by the customer service of this company and we couldn't be more thankful that they were able to take care of us right away!! Thank you Sergey!!! Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family for future repairs!

Very honest and reasonable. Told me my other quotes had unnecessary items included. I appreciated the feedback and the honesty. Highly recommend

Our parents have the Coffman service contract. They are elderly so we try to help schedule services as needed. Coffman has been to their home a minimum of 6 times this winter season for the furnace not heating. This is a major problem for a 91 year old that is cold when the home is at 78 degrees. They are supposedly coming out for the second time this week because when they came Monday and charged over $200 the problem was NOT fixed. Every time they come out it is OVER $200 even with the service contract. At this rate a new furnace could have been installed for less money. Shame on Coffman for taking advantage of the elderly!

We had Nate come and fix several sinks in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased. Nate was punctual, friendly, and very skilled at his craft. We ended up paying one quarter of what another company was trying to charge us, literally saving us hundreds. We are so pleased with him, and I cannot recommend him enough!!

We have used Save Home Heat for various projects for about 20 years. They serviced our very old hot water (boiler) heat system until it needed replacing. The timing was right to upgrade to a high efficiency model which we did. However the technology was new then and the furnace worked well for some years but did not last as long as predicted industry wide. After researching online, I discovered it was not worth repairing anymore as the brand was no longer in business and it would be impossible to get parts. We upgraded to a newer model of a longer running company. That turned out quite well, though it has more electronics and does sometimes need some fixes. This most recent repair though had nothing to do with the newest furnace and everything to do with the 1979 remodel that installed the zone system throughout the house to be able to heat the addition and a better system for the original part of the house. One of the valves in one zone component had failed.
I called Save Home Heat and they gave us an appointment for today. A service tech who had been here before was able to do the repair as he carries many traditional parts on the truck. It is now running well.
We have also bought some ductless AC units (mini-splits) from this company a few years ago as our house had no central air and it could not be installed as we do not have ducts since we do not have forced air heat. It is a great solution. They service those too and most, but not all of the house can be cooled well enough, now that summers are so hot here. We have lots of shade trees that had been sufficient until a few years ago when climate change brought us summers so warm.
They are a good company to work with though they do get busy, so it is not always easy to get a tech as quickly as this time but they have never left us without heat in severe weather. All of these units do require advanced tech from their staff so it is not an inexpensive fix but it is also necessary to do right. The phone staff has aways been accommodating and the sales people knowledgeable. I started with the company founders who are now all retired but the newer staff does just as well.

Needed my front outdoor spigot replaced due to a crack from winter freeze. Asked for bids on yelp and received several. Spartan wasn't the cheapest, they were however incredibly responsive and had me scheduled for a no fee consult within 2 days. Vaughn, the representative and tech for Spartan was professional, thorough and did a great job. If I need repairs in the future, Spartan has my business.

I hired this company to replace a garbage disposal and replace our kitchen faucet (same sink). They did this and it was not cheap. 10 days later we notice that underneath our kitchen sink is damp and has 1-2 of water damage under the sink (which was never there before). Then we discover that there is water dripping straight down from the kitchen sink into our finished basement. Water damage and paint peeling already visible in basement. I called Pipe it Up at 7:30pm on a Friday night (they offer 24/7 emergency service) and they said they have no one to come help us. They offered no apology or acknowledgment of the damage that was done to our house. We are going to have to hire a water damage company but I can't even get someone out here to stop the leak that they caused. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not stand behind this claim. After spending $600+ with this company, we are now left with thousands $$$ in water damage we now have to repair, a big leak under our kitchen sink, a kitchen we can't use, and Pipe it Up hasn't returned my calls since the first one last night. They referred me to a company that does not repair leaks, only repairs mold/water damage. At this point I just want them to fix the leak they caused but I'm still waiting for a return call. Not happy with this company.

Exceptional service again! Les than 24 hour service during 90+ degree days and on a Sunday no less! Great job again Son Van, you area true professional. Unfortunately this year's fix was more than just a service fee, but Son added refrigerant and had my system working in no time. Use these guys, they're the best.

If you want to be ripped of, by all means call these folks! BE CAREFUL OF THESE CROOKS. They tried quoting me $1,800 to do basic cleaning on my tankless water heaters. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE TRIP TO QUOTE YOU. The customer service tried to say it is industry standard to charge a trip fee. Yes, it is industry standard to charge a trip fee for diagnosis or repair, BUT NOT FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE for something in which you should already know the cost of. Normal costs for this routing maintenance are around $150 per water heater not $900. At their cost you are better getting a new tankless water heater every couple of years. On top of that their heating people had a team lead who tried to mansplain what a mini-split system was after I repeatedly kept telling him I have a mini-split system. He had the audacity to tell me I must me mistaken and think the condensor of the AC unit is a mini-split. I don't get why it took 3 times for me to tell him that I have a separate unit with a mini-split for him to believe that I truly have a mini-split system. On top of that they try scaring you with all this mumbo jumbo to replace parts to prevent break downs. Umm my furnace is 4 years old and I have had people routinely come and look it and NO One has tried to sell me on a repair of $1,500-$2,000. ABSOLUTE CROOKS AND WAAAAAY OVER PRICED. I only hired these people instead of other people I worked with because they were the only ones who had someone that worked with a boiler so I thought I would just bundle everything. What a MISTAKE.

First, thank you to the service techs that visited my home in a time of distress. So far everything appears in working order and your work has been great just like your demeanor. As for customer service /billing, the demeanor of office personnel was less impressive. When I asked billing statements I received different responses each time I spoke with someone. I felt like I was being brushed off, I felt like they got my $3900.00 they don't want to talk to me anymore. I was told itemized billing and receipts are confidential company records that I as the customer am not privilege to. So I went to the store to find out what each item costs. Based on all materials listed on the invoice it would appear I have been charged a $700.00 mark up on materials. I did some research I have found items required for the job not listed on the invoice total of $170.00 which leaves a credible mark up of $530.00. This is with all items already rounded up to the simplest dollar amount (after tax amount 6.99 round up to 10.00). In addition to going out to the store and ringing up each of these items, shopping online, and getting quotes from other companies (should an already distressed customer have to do this!!??) I received different estimates (of course after the fact of spending the money due to the emergency situation) up to $900.00 less than what I paid. This is based on a price with a discount of $165.00 I should have been granted and still have not received. I am sure the pricing of this unexpected disaster would have added up if I was given the documentation I asked for. Why hide it you already got your money!

Terrific experience with Plumb Pros! I was amazed that the Technicians are trained for both Plumbing AND Heating/Cooling....that turned out to be very handy for me! They were conscientious about cleanliness, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They let me know the pricing up front, including the possibility of issues that they might find that could result in extra charges. They didn't find any further issues, but I would have totally trusted them if they had. I just feel as though this company has it figured out.
