Best Electric Furnace Installation in Denver CO

TNT Home Services Plumbing Service
Had a problem outside faucet that had burst and was putting water into our finished basement. Thankfully, it was only leaking when the faucet was on. We called TNT and they were able to get Larry out the next day. I cannot remember the ladies name who answered the phone, but I felt if we would have had an issue we couldn't mediate on the day we called they would have made it that day. As it was, they were apologetic about it taking a day. Larry arrived at our house right on time, he gave us a conservative estimate and explained what his repairs would entail. Once he got to work, he was methodical and followed his explanation to the letter. He showed us why he did things and the issue he found. He was able complete his repairs in under 30 minutes and significantly adjusted his estimate down as he was able to do the repairs quickly. Understand, what he had to do was still what he explained the issue would be, and while circumstances to access the issue undoubtedly helped on the time to repair, revising the bill down from an agreed upon estimate is not always done. We will not hesitate to call TNT going forward and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

#ThankYouThursday

Those who know me would probably guess that my spirit animal is a housecat. Yes, I do love afternoon naps and the warm sunshine, however there's an animal out there that I identify with even more: Japanese snow monkeys. You know, the ones in nature videos that spent all day lounging in natural hot springs? That's me.

I love hot showers, hot tubs, a piping hot bath.

Where am I going with this, you ask? Summit Heating & A/C just replaced our hot water heater at home. COVID has taken many things away from us, but not my long, hot showers.

The hot water heater that we had upon move-in was from the 1980's? It was a little rusty on the outside and would sometimes poop out if someone (cough, probably me) spent more than 10-15 minutes under the hot water. Even if my husband prefers cold showers (really though?), it's not a good sign.

Summit has serviced our HVAC before, so we trusted them to come back and replace the water heater. It took a few hours for them to take out the original, replace with the new, then haul away the leftovers.

Thank you, Summit, for making my showers even hotter!

My sump pump was steaming after the downpours and I was worried the pipe was blocked or the motor was breaking down, so I called this company. It is so nice to know a female owns it because when I'm doing house stuff it feels like I could get taken advantage of easily as a young lady corresponding with a mostly male industry... she scheduled me immediately and let me know it would be on the earlier side of the time frame based on what was scheduled before me - so communicative and transparent.
The techs, Max and Barret, were professional, friendly, and helped me plan for what to do if it does breakdown while I'm traveling. They gave me the pricing for a new one ~$750 and didn't pressure me into getting a replacement.
There was a $75 trip fee, which at first did feel like too much money to have someone tell me the pump is old and needs replacing soon, but now I have a great company I will work with again so it paid off.
Love the name and the T shirts. Plus the owner is a teacher like me!!

Save Home Heat Plumbing Service
Another furnace service company had been out earlier in the day to work on our humidifier. Several hours after they left, we realized the burners were not igniting in the furnace. Could not reach the first company - no response to voicemail or email. Tried Save Home Heat; Charles called me back promptly (after hours). Offered to walk me through some steps to figure out the problem, which he did - problem solved. Saved us the after-hours trip charge. Will be calling Save Home Heat in the future for HVAC service!

Super knowledgable, nice, quick and efficient. He troubleshot and caught a few minor problems that could become big air conditioning and furnace problems in a quick 45 minutes. Really friendly and flexible. Even came out first thing on the morning on the weekend for seemingly base rate. If you need air conditioning and furnace help, I would definitely recommend TCF!

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

Beware!!!   Beware Beware!!!
Had an issue with the stopper in an old 1932 tub.  IT  would not drain well then stopped.    Larry their  plumber and OWNER said the only way to retrieve the damaged stopper was to cut open the pipe and get it from below, as it broke free from the mechanism that moves it up and down and it was stuck in the drain below.

In this case that would require him to DEMO wood flooring of recently refinished floors.   I repeatedly asked him if there was any way to get the drain open without cutting into the pipe and ruining the floor and Larry  repeatedly said no and it could not be fixed.  The stopper could not be removed and due to the age of the pipes the floor would have to be removed.  He gave a whole song and dance of BS  reasons why.

Well after he left we took the information he gave us and put a hanger in the drain and removed the stopper in less than 15 seconds.    This company would rather charge 2000 dollars and tear up a hardwood floor than perform a simple task.     This is the type of company that gives plumbers a bad name.
Shame on you guys!

Coffman & Company Plumbing Service
I called Cimarron Engineering Inc., dba Coffman / B&F Heating and A/C to provide me an estimate to replace a hot water heater that they had installed about 5 years ago. The water heater was still under warranty and originally cost about $800 for both the actual water heater and installation.

They quoted me $799 for just the installation of a new water heater, plus another $520 to install a pressure reducing valve and $198 for an expansion tank.

I thought these prices were too high and called another plumber who did the whole job for $250. This plumber indicated the water pressure was well within normal limits and I did not need the pressure reducing valve.

