Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Denver CO
I hired Bob after moving into my first home. I had a few wants and a few needs when it came to getting work done on the condo-- adding an outlet, changing some sconces, and some highly questionable wiring in my kitchen. He had amazing depth of knowledge and helped me with my entire list. He then went a step further and helped me hang curtains in rooms with plaster/concrete walls that I couldn't drill through on my own. He also walked through my condo and identified that I had mice (eep!) that I wasn't aware of and he told me all of the tools I needed to buy, where to get them, and how to use them so I could plug the hole that they were entering from.
Bob's services were really reasonably priced and he went above and beyond the actual things I hired him for. I would absolutely recommend him!

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Contacted this company in late November to repair my hot water heating system.
Three rooms were not heating.
The tech arrived and advised me on top of the $75.00 trip charge there would be a $74.00 diagnostic charge to assess the problems and recommend a solution which I paid on the spot.
A week later I was contacted by phone by a company representative that the cost of the repairs would be $1080.00 which included yet another trip charge.
Although this seemed quite high I agreed to the repairs and scheduled a service call to be performed a week later.
The same tech arrived with a part and a bucket of ethylene glycol.
After 90 minutes the tech informed me he could not figure out the problem with two of three rooms and the third was repaired attempting to explain 4 to 5 more hours would be needed to attempt a solution to the problems with the remaining rooms and even then he could not be confident a solution could be reached.
Exasperated, I decided to not go further with his suggestion and asked if a discount would occur as the service call did not take the 3-4 hours mentioned when I was given the estimate and 2/3rds of the repairs were not performed the tech reluctantly lowered the bill to $913.00
Today I discovered the allegedly repaired room was not heating.
I contacted the company and was told was that yet another $75.00 trip charge would need to be quoted to have the tech return.
$988.00 later and in the same position as when I began, I have decided to contact another heating company
I have been contacted by the owner of Save Home Heat and assured a satisfactory resolve to my experience will be made

My 25 year old house, decided it was time for a new water heater and
an ignition switch for my boiler. I had used Blue Sky, as a manager of rental properities. I decided to go back to what I have found to be honest and reliable work.
I asked Blue Sky to send me their most knowledgeable technician on boilers.
Mario, was indeed very knowledgeable and took care of all my issues with-in two long days. Mario, took the time to communicate, all the steps of the process. He also took great care in covering my hardwood floors and carpets, as there was a lot of stuff coming in and out of my house.
Mario is your guy if you have boiler problems.
The expense did indeed put a hole in my pocket. I do feel confident that the cost was reasonable and comparable if not better than the companies, I checked, prior to deciding on Blue Sky.
I will use and recommend Blue Sky again.
Hopefully it won't be for awhile.

I can not tell you how impressed I was with Cooper. We used Cooper to replace the Evaporative Cooler on our roof and install a new water heater. From the estimate, to the work being done, to the followup after, I was so impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge of everyone I came in contact with. They went out of there way to make sure that all work was completed properly even if that meant more work on their end. Its rare these days to feel like a company really values your business, but Cooper achieved that. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Horrible experience!!
First off, we were originally quoted $99 to have our lines roto-rooter'd. When the technician arrived, he wasn't able to get his machine into our basement and said he had to go get a smaller machine. Three hours later he came back with it but said it was actually going to cost $260. If we would've known that ahead of time we would have just called a different company.
Unfortunately we got the bad news that we need our sewer line replaced. The technician said he'd get back to us with a quote and we set up an appointment to go over it and talk about the plan of action. He didn't show up for that appointment and several phone calls went un-returned.
Our sewer started backing up again this weekend, so we called Plumbline to see if we could get it roto-rooter'd again to buy us some time. We explained the above mentioned situation to the receptionist, telling her about the price difference and that we have been trying to get a hold of our technician without luck. She said they could come out to roto-root our lines again and cover it under the warranty for all the trouble we've had with them. We set up an appointment window between 2-4.
After re-arranging our work schedules to be home for the appointment window, 4pm rolls around and no technician. We called and they said that the appointment was put on hold because they left us a message saying they wouldn't cover it under the warranty. When we asked to talk to a manager they said there weren't any in the office and we would have to leave a message.
Now it's 5pm on a Saturday and we don't have a sewer system.
You can bet we wont be using these guys to replace our sewer lines (a $7-10k job!).
Don't use Plumbline, there are plenty of other companies who have a sense of customer service and stand by their word.

I called for the advertised $89 special whole house inspection that included furnace cleaning, water heater flush, plumbing inspection, electrical inspection, and energy audit. The furnace cleaning appeared to be done fairly thoroughly -- although they did not vacuum it out like other companies have done. Much of the work was done by a trainee.
The plumber, Kelton, who came to do the water heater flush refused to do it stating it might not work after he flushes it and recommended getting a new one ASAP and that he would get me on the schedule with a sales rep -- how convenient for him. So both the furnace and water heater inspection reports' where nothing more than part of up-sale attempts to get me to join a membership and do very costly new installations. They also said I would have to be a member for $29 a month to get the rest of the inspections (electrical and energy audit). I guess I will miss out on two more dishonest attempts to sell me more stuff! Very dishonest work, and deceptive advertising.

Applewood plumber did a good job of snaking out and repairing a stopped up and leaking kitchen drain, but his charges amounted to about $1,000.00 an hour. Even for a good plumber on Sunday, this seems high.

I called about a leak behind the wall under the kitchen sink. The plumber checked it out and quoted me $500 to fix it. I said fix it. An hour or so later he said it was done. While checking it for leaks he discovered a small drip. He disassembled the repair only to discover the 2 copper pipe had a split. He initially wanted to replace the copper pipe which would have required removing a lot of wall. The quote for that was $8000. Ended up replacing a 4 section of 2 pipe and reconnecting it to the P trap. Cost, $2200. Wish I could find a job that paid that kind of money for a couple of hours work. Learned two thing from that experience. 1. Never call AAA again! 2. Stay there and watch what's being done.

Used there service in my old house and they were great.....tech was awesome and work was done quickly and efficiently
I called them to schedule electrical work for my new house. Had to schedule an appointment quite a ways out time wise. The day before i called to confirm and was told everything ead good to go.
On the day of the appointment they didnt show up at the agreed time so i gave them a phone call. I explained who i was, that i had an appointment, and that no showed up and wanted to know an ETA.
The receptionist asked my address, which i gave. He then said i cancelled your appointment for you...i was like what?! Told him I took time off work for this appointment. He made a comment that guess i didn't understand you. Turns out a few hours after i confirmed my appointment, they canceled it and left me a message to inform me of this. They did not leave message....as i have a very reliable cell.
Fine.....ill just find a new electrician.

We were scammed! Let me start with the positive. We had Williams and Sons run a line for a new hot tub. They were great! The let us know the cost up front, showed up in a timely manner and worked most of the day to get the job done. We were so happy with them that we called them back when we were having a fuse issue that kept causing our dishwasher to lose power. This time, they weren't very responsive. After we were able to get them to set a time to come, they were almost an hour late. When David came, he knew what the issue was right away. He said he needed to go get a fuse because it was one they didn't carry. He did that and came back and installed it quickly. We have absolutely no issue with the work itself, but the bill Tim sent over was outrageous! He charged for drive time to and from our house, He charged for time when no one was working and their hourly rate of $180 is what you would charge as a lawyer (and even that is done in 15 minute increments). We feel like we were scammed! Had we known their business practices and their hourly rate up front (neither of which was part of their first service call), we would have definitely gone a different way! As a small business owner, myself, these shady business practices give us all a bad name!

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!