Nick came to fix my leaking faucet in the laundry room. It was more involved than I thought. the whole pipe and faucet had to be replaced. I had him replace all the ones that were the same in the house which was finished in 1980 but likely started in 1978. One of the outside faucets could not be turned all the way off whit out a drip. He did have to cut into the wall to fix some but lucky my basement had a removeable ceiling tiles. They accept a check or credit card.

Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing Service
I would give a 0 if I could; would not trust this company to look at a toaster.  Repairman came out, said he was a supervisor with years of experience.  I described the problem that the furnace would not go on.  Said he knew what the problem was before he inspected the furnace.  He did look at the furnace and said the A/C coils were dirty causing the furnace to overheat and shut down for three hours due to the cold weather.  Said the furnace was worn out and needed to be replaced.  He said they were the installers for Home Depot and would give me an estimate for replacement, but don't run the furnace too much due to the overheating.  I didn't trust his evaluation and declined the estimate. I called another company, the serviceman inspected and cleaned the heat probe.  I asked about if the furnace was overheating due to the A/C coils and he said the furnace was pretty clean and the overheating switch was working and did not need replacing. The furnace is now working fine and the weather has been colder.

Plumb Pros Plumbing Service
I am going to try, really try to be fair.  My main goal was to get an evaluation of an existing furnace that is still under warranty.   In the end I got that.

But I am just sick and tired of mechanical contractors trying to upsell and gouge unwitting customers.

I had an appointment scheduled that was canceled twice.  Finally they came a day later.

But I was told over the phone that I could get a bid to relocate some gas lines.  That didn't happen.

Instead I was given a myriad of options to completely replace my furnace, ductwork, humidifier, water heater, etc.  In the end I am just trying to replace my A/C unit.

But this contractor,  like several others, seems to want to sell a whole new HVAC and DHW system even if it doesn't need it.  It is really quite shameful.

We all understand that there has been some inflation due to Covid and other so-called supply chain problems.   But this contractor wanted to sell me everything for a whopping $45k.  It is absurd and outrageous.  Of course there were less expensive opt.  But the least expensive was about $15k.

My advice- steer clear of this kind of unethical price gouging.

Mighty Plumbing and Heating Plumbing Service
I have been working in Property and Vendor Management for more than a decade and Mighty Plumbing and Heating has been by far the most impressive working experience. Every person we interacted with was respectful of our job, our home, and even me as a female, which unfortunately is rare in this industry. The communication from our point contact and automated messages was flawless. I especially loved the extra touch of receiving a text confirming which technician was heading my way, as well as a photo of them. We look forward to working with Mighty again and will recommend to all.

Work completed: Installed new ducts; extended existing ducts; installed bathroom fan vented around an I-beam and complicated plumbing, then through exterior wall; installed steam humidifier; installed new return vent within a very small space; full rough plumbing for basement bathroom including drains and water lines for shower, toilet and vanity; moved shower drain and toilet line in the concrete; installed shower pan.

Sunshine Home Services Plumbing Service
Anytime we have an issue with the house, we call Sunshine. Since our house is reaching the time when everything seems to be failing, we call them often.  This time we had some issues with our plumbing and they sent Rocky L. He was very pleasant to work with and very informative and went beyond his job to give us suggestions of what we should do to avoid problems in the future.  He also suggested we get a Halo 5 system because our residential water is so bad (Commerce City water) and we could have avoided a lot of these issues that we are having.  No other plumber told us about this.  He thoroughly explained the system to me, shared a video and was very patient in answering all my questions and was no pressure at all.  We are actually going to get it installed by him in a few weeks!  I highly recommend that you ask for Rocky, he's by far the best plumber that I've ever dealt with.

What a rip off company. They have a scam where they come out and take a blurry picture through an access hole in the furnace then tell you there is a crack in the heat exchanger and needed a new furnace for $12,000.00. It would have been funny it was so obvious he was lying if he was not trying to rip me off.  He tried to shut down my furnace in the winter for no reason. He was supposed to take it apart and clean it but most of the time he sat in his truck or stood around while I watched him get more nervous with each lie. He never cleaned it or made access into the heat exchanger.  He told me he was going to get another one of his techs (another crook) to come look and give his opinion I told him I was going to get another opinion from another company he turned white and I thought he was going to get sick. When he left I took the furnace apart and saw there was nothing wrong then called ***** heating and air to come out.  I told him I had Plumb line come out but did not tell him what they said other than I wanted a second opinion about my furnace.  Without prompting the company owner told me let me guess Plumb line told you you have a cracked heat exchanger and he showed you a blurry picture and you need a new furnace.  He told me that is their on going scam that they teach their techs to pull on people.  He also said Brother's Plumbing is owned by the same company and uses the same scam. ****** company took my furnace apart and cleaned it including the blower advising me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace and I just avoided Plumb lines standard scam.
